I worked with this office to coordinate the proposal across 12 of my neighbors and Garage Kings was responsive in their customers service AND VERY responsible in their delivery of installation. Every one of my neighbors is pleased with every element of this relationship.Speaking for myself, I took a great of time to research providers and have a few flake out, a few come with marginal product, a few not convince me of their technical approach, and a few just didnt meet the quality of experience delivered from Garage Kings.And the product speaks for itself when you see my garage. NOTE: In the first week after completion my exercise sessions in my garage doubled in time dedicated (not necessarily because I had a better workout, I just really enjoyed sitting on my workout bench admiring my floor). :)Would recommend these guys every time.And look at the installation of the baseboard....completely finished the work and would pay for that add on every installation they do.

Athan and Dani were fantastic with the actual installation of the garage floor. They took great care to cover everything with plastic and they were very careful moving my stuff out. From the moment I contacted Garage King I had fast response, courteous service and great communication throughout the process. The mark of a truly great company is not what they do the first time but how they stand behind what they do in the future. I had a floor done for me earlier this year. I had some issues that were not terrible but I was not completely satisfied. I called their office, they dent someone out to look. The company returned and made the problem a thing of the past. I am thrilled with the overall quality and value provided by Garage Kings. I had a variety of options to choose from. Their consultation was the most helpful, professional and timely. Jake Jones professionally walked us through everything and after going through the process it was clear that my wife and I felt that this was the team to go with. They were also very responsive with communication and let me know that they finished a job early and called me to see if they could get started earlier for us! When we got back from our trip we had an amazing product installed and the quality shows. Unfortunately they made one small mistake by missing a piece of rebar that was in our contract to be removed. Jake and his team recognized the problem and took complete ownership. They came out to remove it and I felt like they when above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Fantastic experience so far. This company has many strengths including:1. Responsiveness - Drake returned my calls (even when busy) and provided me the most detailed quotation that I have seen of any service company. It answered the majority of my questions with extreme specificity (versus one contractor who looked at my garage floor, took no measurements and quoted me $3200 with no information). Mo with the install crew kept informed about arrival, completion, etc... Britney followed up with emails and I could tell was in communication with Drake and Mo.2. Results - I explained what they were doing to the garage floor to my wife but she hadnt seen it. When she saw it she exclaimed WOW. For my wife to be that impressed, it has to look amazing. Actually, it looked even better after they had done the repair work(filled cracks, leveled pocked-marked front edge and ground off old coating). But it really popped when they applied the coating.3 Warranty and durability - 21 years? I dont think you can beat that kind of guarantee anywhere. My self-applied epoxy floor lasted about 2 years so Im looking forward to not have to worry about this floor for many years.4. Thanks to Drake, Mo, Britney and the rest of the hard working crew for taking such pride in their work. This group are like artists and boy do they do great work.

Great job by Garage Kings. Reasonably priced and very professional. My only critique is that I had my garage painted prior to their service (per recommendation by them when I mentioned I was going to paint the garage walls). I noticed some minor scratches to the walls and entrance door. They did attempt to paint over the scratches, but I will have to add another coat to the garage as a result. I believe this is a function of the service they provide; they have some heavy duty equipment to scrape and prep the concrete. I would have appreciated them pointing these areas out to me following their service, but I am happy they attempted to fix the scrapes before they left. Overall, I still highly recommend their services. Thank you for a great garage floor, Garage Kings!

Drake and his team were awesome to work with. My experience through the initial inquiry call, the onsite quote, the prep and completion of the job were all amazing. The whole team was very friendly, very professional, showed excellent care for the job at hand and went above and beyond for clean up before they left. I was scheduled for a Friday install, but Drake contacted me Thursday to say theyd be available late afternoon to start early if I wanted to. Of course I did and they worked into the evening trying to beat my timeline. My experience couldnt have been any better, and my garage looks amazing.

We questioned if it was worth spending money on something like your garage floor, but we are so glad we did it. Our garage is 1,000 square feet so it was no small job and it looks amazing. These guys went the extra mile! Unexpectedly, the weather went to near freezing conditions and rain/snow. Nevertheless, they continued on the project (outside decking) and did an incredible job. The project was extended because of the weather, and they had to take much longer than expected, yet maintained the greatest customer service ever and honored the original deal. Highly recommended!

We had Garage Kings finish our garage floor. It was a new home and we scheduled it long before the construction was done. Drake was amazing to work with and my floor looks fantastic. When we moved in we scuffed the floor with a heavy piano. Drake came back and fixed it free of charge. I would use them again and I highly recommend them!!!

Two brothers did a great job. One of the reasons I chose Garage Kings is because they use the polyaspartic finish rather than standard epoxy. Start to finish all in one day. Very happy with the result. Brothers work hard, good to work with.

I had Garage Kings put a Poly Aspartic floor in my homes garage and it turned out great. Drake came by to measure it up and took lots of time to help me select the right products and colors, he was very helpful and easy to work with. I had some time sensitivities with having the project done as I was in the process of moving and needed to have the flooring completed in a tight time frame. Drakes crew was able to get to my project quickly so that there were no hiccups and the floor was ready to go when I started moving my garage from my old house to new. His crew was spectacular, the floor needed a little concrete repair and they did a great job on the repair before putting the flooring down. The crews attention to detail was excellent as the finished product looks perfect. After the floor was installed, I decided to remove some cabinets in the garage that touched the floor, when I did so it left a few spots that didnt have the flooring on it. I called Drake back up and he came back out within a couple of days and put flooring over the spots and it matches perfectly, no charge. Drake and his crew are top notch. If you need a epoxy or Poly Aspartic flooring in your garage, basement, or aircraft hangar, no need to call around, just call these guys for a world class job!

The floor product was installed with an amazing result. Post-installation instructions were clearly outlined in an information sheet.
