First I want to say thank you to Jerrod. He used a come along and his own truck to help me out. I stupidly left my motor home in drive when I parked in front of the propane at Redwood Hardware. It rolled into a cement barrier and bent the bumper so it was rubbing one of my beautiful Les Schwab tires. Luckily Les Schwab in Riverton was a few blocks away. Jerrod said he would do the best he could but it wouldnt be pretty. Relieved, I said I didnt care. He had me pull behind his personal vehicle, hooked the come along up to his tow ball and wrenched my bumper away from the tire. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Ive always used Les Schwab but this was over and above any expected customer service.

I had a couple of issues with a tire and wheel. These guys are top notch! They took care of everything and I’ve always treated me very well. I am one of the biggest fans of the less Schwab way of doing business. Nothing gets me more excited than when they run out to your car and show a tremendous amount of concern with your needs.

I came to my car after working all day and discovered the passenger front tire was flat.It was 17:36 MPT and I called Les Schwab.They were closing in 24 minutes but still dispatched a truck to help me as I couldnt loosen the lug nuts and the spare was deflated.Incredibly professional and skilled and smart man named Lars came to my disabled car, evaluated the condition of the deflated tire and inflated it, removed the damaged tire, inflated the spare and installed the spare and advised me in safe operation of the vehicle while spare was in service and advised me to have the damaged tire repaired immediately.These people and their companys paradigm are exemplary.I cannot say enough good things about this company.Lori

I have been here twice. They are organized, professional and trustworthy. The first time was for my brakes. They offered me two solutions, no sales pressure. The work was done quickly and my car has been great ever since. The second time I thought my alignment was off. They tested my car, drove it and called me back to say it was perfect. No charge and I was on my way. I would go back and recommend to a friend.

Bought 4 new tires just over a month ago. We were in st George this weekend and got a flat that wasn’t repairable. Had to get the tire replaced down there, stopped by Les Schwab this am and they were great. Jordan warrantied the tire and paid me out for the one. Checked pressure and reset my car. Would highly recommend, so nice to deal with a company that backs up what they sell with out a hassle.

Was looking at financing some tires on there 6 month no interest promotion and have had an account here since 2005, my credit showed I had a $0 with $5,000 available, but when I went to do it they said my account had been closed for not being used in the last 12 months and Id have to reapply! Even though it is still reporting on my credit monthly as a revolving charge account and has since I opened it!! So I decided I would pay cash and showed I already had a quote from Sams club for $650 for 4 new Michelin tires, to which they quoted me $1,100 for the same tires and acted like they were doing me a favor lol!! Bad service, extremely expensive!!

I could not say better things about this place. I took my car into jiffy lube before I took it here because I needed one of my tires repaired because it kept getting low on air. They told me both of my rear tires needed to be replaced. Quoted me $523.90. I took my car in to Les Schwab and they repaired my almost new tire FOR FREE. I will never go anywhere but here from now on.

Over priced, told one thing And when billed they added 30 dollars more. I wouldnt go there

I have always been very impressed with Les Schwab. Their customer service is great and they really make you feel like you matter to them. I have never felt like they were trying to pressure me into buying something I didnt want or need and their prices beat Costco!

Half an hour into our move across the country with a newborn we realized that our small trailers hubs were too hot and leaking oil. We called Les Schwab about our problem. They got us in right away, figured out the problem really quickly and fixed it. On to of that they didnt charge us. What wonderful customers service! The manager, Sean, was so helpful and took good care of us during a really stressful situation!

I was very happy with the service I received with fixing a nail I had in my tire. It was repairable and free to fix! It would be a 5 star experience if someone hadnt scratched my car while either taking my tire out of the trunk or putting the spare back in. Im one of those people that notices every scratch or dent and had cleaned out my trunk before going there and it wasnt there before. So, if youre one of those crazy people like me that care about scratches, maybe skip this place.

