I’ve came here for a cleaning and let me tell you they made me feel so comfortable in a place that honestly makes me feel anxious, they made it easy for me. PLUS I came here because my tooth was chipped and they told me to come in as soon as I told them and the dentist fixed it while the whole time making sure that I was comfortable and not in pain, other dentists want to get you in and then out, but here they want you to be happy and comfortable with the results. Highly recommend!!!

OMG! Finally found my Dentist in South Gate. This office located at the Super A Shopping center on California Ave in South Gate is by far the best dentist if have ever been to. The staff and dentists are all very professional and kind and caring. They were able to take care of my whole family even my kids and do Braces for them. I had a chipped tooth that was preventing me from smiling, but when they were done with the white filling, you couldnt tell it was ever chipped. Dr. Torbatis dental aesthetic skills got me smiling again.

Best Dentist near me in South Gate. I was WOWed by the amount of care and friendliness this dental office had. I could tell the dentist was truly caring and Trust worthy. They offered me pain Free dentistry and put me at ease with their payment options. I will be recommending all my family and friends here.

Heres the problem. My wife had a two crowns put in nearly 6 months ago. My wife had one crown come loose and chip away within 6 months of it being put in. The Dr claimed that the gingivitis my wife had was to blame for it falling out. However was the gum disease so bad that is the only reason? Everyone with a little bit of time and research knows that while dentists just love selling crowns they fail to mention that you have a big increase of getting gum disease after getting crowns. Its a fact. Its also a fact that the Dr told my wife 6 months she had gingivitis but still insisted on doing the crowns.This doctor and her staff do are professionals except when dealing with mistakes they might have made. The dentist installed crowns months ago on gums with gingivitis knowing full well they may fall back on ff due to inflammation but then again the other crown installed did not fall or chip which leads me to believe that it was their implementation if the crown that failed. The doctor tried to tell me and my wife to chalk it up to gum disease. If a crown falls out within 6 months then the dentist needs to stand behind their work. On the phone before the vist they told us they have a 6 month guarantee but in person the dr said its on a case by case basis aka they messed up but they wanted us to pay for their mistake. If they had remedied this situation professionally like any business of their reputation then they would have recemented for free, the dr could have apologized and wed return to spend thousands more. Instead they lost us as customers and thousands of dollars in dental work just because they not only have no established policy and uniformity in implementing the quality of their services but the dr has nothing else on her mind but to avoid her mistakes and upsell my wife and I. These kind of businesses become complacent because they think they are doing people a favor but sooner or later people find the truth. If the Dr had not taken my wife and I for fools, Id be writing a glowing review but instead Im here disappointed. Dr learn to back up your work because a crown that falls in 6 months is highly unsual. You know it and I know it but hey you got another 100 bucks from my wife to recement her crown. Shame on you. Remember to get this office to tell you in writing or verbally agree with the dr directly what will happen in case dental work goes wrong. Dont accept the lazy non best practices approach that office takes by letting them tell you its on a case by case basis. Force them the stand behind their work. Maybe because they are in an immigrant community they think they dont need to really be as honest and forth coming as other wealthier suburbs of Los Angeles. I hope that office improves because the current climate isnt too friendly to heartless businesses. People are suffering now and what would have a bit of kindness and humility have done but come a long way in rectifying what should have been a minor problem to fix. You got a our money. And this review.Also my opinion is that you have a lot of reviews so over the top that they border on being fake and paid reviews. Dr is it your perogative to take advantage of the local community or is that taught at USC? Boy I dont think your alma mater or any boards that certify you dentists want to hear or have a whiff of your office taking advantage of and or poorly advising dental work knowing that it may have not been in the best interest of the customer. Have you no ethics? Shame? Disgusting. Youre almost as bad as the immigration lawyers that tried to fleece my wife before I tried reporting them to the bar association and bingo bango we got our money back. I never once asked for our money back but boy do I feel embarrassed for having been taken in by such remorseless business owners.

Best dentist hands down! I never thought Id be so happy leaving the dentist, but this place has it all. Its kid friendly, the staff is simply Amazing!! If youre looking for a new dentist look no further, I can guarantee youll be well taken care of.

Sumer smile is one of the best dental office in town. Every body is friendly and professional and they know what they are doing. They also work with your budget. As soon as I walked in I felt so comfortable and I had a feeling these people can get the job done.I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Torbati provide the best dental experience I have ever had. I honestly have never had a better dentist in my entire life - and Im picky! Im writing this review after being in her office 3 times.I had a bunch of cavities filled and she provided costs in advance so there were no surprises. I barely felt anything too which is always welcomed! Dr. Torbati spends a lot of time with her patients and you never feel like she is rushing to move onto the next person. Honestly, Ive never had this much face time with my dentist - I cant even tell you my last dentists name!I feel like she genuinely cares about the long term care of my teeth and took the time to talk to me about my concerns. I highly recommend checking out the office!

I was not smiling as much anymore :-( . I found Della at Summer Smile Dental. Now I can say my smile is back :-). I am a happy customer.
