I originally went in here to save time from the DMW and help small businesses during the pandemic! I end up waiting for over 2 hours because THEY FORGOT to do my tag paperwork which made me late for work.That part was annoying but is not the reason for my one star review. My title got lost in the mail and I have been trying to find out from Tag That for 5 days now what happened! I was completely IGNORED and received no customer service at all! I had to call the DMV and wait on hold for 2 hours to find out where my title was while Tag That spent 5 days avoiding me with no answer or attempt to help!I thought the point of this business is to save you time and hassle from the DMV but since they refuse to help me (a paid customer) I am now stuck going to the DMV and still 6 weeks with no title!!! When I asked if they could assist with filing a duplicate title form I again was ignored!!My Point is AVOID this place at all costs!!! Go to the DMV or find another company that will actually answer your calls and texts instead of ignoring you for 5 days and going out of their way to NOT HELP! Trust me you will save time and money taking your business elsewhere!

I have been using their services for a few months now because of my work and I must say that they are very friendly and professional. All the paperwork I bring gets a look through and explanations are given for what is needed to proceed. If all is in order, then I get the full registration - plates and all.

The best place to go for ur car registration I love this place and well honestly way better then the DMV and way faster jackie helped me out but really doesnt matter who Shannon or Jackie both very professional and helpful i hope more people find out about this place
