I would recommend frank’s auto sales to anyone. The car selection is beautiful and the prices are fair. I purchased a 2015 Lexus from them about a year ago and am absolutely in love. The team is very knowledgeable, and helped me choose the right fit for me, which was a plus because I’m indecisive as hell. I was a little worried because I was still in the process of repairing my credit, but desperately needed a car at the time. Eddie from the finance department helped me get an awesome interest rate and I was able to walk away with the car of my dreams. They also offer free diagnostics, so I brought my brother in to get his Volkswagen checked out since he had all his lights flashing on the dashboard. Frank helped my brother understand what repairs my brother’s car needed. Two happy customers, and I will definitely be referring people here.

Went in for diagnostics test come out with radiator leak. Go for diagnostic test with every intention on getting them do repairs. They brings me back my car saying much bigger problem than testing, Im overheating. I have had this car 3 yrs and driven to west hell and back with no problems. Now all of a sudden Im overheating. I dont know what they did to my car but now I have to go get it repaired by real mechanic... I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went in to buy my 2015 Audi before the pandemic started. The staff was wonderful and friendly! I went back to get my muffler fixed last week and as expected, they did a wonderful job! 10/10!!

I just got a car today from Franks and I must say this has been the best financing place I have ever been to. James is amazing and so is the owner. Very professional and they are willing to work with you. My credit was not great at all due to past experiences but they got me to pull off in a 2012 Nissan Altima with a decent down payment and a affordable monthly payment. I cant thank them enough. These people must be paid reviewers I know these are false comments. I brought a truck from here and not even a month later the engine blew along with the transmission. The truck was a complete lemon. Tried to take it back they wouldnt take it tried to get them to fix it They refused. Im stuck with no running car and a $10,000 bill. Run from these monsters and run fast or your credit will be ruin trying to pay your note and paying for car repairs on a lemon.

I bought my Mercedes benz s430 from this dealership in March. It has been an amazing experience with the people at Franks. The buying process was no pressure. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Dennis Wells was my salesman and he was very personable.

This is one sheisty dealership. All their cars are auction cars. They dont do any cleaning or detailing of the vehicle before its sold. The salesman named T.Y is arrogant and over confident about the overpriced vehicles. This dealership struck me as a very shady, Im gonna take whatever you have today, and screw up ur credit, because the car wont last nearly as long as the loan payments type of place. The outside of the cars look great. After seeing the inside I just knew there were bed bugs. Save your money get your weight up and do business elsewhere. Do not let predatory salesmen feed off of your desperation

Get customer service, they go beyond there way to make sure you drive off the lot in something clean. With a reasonable note not to high but just right. I will be back in two years to do a upgrade.

I bought a vehicle from here that I was lied to about what was wrong with it. After still purchasing this vehicle, knowing it wasn’t perfect, I’ve spent a lot of money trying to fix this lemon and it’s not fixed and now needs a new engine. I was told by the owner of this facility to turn around and sell my vehicle ‘as is’ so I don’t have to tell anyone what is really wrong with it. So I’m betting this is what happened to me, the owner fraudulently sold me this vehicle. There are several other used car lots around, go to one of those instead.
