We have used GDR Restoration & Remodeling for a couple of different repairs on our home and have been very pleased with their service. Recently, we needed to have a repair to prevent water damage around our chimney on the roof. We contacted GDR Restoration & Remodeling, scheduled an assessment appointment and received a quote all within 2 days. We then scheduled the repair around some weather and the team they sent out were prompt, professional, clean and highly skilled! We could not be happier with the result and our experience with GDR Restoration & Remodeling!

We called because our sump pump and backup pump failed at the same time. The result was water in the basement. Walter arrived on schedule, evaluated the situation and what was needed, and arranged for a crew to perform the cleanup. The crew was great and installed a number of fans and dehumidifiers. They also treated areas with mold and fungus killers. These folks are professional and easy to work with.

Ive worked with a lot of designers and contractors and James was the perfect combination. He had so many great suggestions and ideas every step of the way. GDR Restoration & Remodeling were a pleasure to work with, all their contractors and referrals were fantastic. They also completed the project in a timely manner. Reliable contractor!!

I just had my basement remodeled by GDR Restoration & Remodeling company. Everything went really good. They finished the work within 2 weeks as promised. The guys were friendly and respective of my home. Johnny managed and visited the job every day and always kept me in the loop if there were any issues or decisions that need my attention. Shortly after our call to GDR Restoration & Remodeling their inspector came to our house, we were afraid to hear the stories about mold and disease, needles to say my wife and l were looking forward to have this issue fixed. Inspection was very thorough and the guy really explained things well for both of us. We booked the job on a spot. The crew came, professional work was don quickly and effectively, they cleaned up after themselves .

Both the owner and Project Manager were on top of all the project details and got our problem solved where no other firm seemed capable or interested in helping us. This project came in on-time and under budget. I rarely post reviews, but was really impressed with the work that GDR Restoration & Remodeling did for us on a short notice.

One of the pipes in an exterior wall froze and broke. I called GDR Restoration and they were there within 30 minutes. Very skilled and knowledgeable folks. The repair took close to an hour. I searched quotes to see if I got a good deal, I found that what I payed was at a fraction of what others were asking. I cant say enough about the honesty and integrity of this company and the people that work for them. Use them! You wont be disappointed.

I had some rental property that I unfortunately lost to a major fire. Never dealt with anything like that and would have been totally lost if it were not for Johnny from GDR Restoration & Remodeling. GDR Restoration & Remodeling is excellent! We contacted them when we had water damage in our kitchen and we had Johnny coming to see what he could do to help us. He was very informative and knowledgeable about our insurance part of it, and how to start to fixing the problem. We liked how everything turned out! We plan to use them again in future and would recommend them to friends as well.

Our second-floor master bath room shower had bad drain plumbing and leaked to kitchen below. Fixing the drain would require tearing out the shower basin so we decided to redo the whole shower with re-tiling and new shower fixtures. Plumbing and tiling was professionally accomplished. Johnny provided excellent coordination and customer service. Responded quickly to all our questions and concerns.