These guys are awesome and I totally recommend the South Jordan location. I went in for a Road Force balance and come to find out that my tires were shot. They showed me the difference in the only good tire versus the 3 bad tires. Ive had a vibration in my truck and Ive replaced almost everything on the front end and rebuilt the driveline. And I find out that it is completely the tires. So these kind gentleman did their part and stayed late and installed a new set of Toyo ATs on my Super Duty and no more vibration at 60 plus MPH.... I give these guys props for their help. Excellent customer service🤘🤘🤘

Unfortunately I have to change my review. My husband specifically told them he didn’t want full synthetic oil just the basic and they put full synthetic in anyway and charged us for it. So we paid way more than we wanted. Frustrating not to be listened to.

I went in after a great experience from a nail in my tire. They fixed it for free and while getting the repair done, they said I needed new breaks. They gave me a quote for $316 and come in when I had more time. I went in today for the breaks to be done with the quote in writing and they said no it will be $448??? They then took 4 hours while I waited in the store while still nothing had been done to my breaks because only one lift had the ability to do the work that needed to be done. I had my son with me and was told in the beginning it was only going to take about a hour and a half. Four hours later with nothing done. Terrible experience and I will not be returning.

I have bought my last two sets of tires from Les Schwab. They have always treated me very well. Always have greeted me when I arrived. They have always rotated my tires with out a problem. But it seems that I always have to fight them to balance my tires.

I really love having a place I can trust, partly because theres a cost to switching preferred vendors. Furthermore, its rare to feel like I can trust a large company like this. But I trust Les Schwab. They take care of the customer and do a great job and add a personal touch. I took my car in for brake work this week; the work was completed really quickly. The brakes work great now. Now, I did have some questions about why the cost went up from ~$400 to ~$600, particularly when the rotors were added in after they told me the original estimate (no one likes to see an estimated cost go up!). But they explained why (needed new rotors) and that made sense given my car, the usage, and the mileage (over 80K miles, and we went too long without changing the brake pads and calipers, which is our own fault). Thanks, Les Schwab of South Jordan. You have a satisfied customer.

I came here after Big O tires claimed they fixed a flat tire that had a screw. Not only did Les Schwab have kind and concerned technicians they had honest ones that fixed the tire and checked the others as well. It was free. Now I know where I am going for all my car needs. Thank you!

We stopped in with a tire pressure issue and they found a screw in our tire. We didn’t purchase these tires from Les Schwab, but, they happily repaired the tire for us. We requested a bid on four new tires and they gave us three options - all reasonably priced. We were treated with kindness and helped quickly. Excellent customer service!

All the service engineers are very skilled at what they do. Their customer service is amazing. They really care about your safety and satisfaction, and they will never try to sell you a product or service you dont need. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

This location was under a remodel but still had adequate seating for comfort. The complimentary popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate made the wait inviting. The staff was friendly and got my truck right in for a break inspection and tire rotation. Upon seeing the need for new brakes it was completed relatively quickly and the brakes work well and dont squeak at all!

They have good customer service and were very honest when I came to get my tires replaced. They told new I needed to wait 3-4 more months. I called a week ago, got a quote for both front & rear brake pads to be replaced and set an appointment. When I came today they quoted me almost twice that amount, so I opted out. I think they had quoted me for one axel only earlier.

Ive been chasing tire balance issues ever since I bought tires for my Jeep roughly 2 years ago and I had just chalked it up to being from having 35 inch tires. Recently the issue got worse, and after having issues with other tire shops I was told to give Les Schwab a try. Not only were they friendly, they actually solved my tire balance issue. They also used black wheel weights instead of the normal silver ones with my black wheels so theyre less noticable. Shane was helpful in explaining everything they did too. Im going to go to here from now on for my tire needs!

I have been going to Les Schwab for years and have had them do many things on my vehicle. They have always taken care of me and have great customer service. They have good warranties and I have used them a few times so I know they honor the warranties as they say they will. I highly recommend them!

