Ive found over the years that one of the most difficult things to manage as a business owner is technology. Phones, network, printer, computers, storage, and security. Excellent customer service and expert knowledge. Executech was quick to respond to the network issues we were experiencing. They fully explored the issue to come up with an accurate diagnosis. The two solutions they came up with were effective as we are no longer having problems we were before, and resolved a few minor things we werent aware of as well.

Our Executech advisor is amazing, he periodically visits our office for maintenance and support. During his visit today, our internet went down. We were lucky he was here because he got everything back up and running. He was also extremely helpful in addressing our concerns, around our technical equipment and immediately provided concierge advice and support. As a company, we are good at what we do but when it comes to IT, we look at Executech.

Dont worry, I call out the other companies whose vehicles I see cutting in and out of traffic too, but Executech is, hands-down, one of the three companies you can RELY ON to have a HORRIBAD driver at the wheel of their vehicles. Every time Ive encountered one of their cars on the road, they have proven that they are incapable of civil interaction with other drivers. Any company that employs people that consistently, who have SO LITTLE REGARD for the members of their community, should NOT be rewarded with your hard-earned dollars. **UPDATE: Executech left a response that they only charged me a little over $100. FALSE. then told me to call and they would resolve this with me. When I called, the receptionist told me they wouldnt even talk to me and that it had already been sent to collections. Why even respond to a post, if you cant/wont resolve this issue with me? They wouldnt have needed to send it to collections, if they had billed me what they said they would in the first place and werent total scammers. I plan on going to all of their social media to warn people. I feel like people should know. The good reviews on here look like they are just from employees not actual clients.This company is a complete scam. I had them bid a project, while they were there I asked them if they could run a few wires, they said they would do it for $100. I went ahead and had them run the wires. The bid for the other stuff came back 4 times as much as everyone else so I had someone else do the other work. They then billed me $500 for the work that they had originally quoted me $100 on. (It seems to me they were just upset I didnt go for their outrageous bid). It was all verbal communication for the little work that they did so I asked them to email me any communication where I agreed to $500 to run a few wires and they never did. They continue to send me invoices for work they didnt do. Charging me late fees. They are now threatening to take me to collections and they have people show up trying to serve me to take me to court. Do NOT hire them. They are total scammers.

It isnt often that a company, much less the president would take time out of their day to find a solution for you even though we arent a client of theirs. I woke up this morning to a string of emails I was included on with Eric and our current provider suggesting different solutions to our issues. I highly recommend this company! When your company is heavily dependent on your IT infrastructure, these the guys to call if you experience issues or need advice. We had something terrible happen to our main server, and Chris and Israel came by and helped us restore everything and get back up and running. Executech is the finest Tech support team that I have ever worked with. Technician Dallas Pederson was exceptional. I needed a broken screen replaced on my Dell. Dell was backlogged and slow getting us the screen but Dallas kept me updated and once it arrived, he had it installed and back to me within hours.
