Horrible experience with Bravo Epoxy. They did my floors on April 29th the white coat and came back after 4 days May 3rd to finish the color. I told Hugo that same day I do not like my floor. And what in the world was on my Landing. He told me the color is settling in it will be better. Hugo said he will come and fix my floor as how I wanted it. It is now June 2nd and every day he has told me he will come, he has found an excuse to not show up. I have put my other basement work on hold because of this company promising me that I will get what I want. My basement should have been completed weeks ago. And now I am stuck with this terrible job done by Bravo epoxy. They never even filled in cracks and painted over the cracks. We had asked Tanya on the first meet she had come by to measure and take pictures. She was so sure that Hugo does everything. Obviously they dont. All they have done is lied to us and stood us up every time. We were so patient and frustrated with them at the same time.Is that a job of a professional company? My basement is Even more delayed now and will cost me more to fix or change this ugly flooring done by Bravo Epoxy. I will not recommend Bravo Epoxy to anyone. There are better companies and professionals out there.

I found Bravo Epoxy on Google Maps. I gave them a call and Hugo came by right away. He looked at my 770 square foot basement and quoted me $2700 to grind the concrete and coat it with a solid color. He was very professional, and I gave him $700 down for materials. We looked at the colors that he worked with and chose white. He showed up a few days later and started grinding. The job was only supposed to take a half day, and right on schedule, he called me down after lunch to take a look at the finished product. It looked terrible. The coat was thin and I could see right through it. The roller strokes were obvious. His response was, “well you chose white and it is a hard color that needs a bunch of coats.” He said extra coats were half the $2700. I was disappointed and let him know if he warned us about white, we would have chosen a different color. He eventually offered to do another coat at no charge the next day.The next day they came back and put down the second coat, it looked great from the door. He said to give it 24 hours before walking on it. We gave it 72 hours. Upon walking on the floor for the first time, we started to notice spots that were still wet. There were other issues, and small blemishes, spots where you could see where they walked with the cleats. I was ok with this. I just couldn’t have spots of uncured epoxy on the floor. I called up Hugo and he said no problem, he’d come fix it in a week. Also, they unplugged the fridge in the basement to use the outlet, but didn’t plug it back in, so all our backup food spoiled. They also left garbage bags full of concrete dust on my back porch, they are so heavy I’m going to have to open them up to move them. There is also a ton of concrete dust on the porch, they must have broken one bag.Hugo came back and patched the spots. Now we had obvious bumps on the floor, they were raised up and looked like band aids or tape strips. I asked him if what we could do to fix that. The only option he said was to basically start over, bring the machines back, scuff the floor and put more coats. This would be $2000 more dollars, but he promised it would be perfect. We were getting pretty upset at this point. I felt he screwed up and was charging me to fix it. Had the second coat of epoxy hardened, we would have been fine, but he assured me the extra coats would also look much better. Being stuck with an incomplete project, I agreed and he came back out a week later to finish the floor. So here I am now several weeks into a half day project, $4700 into a $2700 job, and the final coat has a huge spot in a high traffic area that did not harden. The spot looks like puke on top of the floor. I asked Hugo for $1000 back, but he wants to come and patch it. My issue is that we are starting all over, the patch will look worse and I’ll be buying epoxy again. I’m not making that mistake again. He insists there must have been something wrong with the epoxy, so I asked him to get a warranty refund and give it to me to find some other floor covering, but he is insisting on coming to fix it and will not give us any refund. Hugo has made comments like, “you chose white” and “you were going to put a carpet over it anyway”. He has treated all this extra work like a favor to us when it just gets worse. My wife has been corresponding with him by txt. Just now as I’m writing this, he called her a deeply offensive derogatory name by txt. That was the last straw, I’m done trying to work anything out with him.Don’t make our mistake, and nobody should blame you for the bad work they do. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. Ive had the material supplier to my house, and they verified everything was installer error. After threatening to sue, Hugo gave me $1000 back and apologized to my wife. Im still $3700 into a floor Ill have to have ground up or covered over.

I highly recommend this company. The owner is very courteous and knowledgeable. I have a two car garage that had extensive salt damage to the floor that now looks amazing. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and looks to be of great quality as well. Not to mention, the price was right too.

I will try to make my story short. I had an agreement with another company who was supposed to start the job on a Monday. Unfortunately after several phone calls and text msgs the previous company delayed the start until Wednesday. Even then they didn’t show up. Due to a limited time on the project I was forced to look for someone else.THIS IS WHERE HUGO AND HIS TEAM ( BRAVO EPOXY) STEPPED IN.Even though Hugo had multiple other clients to attend to he still carved out time to accommodate my project.Throughout the entire process Hugo was there and communicated each step of the way. Bravo Epoxy delivered what they promised. If you look for someone that cares about their job and the quality of the floors then you need to go with Bravo epoxy. We have received multiple compliments from customers and this is all thanks to Bravo Epoxy. THANK YOU Hugo and team for the job well done.

I’ve been looking for epoxy flooring for my basement. After several searches I was contacted by Hugo from Bravo Epoxy. He send a sale rep to take dimensions then presented me with an estimate. I decided to move forward and I am glad I did. He and his crew showed up early Saturday and got to work. After 2 days of work the floor was done but I was advised to allow 24-48 hrs to dry. Once dry my family and I inspected the floor and we were so happy with how it turned out. I am very happy with the service and looking forward to other projects. I would definitely recommend Bravo Epoxy.

We were very happy that in addition to our garages (2), we also had our entry sidewalk coated with polyaspartic material. We have received many compliments about how nice it looks. It is a very cost effective alternative to pavers or other upscale walkway treatments! Hugo paid special attention to preventing accidental slipping on the walkway by providing traction compound in the coating. Overall very well satisfied with the service and the result.

I had my screened in porch done with epoxy and not only did it look fantastic, Bravo Epoxy was so knowledgeable about making sure that it would not be slick when wet and suggested a specific additive to prevent that. He was on time, very clean, and professional with his work. He also stands by his warranty, I never needed it but he followed up to check on it. If you are looking for epoxy in your home or garage, Bravo Epoxy is the one to call!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Bravo was not a referral, but we are so thrilled we chose this company to tackle our 16 year old 3 bay garage floor. We had cracks and chuncks missing from salt damage, they fixed it all. We chose flakes with a pretty copper flecks and we get so many compliments on it. Love how easy it is to clean after a long winter! We have referred Bravo many times and the results are the same, exceptional. Hugo listens to his clients and backs up his work, never hesitate to call with questions or concerns!

We had Hugo do the epoxy floors in our basement and he did a fantastic job. Our whole basement remodel schedule was changed so many times due to other contractors constantly changing their plans but Hugo was super flexible with us changing the install dates and was always very prompt to respond via text to any questions we had. The floors turned out fantastic and we cant wait to start moving our things back into the basement once the epoxy is fully cured. Very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Hugo!

I had three companies come out for an estimate for my garage flooring to be epoxy coating. Hugo took the time to run through the whole process that he does. Very thorough with details of how each day would go. His estimate was right in the middle and impressed with the quality of product they use (definitely not what you get from HD or Menards). Was on time both days of work to put the coating down and took pics and updated frequently. My wife and I are ecstatic at our garage floor and refer him to our friends and family.