Needed to replace the lug nuts on my car because I was not able to get them off. The last person to put them on used so much torque that I could not loosen them. Glad I discovered this before I had a flat and couldnt change the tire out.Went to an auto parts store to get advice on what to do. I was able to brute force some of the lug nuts but not all of them. They recommended Les Schwab. My visit was definitely well worth it.

Im very disappointed with this Les Schwab location. Ive always only had positive experiences with this company, but Ill never go back to this location. They try to get you to buy things that are not necessary. Ask someone else before buying anything from here. They are incredibly dishonest, luckily I know enough about cars to know what they were trying to sell me was completely unnecessary but it would have cost me over $500!Update- In response to the owner: Rotors are not required every time you replace brake pads, thats just false. Rotors should be replaced if theyre warped, scraped, worn down, or otherwise damaged such that the braking will be affected (that was not the case for me). Also, the tech lied to me about the measurements (or he did them wrong) Ive measured them and also had them measured at 2 other brake companies and its clear that the rotors did not need to be replaced. So youre either incompetent or dishonest, whichever you prefer. Stop trying to get people to buy things they dont need. I feel bad for people who dont know better and are taken advantage of.

Someone replace some parts on the front end of their truck, and noticed that the tie rods didnt have any grease fittings installed. All the grease came out and ruined the brand new tie rods. The trucks owner said that the tie rods and ball joints were installed at Les Schwab. I went into the store with the owner and had them replace the new tie rods. Then they tried to tell me that the CV Axle needed to be replaced. I told them to show me. He brought me out and shined his flashlight on the CV axle, and said it was leaking grease. The grease, however, came from the tie rods that they installed incorrectly, and the CV Axle was fine. If I were not there, they would have taken advantage of someone who did not know better. Very dishonest work, and even more dishonest prices. Instead of trying to create lifetime customers with honest work, they try and get all they can in one sale.

Have never been their customer ever before, but when I came in yesterday they repaired a tire with a screw in it for free, trying to earn my business in the future. I think they did just that. I fully expected to pay at least some small amount. Everyone on the staff seemed genuinely nice rather than forced to say nice things. Great service!

Very competent technicians and great service! I hate having to spend the money when components of my braking and suspension systems wear out and need servicing or replacement, but its so worth it to know my braking and traction performance on the open road is in top condition. Sure Ill eventually die like everybody else, but it wont be because of an unsafe vehicle that couldnt stop in time or handle properly on the road.

I always have a great experience with this Les Schwab. They do everything right when it comes to serving the customer, in my opinion. Their lobby/waiting area is always clean and there is a lot of places to sit and wait. I usually come in with my some of my kids and my kids love the popcorn. It keeps them quiet and respectful and they like to look through the window and watch the cars. Last time I came in for a tire change and they got done within the estimated time frame as usual, and I noticed that instead of standing there and calling my name, they walked up to me to hand me my key and tell me they were done and everything looked great, as I struggled to get my infant back in her carseat. Its a little thing, but I noticed. Theyre always so nice there and the prices are pretty good too.

Good value, honest work. I got a good diagnosis and fair repair quote.I ordered an alignment. I had a torn control arm bushing that would have made my alignment valueless, and they let me know this before completing the alignment. When I wanted to replace it myself to save money I even got a pointer. I fully expect to go back after completing what I can, so they can do the rest.

These guys are great they I showed up at 4:40 PM on Saturday they close at 5:00 PM, they where just as nice and pleasant as ever could be expected. I think it says a lot about a company and thier employees on how they treat thier customer right before close. Today they gladly and quickly fixed the tire and reset my tire pressure sensor when all done I said what do I owe you they said it was free. They are great. Nice people clean waiting room and all around great place to do business.

