We booked an inflatable obstacle course and bouncy house for an event held at our school. Everything was set up for us in a timely fashion. When we had an issue with a piece of equipment (our fault), they supplied us with another very quickly so the day could go on as planned. The kids had a really fun time on both inflatables. My friend told me about this company and I decided to use their services. The dazzling house was good. However, they were late for an hour and some of the kids who wanted to jump left my party. For this reason, I would give them 3 stars out of 5.

Very prompt service! The only thing I would suggest is having a morning drop off for those that want a party at 10am rather than ordering an extra night. We enjoyed our time with the bounce house. It was anchored and sanitized before use.

Honestly this couldn’t have been a better experience. The rental was easy to do online, I got emails confirming and updating me on the process along the way and they were early to drop off, late to pick up so my kids got to truly maximize their experience with this rental. We will be renting from this company time and time again. Couldn’t be happier!!! HIGHLY recommend.

I definitely wouldnt recommend this place. Customer service isnt great. I needed a bouncy house and had questions, when I called no one would answer. By the time they answered, which was a few days later, someone had already booked the bouncy house I wanted. So then I called a few days later to rent chairs and tables and was told I would be given a call back because he was driving. Cool, understandable. I waited for the call and 2 days later still no call back. Must be a super long drive. I called back again today and now it says my call has been forwarded. Reading all the good reviews I definitely thought customer service would be great but definitely NO!

Very happy with the pricing and quality of what we received. Needed some tables and chairs delivered for a small event at out our house. It was easy to shop and set up the delivery via the website, and the items were delivered early to allow sufficient time for setup. Will recommend to friends and family!

Great company to work with. We ordered the aloha combo bouncy house and water slide for our kids birthday parties. The 2 delivery men were on time and setup quickly. They used a huge tarp under the bouncy (first company that we have had do that) and staked everything down. The unit was also cleaned from top to bottom right in front of us. It was well maintained and clean! Excellent service!

I used MGS rentals for my sons wedding shower They were extremely easy to work with even when I had to change my party date a week before due to Covid. They were very professional and set up a nice looking tent and provided chairs/tables and games. Everything was in great condition and very clean. I highly recommend.

Rented a waterslide, they confirmed the night before what time they would be there in the morning. They were on time and were very friendly to work with. We had an awesome party for our 9 year old and the slide was the hit of the party. They came back the next morning and quickly cleaned everything up. Highly recommend.
