Dallin did a great job. He is contracted with manufacturers and has factory training and certification. It couldnt have been easier to get our fridge repaired. He took care of all the paperwork to make sure the warranty repair was done at no charge to us.Most Impressive: Online scheduling and email/text updates for appointments and arrival times...very smooth and very punctual.We will use him for every appliance repair in the future.

Vertex is great. They are honest and reliable. With lots of calls I originally had a different company give me a diagnostic because they could come out sooner. From the get go the other company seemed shady. In the 5 minute conversation I had with them the price of my dishwasher went from $1500 to $2000 to finally $3000 (with install). They quoted me $550 for the repair. I didnt feel right about it. I called Dallin and explained to him what was going on. He fixed my dishwasher last year. The problem was the exact same he solved for $280. The faulty part was under warranty and was fixed as soon as it came in. So grateful I followed my gut and called Dallin at Vertex.

My 80 year old mother just had the element in her oven go out. She was needing it repaired. She recently had some other work done in her home and the repair company we used was dishonest with her. After reading reviews about Vertex, I decided to call them and Dallin could not have been better! He explained to her that the oven was too old and that the parts were no longer available. He also took the time to call me as well. He didnt even charge her for the service call. I will DEFINITELY be using Vertex with any needs we have in the future. What a difference from our last experience! There is a reason this company has such high reviews. You can trust them.

WOW! Over 2 months of fighting with LG for a warranty repair of my dishwasher I was fed up and contacted Vertex Appliance Repair. Less than 24 hours from point of contact with them and my dishwasher is fixed. I will NEVER purchase LG products again, but if said dishwasher has more problems, Vertex will be my first call/text (lets all pray that doesnt need to happen).

Dallin with Vertex Repair is awesome. We needed our stove/oven repaired. Of course it wasnt working during the quarantine time. He was available very quickly, ordered the part we needed, and was very reasonable on the price. A couple months later our washer needed a repair. Of course I called Dallin. Again, he fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. I hope I dont have to use him again for awhile, but if I have any appliance repairs I will be giving him a call.

I was very pleased with Vertex and Dallin (technician) to come fix my fridge issue. I had fixed one problem on my own but the fridge still wasnt working properly so I called Vertex. This guy is 5 stars FOR A REASON! He backs up his license by going the extra mile for the customer, being straightforward and honest, even going out of his way to make things a little easier if shipping has been delayed due to no fault of his own. I’m recommending Vertex to everyone. This was my first time hiring a repairman for myself. I’ve worked for referral companies in the past and know just how hit or miss the hiring process can be in this industry. Vertex definitely won’t disappoint.

Our refrigerator went out a couple of weeks ago and I called Dallin to see if he could help. I told him what was wrong and he knew exactly what had happened. He was able to squeeze us in for an appointment the same day to come out and look at the refrigerator. He confirmed that the compressor had gone out. He does warranty work on LG’s which is super helpful because there aren’t very many companies that work with LG products. We were trying to decide whether or not to just buy a new refrigerator and ultimately decided that we would. To our surprise he didn’t charge us a service fee to come out and told us that he would rather have that money go towards the purchase of a new refrigerator. We appreciate his honesty, professionalism, responsiveness, and most of all his kindness during a really stressful time. We will definitely use him in the future if we need repairs on our other appliances.

Had a VERY BAD experience with a different company we thought we could trust, the week before twice.He was had gotton back to us within minutes of finding his services and scheduled an appointment with us to meet the very next day to fix their washer without question he was there when he said he would be and came back to with the part that was needed again when said he would.Hands down the BEST SERVICE we have ever has......Thanks so much for being such a great guy and honest.

He quickly diagnosed the problem with my stove, ordered the parts, and even offered to come install them on a Saturday so I could make salsa with our quickly ripening tomatoes!! Wow! I called yesterday, went through a quick discussion on the phone about the problem my washer was having, and Dallin knew what the problem was, ensuring he brought the right part even without me being able to give him the model number. He used a text message system so I knew when he was on his way, he was right on time, quickly had the repair made, and went the extra mile to clean out a little emergency drain hose when I mentioned it was not working. Our freezer suddenly died after less than 2 years. We were ready to throw it out and purchase a new one until someone recommended Vertex Appliance Repair. We called and Dallin quickly came and diagnosed our problem...a faulty, inexpensive part. He returned later and repaired it. There needs to be more companies like this. Honest, fast, willing to work around the customer. I had someone quote me more than double the price of what I paid at Vertex. I would highly recommend Vertex Appliance Repair. Dallin was awesome. I had an icemaker go out on me and the top oven of a double oven was not working properly.