Fabian helped us out and he was amazingly polite. He fixed our issue quickly and didnt mind when we brought up other concerns. He also went on a short ride with us to make sure the sound in our vehicle was completely gone. He even opened my door for me when getting in the car. I enjoyed this place, I will go here again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! My friend took his WRX to do an alignment and the tech there took his car for a joyride. They took the car out floor it multiple times. We know it because the dash cam caught all of it. I do not believe testing the alignment/suspension of the car need to be 5000-6000RPM and running stop sign and doing way over 25 in a 25 zone. Apparently that kid there only want to have some fun in his customers car.We contacted the HQ and send them the footage from the cam. They promise they will investigate but nothing actually happened after few weeks. This company is a joke. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR there if you believe your car is a nicer car. They will for sure riding your baby harder than you do =].

I love Les Schwab and have for years. I normally go to the Draper location but my dad had recommend this one and it was just as great. Friendly, efficient, and quite helpful.

I took my car in to fix a punctured tire. They wouldnt do it because they said the tire was bad and wanted to replace all 4 tires, two of which only have 20k on them and were sold by this company two years ago. The tire looked fine to me so I took the car elsewhere and got the tire repaired. The other place said they didnt understand either why the tire needed to be replaced. I understand Les Schwabs concern for safety, but this time it seemed they were more concerned about selling a product. Id suggest getting a 2nd opinion if you are in doubt about their recommendations here.

We are loyal Les schwab customers. They have been such a wonderful company. Always the best price and their warranty is excellent. It doesnt matter what location we go to. They work fast and get us the help we need.

You can’t get better service in town. One of my Salsa Leedos Catering vans was broke down on the side of the rode and Carson that works at the South Jordan store pulled over and asked if he could help. The emergency brake was stuck on. I got it fixed but dropped it off at the shop to have them take a peak. The emergency brake cable was twisted and messed up. When I picked the van up Chase and Matt said “no charge”I buy my tires from them for my catering fleet for a reason.Thanks guy you rock

I work for a semi truck company I came in one night to have several of the trailer tires replaced and these guys were so nice they were opened for me an hour and a half past closing to just fix my trailer tires and they did a great job very friendly staff highly recommended to any other trucking company out there this location theres a great location to come to . To have your tires serviced and has enough room in back of their building to turn a semi truck around and for the truck drivers out there there tire shop is on the left side of the building or north side of the building

Long story short. GO TO CLAYTONS TIRE PRO!!! Its just down the street.Schwab doesnt have enough time to work on your truck or give professional customer service because they are too worried about their personal truck thats pulled in the bay.I needed a quick tire rotation ( Never had a tire shop in my life deny a rotation) I I called in ahead and made sure they werent busy. I stopped by to get my tires rotated and get a quote on some new tires and wheels. I know I didnt buy my tires here, but they had rotated my tires in the past I Ive talked to some other people who said theyve even had free dully rotations on new trucks with factory tires and wheels. No one I know has ever been charged for the rotation. I got there and they got upset and said I couldnt get my tires rotated. They werent busy and Shawn the manager I think was the one who said I couldnt do it, but he had his personal truck in the bay and working on it. I talked to the employees there and they said that in all their years working there they have never been told that they couldnt rotate a set of tires for free.One employee as well said that Shawn the manger even proceeded to say We wont rotate his tires that kid is a douche. Ive talked to Shawn like twice in my life and always have been respectful and always been kind. Complimented his trucks and so on and so forth.After I left without my tires being rotated I decided to give Claytons tire pros a chance down the street. I also didnt buy my tires from him either. They got me in and rotation done in less than 30 minutes.The reason I dont go where I bought them is Ive moved and I wanted a local tire shop to do business with. I will not spend any money for any of my vehicles and Les Schwab of South Jordan. I will however do business through Claytons Tire Pro just down the street.

Worst place ever. I will never go here again for my tires. Had them put 4 new tires an do an alignment. My tires got ruined because they didnt align it right and refused to replace my tires. They tried saying I had bad front parts. Took it to two other shops they said front end is fine just needs an alignment said my camber was out

Was there first thing this morning to have a flat tire fixed. 20 minutes later I was on my way and they fixed my flat for free!!! Great service!! We will definitely be back to buy tires there!!!

