Just like Made in China products, you get what you pay for. Superficially, their shipping prices are much cheaper than USPS, UPS, and FedEx but you lose out in the end. Shipping time is at least twice as long, packages end up going thru customs as they claim although I suspect the company forces the recipient to pay extra to supplement the shipping cost by withholding the package as hostage. Also, packages usually end up being damaged in the process. Save yourself the headache, spend a few more dollars, and go with other carriers!

Their express shipping is slower than a surface shipping.Be careful for this company. It took almost 3 months for the express shipping. Asked for a refund of shipping fee, but their customer service totally ignored it. Complained their service to BBB and they also ignored BBB.

This rating for the shipping/receiving. Very difficult to enter for 18 wheelers. My driver did ok but he showed me how hard it is to get in..and it is. Be patient.
