Promotional Design Groups assistance in our selection and design of a custom tent was very easy (thanks Ernie Maldonado!). The price was very competitive and their turn-around time on the design was very quick. Our custom tent and back panel was delivered 6 business days from when we placed the order. Also, the quality of the frame, canopy and panel is top-notch, and included nice bags to store everything in. I would not hesitate to order from them again, and highly recommend.

The 10x10 custom pop tent we just purchased was our companys 2nd one from Promotional Design Group. Not only did Michael Bacio and his team turn it quickly, but the build quality and vivid graphics color made our tent really pop.I cant recommend them enough! Have had the Duramax tent frame for 4 years now and last year one of the foot pads broke off and it was replaced no problem under the factory warrenty.Two months ago the same thing happened, contacted the company and spoke to Margie. Had a terrible expirance with communication with her so after multiple emails and phone calls and getting no where I insisted a month ago to speak to her boss. I spoke to the companies VP Christian Rainwater. He said a new lower leg would sent out ASAP and any correspondence I ever needed to please contact him directly, seemed like the situation was resolved.A week and a half went by and no leg. So I contacted him and no answer, took 2 weeks to get in touch with him and the day off another leg foot pad broke. He told me they were in back order for 3 months and I could send the legs to them and they could repair them or id have to wait. Well I use my tent for business about 5 times a week so thats not possible. He also had no answer why no returned emails or phone calls. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT! Also I did some research of my own and have found this is a common problem.
