I went in today with a lot of questions and needing a lot of help and guidance as I am new to the wig world. Jessica was so kind and helpful and made it such a pleasant experience, especially for a circumstance that has been so pleasant for me. I truly appreciated her and thought this shop had fantastic options!

I have had a really hard past couple of years, fell into a deep depression which resulted in my self-care to become non-existent. I wore a beanie for about four months straight and developed what I refer to as a dreadlock helmet. I was going to try and comb it out but deep down I knew it really wasnt going to be possible. I had job interviews that I needed to be presentable for and decided to see if I could just wear a wig. The staff were so welcoming and warm that I felt able to open up to them and let them know what was going on underneath my beanie. The stylist ended up agreeing that combing it out probably wasnt really a viable option, so I decided F it and asked her if she would just shave my head, which she did. If you have ever seen a matted dog get shaved, the process seemed to be exactly the same. She was super sweet about it and assured me it wasnt disgusting (lol lies, it really was). I ended up buying a wig that was (is) so pretty, its the long, thick hair I never had, as my own hair is fine and thin. I pretty much want a hundred wigs now and never want my own hair to grow back, in fact, Ill be buzzing my hair soon. I bought another one like a week later, and once I get a few paychecks I fully intend to buy another one. I would feel like I was cheating on them if I went anywhere else so they better stay open forever. I highly recommend anyone considering a wig to go to this shop. They have a lot of color/style options for every price range. I went to the West Valley location but Im sure theyre all great.

The wigs are high quality and I enjoy the staff. I have been wearing wigs for about 5 years because of Alopecia hair loss and people compliment me on my hair. They are surprised when I tell them I wear wigs. The staff style them the way that looks good on you. I recommend them to anyone who needs help.

Very disappointed with the staff, young woman there was not helpful and acted as if I was a burden. Im losing my hair and asked for a topper, my hair is gray, she brought me a brown topper. Really? It was two short so I asked for a longer one she showed me a dark brown long hair topper. Finally I ask for a gray topper, and her reply Ill have to check in the back. Seriously, gray short hair and was offered brown toppers! It was like pulling teeth . I brought the gray topper because I felt i had better not burden this girl again! Im not happy with it at all. $260.00 for synthetic hair topper. This is why I give this place one star.

I dont know how to start and tell you how amazingly impressed I was with my experience at Creative Wigs. First and foremost Nicole is so compassionate and caring. I am a cancer patient and my Chemo treatments caused me to lose my hair. Nicole explained the whole process of how to use and wear a wig. She listened to all questions and provided a thorough answer. I would totally recommend this establishment to anyone who is in need of a wig.Thank you for making me feel whole again.

All of these reviews are OLD and from what the ladies at the boutique told me, it is now under new management. I went to the one in South Jordan and it was WONDERFUL!!! I was helped mostly by Jana Wagner, but ALL of the ladies there were just so sweet and fun to work with! I will travel half way across the country to work with these ladies! FANTASTIC service and so welcoming! And... No, they do not charge a per wig fee to try on any wigs!The wigs are good quality and they have all the latest styles. I definitely recommend this shop!

It has been a while since I went in, but this place has the sweetest employees! They care about their customers and have a great selection of wigs from costume to elegant. If you need a place to go for wigs, I would highly recommend them. I know I will be back!

The Halo Fall is perfect for wearing with my thinning hair. It’s not as heavy as a full wig. Heidi was so helpful in ordering the exact color I needed!

They tried fixing my lace front with glue. My $400 wig has what looks like a blob of super glue right on the front of the wig. Very tacky! I feel like they ruined it..
