They will tell you what a legitimate company they are. They wont know where their office is located and if they give you a number for the corporate office it goes to voicemail. There have been about three different names stating that I would like to buy your house at and then a God Bless and fake name and phone number. The most frequent name used is Janet Lee. Phone number search has no Janet Lee connected to the phone number. The phone number is also not connected to Utah sell now when googled as legitimate. Only the address when googled has connection to Utah sell now. Why dont you put your company name above the address on the post card? Why is there no such person as Janet Lee? And how many times do you send solicitations to the same address before you move on to another neighborhood? My house is not for sale. I dont own a fixer upper, I am not desperate for cash. Even if I were, as shady and unprofessional your cards are, I would never consider doing business with you.
