I chose geek squad thinking they were the best. But my experience with them has been frustrating. My laptop has been with them for over a month with no clear answer as to where my laptop is. We keep getting transferred from store to wherever it is they fix them saying our laptop has be shipped from one place to the other. I truly believe they have lost my laptop and wont give me a clear answer. I regret not going with the other company I got a quote from first.

A very pleasant experience! No one could really be happy about having to take one’s laptop in for repairing an unknown problem. This crew made it easy and relatively painless. And, the repair not only fixed my computer, it IMPROVED my computer’s capabilities. Highly recommended!
