Used the new scan and go feature on the app. Absolutely amazing! Showed the QR code to the person at the door and that was it. She said it works at the gas pump too so you can do everything from your phone. Very impressed!

I love Sams Club in general, however, this location consistently not only disappoints, but appalls in their produce section. So much so that I drive out of my way to a further location in West Jordan, because their produce is always great. As an example for this location, literally 4 different times of me trying to buy strawberries, I could not find a SINGLE carton that didnt already have mold growing in them already. Thats disgusting. And wrong. I understand strawberries dont keep long, but I do expect them to be fresh at the store. I could understand one or two cartons having mold, but where the heck is your quality control at this location? Added to that, very few of your staff are friendly or helpful.

Five star experience. The staff were friendly, personable, and professional. I learned the left over roasted chicken are chopped up and sold at a discounted price then if those aren’t sold they are used for making dog food. I waste!! I also witnessed an associate spraying down carts with disinfectant. I am so glad to be a member!! I will be back.

I am use to Costco, But this was a Great shopping trip. I am going to tell all my friends. And great prices I hope that they stay this way . thanks to all of you.

The store is nice and clean, including the bathrooms. They have a nice selection of plants and flowers. They even have some trees. We purchased a Hydrangea bush. The cost was $28.00.And the great thing about Sams is that you can scan your own items with the scan and go app. And then you just show your total on your phone on the way out. Its great!

Clean and good layout with friendly and efficient service. Meat department was well stocked. Picked up a nice looking flank steak.

Everytime I come here there are pumps out of order. Today the automatic shut off didn’t work so I got to pay for the $10 of gas that overflowed all over the side of my suburban and onto the ground. Thankfully there was a nice customer who shut it off for me. I asked the attendant what to do about the wasted money on the ground and he said “good question.” No protocol, just too bad for you lady. It was a pleasure to drop $95 on gas here today sams club. Thankyou.

Sam’s Club won me over, BIG TIME. Best selection, best prices, staff is always friendly and the cafe is great! Costco is overcrowded, overpriced, staff and a lot of the customers are not the nicest. Sam’s is the BEST!

I purchased new tires from the South Jordan, Utah store in January. In July I had my tires rotated and inspected. On Friday, the sidewalls of my tire burst on the freeway. I havent had a vehicle since then.I had an incredibly difficult time even contacting someone to help me at that store. I finally reached someone on Sunday. They said I had to bring in the tire. My car isnt drivable and the repair shop said they would charge me to change the tire. Then I was told sams club had no record of even selling me my tires. I was able to get a ride to my car Monday so I could find my receipts. On Tuesday I went in and filed a claim. Yesterday (Wednesday) I had a representative from Walmart call and tell me it was not Walmarts responsibility because they do not manufacture the tire. I was told to wait for Goodyear to contact me. I havent received an email or any other contact from Walmart or Goodyear.Ive been given no help. I am still without a car. My husband returned from a trip today and he is going to go get the car and put on a spare. I spoke to my mom and she said, thats why we never get tires at Sams club. Les Schuab would have taken care of you immediately. Im really upset that I have gotten zero assistance. I have a big paper about the warranty you offer, but its not there. I could have been killed, but no one cares. No one has even made an effort to help me get my car back on the road.

Quick in and out to pick up a couple of things. Self-check. Then gas $.10-12 a gallon cheaper than anywhere else.

I run here for gas when up in slc area. Shopping is fun. It is a little different than the same club in my city.

Member service girl who helped me was so nice. Id gone to another store to get their current deal of buying a $45 membership and getting a gift card and the other store wouldnt honor the deal simply because I didnt have the paper ad with me. The girl here didnt even hesitate she just helped me.

The lady (her name tag says Jane) who cleans the carts and greets you at the door in the morning, is the highlight of my trip! I only want to shop in the morning because she seems like the sweetest person and it absolutely makes my day! Even though I cant stop to talk I always say hi and thank you because I really appreciate her and having a clean cart is so nice, her hard work is very appreciated

I love the South Jordan Sams Club. I have been going there at least once a week since I moved here 5 1/2 years ago. I always get great customer service and I know several of the employees by name. The one minor complaint I have, (and it is minor since I am still giving five stars) is that sometimes the cafe is understaffed and takes a while to order from. I also really miss Coke products, but I know that is an issue with the whole company.

The online pickup is so convenient. I also love how Sam’s Club is way less crowded than Costco.

