InsideOut coaching is unlike anything on the market; I love how it teaches managers how to have coaching conversations that bring out the greatness that is already within the employee. The principles also help the employee and/or manager realize where they might be getting stuck and develop a way forward where the employee is empowered. Ive found the principles helpful in my everyday life, not just at work. I would highly recommend learning more about IOD, its definitely worth your time!
