They eventually resolved an issue I had with a dealer that tried to rip me off but it took 4?months. Be ready to wait. I called them often and was constantly promised “2 more weeks”The lady that answers the phone is really rude. But the big problem is that they never do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Government agency always complaining about being overworked.

Approximately in 2014 or so I had a complaint against Toyota of Whittier because they tried to cheat me and refused to give me a refund. The BAR guy went after them and got me the refund. Talked to him several times on the phone and was sympathetic to my problem. I remember him saying “I’ll have to go over there an rattle their cage”I hope this guy still works there.I had a problem with heater. They kept the car for overnight, said I needed a new core behind dashboard. Over $1,000. Charged me $180 “diagnostic fee”.Talked to a friend about this issue and he advised me how to diagnose and fix. (back flush Heater Hose at Firewall) One half hour, no cost and problem solved.Unconscionable thieves, no apology.
Calledin and asked How does this work . I have a complaint to file. The guy who answered was very helpful. Explained how I needed to start. Either on line or I could call in to report. Gave me the number. I was happy someone answered. Very detailed. Thank you.Now I let you know how it goes after the initial contact and if I get support.