We always have a great shopping experience at this Sams. They have the best deal on the Primo water dispenser. It works great, is easy to use and provides cold and hot water. They sell the full 4 gallon reusable containers for only $4.95 each and already prefilled with water ( I see most 4-5 gallon water containers priced at least $7.00 each and have no water in them) Once they are empty we just take them to Walmart and refill for 39 cents a gallon! So much better than water bottles.

Great store and a great selection. I also love that they have self checkout! I give the place four out of five stars because while I really like their food court (much better food selection than Costco!) the guy I dealt with today was rude when I asked if the brownie Sunday had any eggs in it. My son has an egg allergy and there wasn’t any allergy signage, so I had to ask. The guy never did find the answer and seemed pretty offended that I even asked.

Great prices on TVs. Love the pre-packaged cole slaw. They have rearranged the store and are focusing less on clothes, a bit of a pity. Lots of check out lanes, including many self-check and the scan and go app. Faster and less contact with others, which is great during these times of covid19.

This is a very nice and well laid out wholesale club. Very clean except this trip some lady decided it would be great to bring her non-service animal puppy into the store and leisurely strolled around the many food items. I may be mistaken, but Im pretty sure that is a food handling violation to have non-sercice animal in a store that sells food. I was dismayed that at least one employee at the entrance did not stop her, and then again as multiple employees turned a blind eye to it. Whether you agree with policy or not, it is still Wal-mart/Sams Club policy on the door that only service animals are allowed. Super disappointed. Heavens sakes, the lady even checked out through a manned check out lane and I heard the dog bark multiple times. Super let down by SoJo Sams Club.

The club is fine, clean and not too busy (when I go at least). However, the few times I have needed to call the store are frustrating since you can’t get a store associate, it routes you to the call center. I understand weeding out unnecessary calls about inventory and such but if you need to talk to an associate about something specific it’s hard/impossible to reach. When trying to get the tire center, the line immediately disconnects every time.

This Sams has a fuel station and a car wash. I was able to use a digital card at the pump and use the app to scan-n-go while in the store. Very convenient.

Stay away from the Manager Jamie (female) extremely rude and condescending. I never seen someone exercise blatent disregard for customer service. The gas station clerk exercised better customer care than she did. I hope the store manager doesnt run the store like she runs the store. Her leadership style of customer last tells a lot.

Always have a great experience at Sams club. Love that they sell rotisserie chicken breast in a four pound container! It makes dinners that much easier and much more delicious, without the worry of using up a whole rotisserie chicken. Always clean and never seems to be too busy.

Pre scheduled appointment for new tires. Picked out tires, paid, went shopping. Got a call 45 min later that the tires I paid for are NOT LT tires and I have to pick new ones. Went back to the counter. Looked at the tire tags which said LT . Guy said oh I didnt see that. Ill get started. 30 min later I get told those tires wont work because they are not load one E. They then price matched another set of tires because they couldnt figure out how i can just pay for the price difference. All in all, 2,5 + hours for getting a set of 4 tires installed.ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!

I love the Scan & Go functionality in Sams Club app. It is easy to use, although on rare occasion, the app could not read a certain barcodes on fruit items. During this Covid-19 pandemic, I dislike waiting in long lines at the check-out. While this functionality is very good, I suggest Sams Club employees at Exit would be more respectful by not touching the items that members already purchased. I understand employee needs to scan at least three items to confirm. If employees have difficulty scanning an item, they can scan another item or ask member for permission to touch an item or ask member to find the barcode for that item to be scanned.

I was really impressed with how clean the store is and how they are Covid compliant in so many different ways. When ever I come to Sams Club I always find what I am doing for, plus some.

Sams Club is like everything you need but cheaper! You can get big bundles for a reasonable price. From house electronis/technology to food to provide for your family. The food there is good but today the machines were down as some may say, so I couldnt enjoy a 4 berry sundae I believe it was. But that didnt stop me from enjoying the food and the shopping experience at Sams Club!

Sams Club Optical. Great staff and doctor. I took my 7 year old grandson to get glasses. They handle kids well and I got an exam and 2 pairs of glasses for $69.95 us tax.

Workers are very friendly. I really enjoy the scan-and-go app that allows me to scan and purchase items on my phone so that I dont have to worry about getting in line or moving items out of the cart until I get to the car. Even before the app, I really enjoyed how low key it is -- Ive always been able to find a parking spot with ease and it is easy to navigate inside with few crowds.