Definitely disappointed after going here. Decided to give Les Schwab a chance because they had appointments available the next day. Told me it would be $16 per tire before they put them on and afterwards charged me $128 total because of the customer owned tire fee. Service was good but now Im wishing I didnt go here since they are not honest with pricing. Discount tire charges a flat rate of $20 per tire no matter who you are and doesnt charge extra fees. Just got ripped off.

I have been doing business with this location for about 6 years and truly I have never been disappointed. They are always quick to greet you and see how they can help. Every associate that I have dealt with has been exceptional. This last week I have been debating what tires and size to put on my truck and have stopped in or called them multiple times trying to consider options. Bought a truck from a dealership that needed an alignment the dealership said they fixed it and clearly didnt if anything made it worse I brought it to these guys. Michael immediately put my truck on the alignment rack and went to work he had been nothing but help and gave me the best deals he could understanding my situation. If you want your vehicle damaged, go here!!! I went in for an alignment, first time getting one done at a Les Schwab, I prefer the small local shops. They took off in my car without my permission or letting me know, the girl working the front said they drive all vehicles. So you drive them all without letting the customer know?!?! Ive had a lot of alignments done at other places and never once have they taken my vehicle for a test drive. I myself, used to do alignments and never once took a customers vehicle.Now my vehicle is making a loud popping/grinding noise when turning into driveways and what not. Im pretty sure if they would have informed me they were gonna take off in my vehicle, I would have mentioned it is a lowered vehicle and went with them. Im pretty sure they didnt take that into consideration. I will be speaking with the GM and filing a suit for damages to my vehicle.Thanks for messing up my vehicle!!!

Id like to thank This Les Schwab. I had surgery and have been laid up, my sweet dad is here holding down the fort for the week. He called and told me the valve stem on my tire broke and he was stranded with my boys. I felt super helpless, told him to call Les Schwab because Ive always had the best luck with them. The guy came to the rescue, and got my dad on his way, told him it was on the house, as he didnt have a mobile payment machine. I am very grateful. Thanks again for alleviating my panic, and helping my sweet giving dad.

Went it for a tire rotation today. They tested the battery and said it was dead. Offered 150 for a new battery I declined because 5 minutes ago I got the battery tested at jiffy lub. They gave me all the numbers and showed me that it was 100% perfect. Left and got it tested AGAIN at another location, full pass.I don’t appreciate trying to be ripped off by them. They never showed me numbers or explained why.Asked for a supervisor after I came back, they never came.The serviceman then helped me practically pushed me out of the door. The person who helped up avoided contact when we returned for an answer on why we were told it was a bad battery, when every one else tested fine.Never have had good service at ANY of there locations.

I am very happy with my tire purchase and will go back to them for tires. However they quoted me over $2000 worth of unnecessary repairs. My mechanic I went to said I didn’t need all the repairs Les Schwab said I did and saved me over $800.

Took my van into the Les Schwab Tire Center in South Jordan, UT because one of my tires was falling apart (70,000 mile tires with less than 30,000 miles traveled on them). Was told that I would have to pay $95 of the $145 for a new tire (all the other tires were fine so it was clearly a defective tire). What good is a full warranty if you have to pay for replacing a defective tire? I needed to replace the tire to keep my family safe, but shouldnt have had to pay since the tire was defective. It makes much more sense to get cheapo tires without a nice warranty, if this is how it works.

Well... I’m still here.. Pulled in a 10:45 this morning for a flat repair and a new tire on my dump truck. They said it would be about 45 minutes. At 12:30 I went to check out to see if they were getting close to finishing.. They hadn’t even started. I know things happen and I’m limited on shops that service commercial trucks on the south end of the valley, but had I been told I would be here over 3 hours (and still counting) I definitely would have gone somewhere else.

I cant say how much I love Les Schwab and this Les Schwab in specific. They are honest, reliable, hardwoand have saved me so many times. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car taken care of the right way.
