Alex to the RescueMy windshield wipers were failing as I drove through the downpour on Randall Road. I pulled into AutoZone for help. I had no idea what size I needed or how to install them. Alex C looked up the specs for me and recommended a brand he had used himself. He even went the extra mile to install them for me in the downpour. I would have struggled with the process myself on a sunny day; no chance of completing it myself under the conditions of heavy rain. He made the change effortlessly. The blades worked perfectly and I am so impressed with the excellent level of service provided by Alex. He saved the day!

I have no knowledge of cars and I came here to replace my headlight that went out. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Alex was extremely patient and helpful with helping me find the correct light. He even went as far as installing it for me!! Thank you so much Alex, your extra work was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone that needs a replacement part or has a question about their car!!

The service here was excellent. This was my first time getting a car service at AutoZone; I needed a new battery. The store was clean and organized, and the battery replacement only took about 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

The store is very clean and organized. I know nothing about cars or the name of what I needed and Keith was very knowledgeable and friendly and able to help me find exactly what I needed.

Sales staff is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer your questions immediately. They look up what you need as soon as you enter and then walk with you to find the stock. Pretty much my go to.

Keegan and Shawn are awesome to work with on the commercial side. So helpful and communication is top notch!! This store is lucky to have them!!

Roman was extremely helpful! I drove up with my children due to an error code for battery in my car. As I drove up and parked my car stopped working and the battery was fully dead. He helped me get a new battery and installed it, which turned out to be a bit tricky! Amazing service highly recommend.

I went to this Autozone because I needed a new car battery. Sean was able to test my battery, recommend a new one, and install the new one, all in under 15 minutes. Very helpful and friendly. I will shop there again

Great store! I had a hub bearing go bad on a tow vehicle late Saturday, and an important kids event on Sunday where I needed to bring a trailer.Angel was in the South Elgin store when I came in. He knew more than just the part - he talked me through the process of replacing a hub bearing like he could do it with his eyes closed, thoroughly explaining the use of each rental tool.He even threw in some words of encouragement to just keep pushing forward, which came in handy as I was fighting to separate 9 year old rusted parts in the dark.All told, the part went in, I took a 1 mile test drive, hooked up trailer, and made the event with only minutes to spare. Went there today for a taillight bulb for my car. I have never had to replace one in my current vehicle. The manager came out to help locate the bulb needed as the other employee was assisting someone else. I can’t recommend this place enough. Prices are great, always helpful, and they go beyond to assist. My husband has been here several times and had the same experience. They really make you feel welcome and so much less than going to a car dealer. Highly recommended!!!

Jr. Hernandez took very good care of me when I purchased windshield wipers. He took the time on a Sunday morning to greet me with a smile, make sure I had the correct wipers for me car, and installed them for me (which literally took 2 minutes). Excellent and personable employee! I will definitely come back to this store next time I need something for my vehicle.

Very very bad service. They told us to come to change the car battery when we went they said we cannot chng lexus battery and they said to stop the car they will give the jump start and later refused to do even that. We were stuck in the parking lot with no help. We already called the insurance for jumpstart before heading to this auto shop. I am looking for a place to report about them.

My daughters battery died, they were nice enough to install it right after she purchased a new battery. Went way beyond what was required of them. A great, knowledgeable staff and very kind.

On 3/20 Tegan went above n beyond helping our family find the correct parts for our Nissan, first with our daughter and later with my husband. Car died on side of road, we got it to your store. He helped install, gave advice and found a problem we missed.I can’t thank him enough spending the time with us. Try to purchase a cabin filter for a 2014 Altima and they dont carry them. Tried to buy a oil filter for a chevy 5.0 liter engine and they dont carry them. Seems like they have a very limited inventory.
