The gentlemen there have always been friendly and helpful.They give me options when need be, though by now, they know me & my preferences.They have helped me reduce my costs with helpful recommendations.There is rarely a line because the guys work quickly.(& they don’t do other stuff at the counter..when I go to OTHER local post offices, someone inevitably will be working on some project at the counter, while one person is servicing customers, and the line grows and grows..it’s like, put that down & help with this line or take your stuff elsewhere so we don’t see you ignoring us.)

I drop my packages there all the time and both Guys that work there are extremely nice and always work fast, you don’t always see that ! My favorite location .

The people that work there are very rude and need to be more friendly. They try to charge people more than what you suppose to pay for the mailing.0 start not even 1 start.

If you print your own labels, Id save yourself the hassle and go to St Charles or Elgin. They dont understand the Flat rate box /envelope rules and I have been refused the ability to drop packages off because of this on a few occasions. Id give 0 stars if I could.

I have had a package stuck in the Chicago ISC Processing since Feb 18,2019 and have absolutely no way to obtain information regarding it. Why is it so hard to get information from the USPS. If a package is in one of your facilities, a customer should be able to get detailed status on it daily. I have been on the 1800-ASK-USPS phone number and just get a run around in your auto attendant. When I did finally get to an agent I was told nothing useful regarding the package in concern. Frankly, Customer Service with the USPS is substandard when attempting contact. Over the phone.

Okay, sure they will provide you with shipping option but do ask for different shipping option. They will screw you up with expensive one even when you dont need that.Worst place for dropping your packages if you have small business. I would recommend you take you package to Elgin Sorting Facility on Randall between Marcus Theater and AldisI have been doing business with them for past 1 year and lately they have problem with everything I drop even-though they are acceptable with USPS. But Carroll is to be honest a little pain in the ass. And I have heard same with few other business.If you are doing fast shipping UPS or FedEx are the best company to go with.

I agree, I cant believe the worker there work for the USPS. Great service.

Have tried two times to go before their 5:00pm closing and they have closed early both times. Ridiculous. Its difficult for working people to get to places that are only open until 5pm and when people rush to get there and they are closed, its an issue.
