I called Invicta (IWSC) to have a watchband replaced and I talk to a representative ( Kiara) Who was so very kind to take the initiative and go beyond and above to make sure that I was satisfied and getting the right watchband for my particular watch.The representative spent a lot of time and making sure that I was completely satisfied and understood the issue that I was having trying to get a watch band replace, I take my ๐hat off to her because she was kind and very patient! Kudos to her I give five stars*****๐๐ฝ She is a great asset to the company!
Customer service rep Alec Fraga has all but bent over backwards to make sure I`m satisfied. You can tell he`s there because he`s into watches and it`s not just a place of employment to him.He cares that the work is done properly and that matters when you`re as meticulous as I am. GREAT JOB !
Good service and fast turn-around ! My watch ended up with TWO separate issues and ended up requiring a movement replacement. Matt Milano facilitated the repair and my cherished watch is back working as expected and responded quickly to all my emails. I especially appreciated the e-mail updates at every stage of the repair process from receipt to evaluation to repair to final quality inspection to return shipping details.
Austin has been exceptional in his customer service. Since the moment my watch has arrived there he has kept me informed of the progress of my watch in a timely manner. Austin has also gone out of his way to answer my questions and concerns regarding my much loved and sentimental watch. He also went out of his way to explain the finer details of the scope of work to be done to make sure I felt at ease and was informed in a way I understand. Good Day I would like to speak about my experience with the Lowen Watch group I sent my mechanical watch to be repaired it was returned several times not working I requested that the watch should be replaced after three tries could not resolve my issue from October of 2020 until January of 2021 my issue was resolved by the manager Carol de la Cruz I thank her personally for the diligent work she did in resolving my issue and replacing it with another mechanical watch good work thank you again

Customer service disaster. 6 phone calls to customer service attempting to speak with โAustinโ since 12/2/20. Finally asked for a supervisor on Monday the 21st who promised sheโd get right back to once she figured out what โAustinโ was doing. I called today only to be told that โAustinโ was on the phone and theyโed leave him a message. This is an asinine game. I donโt think โAustinโ is an actual person. So if youโre part of management and reading this review, youโve got some serious cs issues. Oh, and please tell โAustinโ to call me! Maybe I can learn whatโs happening with this watch before 2021. After getting my watch fixed, USPS lost my package. Carol De La Cruz from customer service helped me try and locate it with USPS. After it was apparent they could not find it she helped me get a replacement watch ASAP.
I love watches and am careful who I ask to maintain them. I have toured their facility and met with owners. I am impressed with their professionalism and sincere wish to please their customers with top notch service. I will go nowhere else.

They are holding my watch captive and want half the cost of that watch new just to ship it back to my possession, they are literally stealing from me.... They charge 30 bucks shipping, then the same amount for simple repairs. Dont send your watch to these hornbeasts.

Thieves!!! They had a store at Burlington mall in Burlington,MA, changed my battery once there, the guy offered me plan for unlimited battery service for 5 years which sounded a good deal!! Bought 2plans, after a year the shop closed, called the company hq in Utah asking if they have another shop in the area, the rep said they donโt!! She offered me a mailing service for the watch which I didnโt want, she said ok they ll refund me what is left from the plan, I got a check in the amount of 2.98 from 2 plans in the amount of 75$ !!!!! Called them one more time placed on hold and nothing! The rep said yeah thatโs what is left, avoid them at all cost!!
