Not the service Ive always received dash half done windows not completely wiped

Today my husband’s car was damaged at the wash. He asked for the business’ owner’s name and phone number and no one would provide it. He understands the store might not be responsible, but that’s for the insurance company to figure out. The person in charge is making that basic process difficult.My husband has been using this wash for five years, I have not. I think it’s no better than a gas station wash.

They used to be solid. went today and left with a dirty car still. Ill never go back

This place used to be great with a line around the corner that was worth the wait. The owner has not put a dime into the place since the place opened. Nozzles dont spray and some brushes dont even move. Yesterday they turned me away because of lack of staffing.

The guys at Key West Car Wash fit me into a last minute time slot on a Friday to get an Inside and Out detail. The staff was courteous and friendly and assured me that the vehicle would be done in a few hours - they took my number and said they would call me when completed. As promised within a few hours I received the completed call. Upon arrival the manager walked me back to the detail stall, showed me the various areas of improvement (black scuff marks gone off the ext door panels!) and showed me areas that had significant build up and cleaned up perfectly. This was my first professional level detailing package that I have purchased from Key West though I have used their full service wash before and was happy. I would recommend this business and will use them again when needed.

Love this place, great car wash and options. No issues with damage or not washing completely. We bring all of 4 cars here, its a lot better than the other ones around. Hand dry or bypass if you would like, dont forget to tip the guys and gals !

I have used Key west numerous times for full detail work and they provide consistent, outstanding results. Go out of their way to make sure that I am fully satisfied and it is a very fair price on top of it all!

I brought my car in after some raw meat juice spilled in my trunk and I hadnt noticed for a couple of days. By the time I realized it, the smell in my car was overwhelming. Domingo helped me, took the lid to my trunk cover, and told me to come back in a few hours after theyd had a chance to wash it and dry it. He gave me a very reasonable price before I left so I knew what Id be expecting.I am so relieved that the majority of the smell was removed from the cover! Theres still the slightest hint of stink, but Im not sure its from the cover, it might be from whatever it was that spilled getting on another part of the trunk. He did give me a couple options on how to get rid of the rest of the smell, and I decided to try to air it out first, then move onto plan B if we need to.They were great, Id recommend this place!

I had Key West Car Wash do a full interior detail. They did a fantastic job. My car was spotless, they cleaned all of the crevasses- with two small kids making a mess thats no easy task. They also washed the exterior of my Jeep and scrubbed the wheels. My car looks like I just drove it off of the lot. I will be coming back. The associates were polite and the waiting area was clean.

Spent $18 for a interior/exterior car wash. Drove it a block and noticed the windshield still had bug spots on it. On closer inspection, the whole car still had spots on it. Returned it to the car wash and talked to the manager. He just had his workers go over the car again with hand cloths. I went back to the manager and asked for a discount. He said it had only been a couple of minutes since I had been there for the wash and no discount . I told him that wasnt the point! I had spent good money for a bad job. He finally agreed to take a whopping $2 off my next wash! Got home and noticed even more dirt spots on the car. Will never go back to that car wash. Feel bad for his employees - I could tell the manager didnt care about them anymore than he does for his customers. He needs to go!!!

Wish there was a way to give them no stars. Tried it once and was very unhappy. Back end of my car still was dirty and the guys who dried it really didnt. Thought Id try it once more yesterday. Save your money. The guy who is supposed to brush down the car before you pull into the wash made a few swipes on the front and back windshield which accomplished nothing. When I got out of there, two guys ran over to the car and did a half assed job of drying my car off. I wont be back and if you want to save time and money, you shouldnt go either.

These guys are amazing and did and incredible job cleaning up a car that was in storage for over a year that had severe interior issues.

Got the ultimate wash. They clearly missed certain spots on my car. Little attention to detail. Go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. Made apt and they couldnt even show up to their own place on time and had to wait over an hour and then ended up having to reschedule because I no longer fit into the sceduale they had for the day. Car came back and was not even clean. save your time and money because you will be left dissatisfied.

Fast service and helpful staff

My daughter brought the car to be cleaned interiorly. The car had the same rotten smell, between the seats werent clean. dash board wasnt clean and they charged $50. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Its a rip off. Dont waste your money people. They also steal whatever they find in the car.

After a bottle broke in our leased car, we made an emergency stop here, got a car wash and the area shampooed, in an out in 20 minutes. No trace of the spill, or any remaining scent. Thank you!

Went here on 1/15/2017 my car a new Jeep Wrangler unlimited got stuck in the wash. The track would not push the tall boxy Jeep through the brushes. The manager guy starts yelling at me telling to put it in Nue trap and stop pushing the brakes when its already in neutral and Im not pushing he brakes. Finally I just drive out of the thing to a torn off license plate bracket and my light bar bent car covered in soap and worse than it was when I started. The. The manager guy tells me next time leave it in Nutral and when ever it does that it not he machine its the customer. I told him he was wrong that I did nothing to cause that at which point him and the other guys laughed and acted like I was the idiot. I assured him he was the bleeping idiot in a not so nice rant when what do you know the next car never came out because it too was stuck in the machine. As other reviewers have said this is the worst car wash I have ever been too. It a joke. Beware.

Do not get your car detailed here, I told them I wanted the $220 detail and I come back to my car vacuumed shampooed and passed thru the wash thats it they didnt do any waxing or cleaning jams or cleaning any of the plastic it was so half assed. Super disappointing.

I wish they would use clean and dry towels for inside of the vehicle windows which will not create the smudges which they do if you do not change the towels and using ones for exterior and interior planing to go there now and will rate after.

Very bad attitude of a manager. First he comes and looks inside my car for interior wash only partial driving side seat and estimated $15 then refuse to do that. Just walk in with attitude and miss behaviour. Ill never ever go at that place. Hes a -----?

Paid for the $40 interior detail job which included cleaning the door panels, door sill/stepshields, cupholders, console, and vacuumig throughout. Picked my car up and there was still a fair amount of dust and debris on the drivers side floor, there was still a significant amount of dirt marks from shoes on all four doors and the plastic door sill/stepshields. Almost as if they didnt even give it a once over. Somewhat of a joke. Take a little pride in what you do, whatever it is. Got home and took a wet rag to all those spots myself and they came right off which confirms that they never even attempted to get it. So for $40 I basically got a half-a** vacuum job, the console cleaned, and the windows cleaned. Avoid this place.

WORST experience ever. I went in on 11/9/16 for a basic car wash with a new car that I have had for about 3 months. After the wash was completed and as I was drying my car off, I noticed 10-12 uniform scratches on the top of my roof. After speaking with the so called manager he stated that there was nothing he could do and it was not his equipment that would have caused it. PLEASE STAY AWAY and take your business elsewhere. You will thank me later.

This wash sucks! The components need to be cleaned or relaced you pay for triple foam which barley comes out and terrible water pressure, then they dried it half way. Go to the $3 wash in carpentersville and pay $12 you will see a HUGE difference!

Terrible car wash! I paid for the ultimate... what a waste of money. Not only was the car not clean, the interior wasnt clean either. I had to go home and clean the chrome myself and clean the leather as well. Save your money, you will get the same wash from a gas station wash.

The drive though car wash is old / low grade. I paid the higher rate and I still had to clean many dead bugs because the wash was low quality. I wont be back for the drive through wash. Maybe will try their detail one day.

This place sucks I got a $9 wash + $4 for the hot wax and shine and to be honest I dont think they even put the hot wax and shine and I paid 13 bucks in total
