Screening in our small lanai was the best decision ever! And hiring Millers Screen to do the job was the next best decision! From the initial consultation to the actual install went smoothly, easily and efficiently. Adding the screen was like adding a room onto our house for entertaining. I was worried a screen enclosure would make the lanai feel smaller and closed in and the inside living room lose the sunlight but neither happened. The lanai actually feels bigger. In addition, the MegaView screen allows a full view of the pond with no obstructions. In fact, when looking out from the inside, you can barely see that there is a screen in place. Adding a screen from Millers is truly worth the affordable investment!

Millers Screen extended the lanai on our home. We selected the MegaView feature and it gives us an uninterrupted view of the pond and protected lands in back of our home. Mark Hughes of Millers was great. He went over the different options and helped us select the right ones for our home. He also prepared all the paperwork to get the appropriate approvals. From the first conversation with our sales rep Mark Hughes to the final sign-off, this was a professional process with excellent responsiveness, a fair price for a quality product/service and seamless integration with the paving partner. Mark created (and filed) my ARB docs and helped with every question along the way. The week our screen was to go up, it rained cats and dogs and the crew worked through it unless there was lightning present. Every crew member on site was courteous, professional and there to complete the task with quality and timeliness in mind. Highly recommend.

Miller’s screen did an absolutely amazing job on my screened in back porch. They tore down and removed all the old aluminum and screening that had a ton of holes and was very dated. When replacing it with new aluminum and screen, they were also able to move the location of our back screen door leading to our back yard which opened up the porch so much creating more room for furniture and entertainment. DONT USE! I can’t even give them 1 star. Gave them a deposit in November, signed a contract for a very expensive job and they kept telling me it was submitted for permits. Tried calling them to talk to the owners but no one would talk with us. They use their poor secretary to cover for them, put on hold, knew they were there, because I was told that they were. Then the secretary would come back and tell us that they would call us back! Never did! Four months later, told us that they couldnt do the job because Engineer wouldnt sign off. This was ridiculous! I already bought patio furniture and now what do I do with it!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I am a pool tech with Justin time pools and My customer could not find anybody to do her privacy screen for her I made one phone call to Miller’s screen and they put her on the list right away! I spoke with my customer this morning she was delighted to tell me that they fit her in and will have her screen done. She was very happy and I was even happier to know that I can rely on this wonderful screen company!

We just had our screen enclosure replaced by Miller’s Screen. They did an awesome job!! The pricing was great, the team of Robert and Joseph were great, and the job was done professionally and above and beyond expectations. Very respectful and professional!!

After putting down $1000 deposit, I was told it would be at least 3 months before they could do the job. No problem by me. At the end of 4 months I starting calling and asking when to expect the work. The receptionist took a message and said they would call me back. Did not happen. My weekly calls turned into daily calls. No response. I finally asked for my deposit back and after talking to a family member working out of the office I got a check for $665 and said the difference was for their engineering work. My neighbor waited 2 years and only got his deposit back after sending the cops over to their office. The most unprofessional and unethical contractors I have ever dealt with. AVOID!!!

Contacted Pam at this organization to request an estimate to reinstall a carport on my home. I went several weeks without a response from the organization. I was able to find another competitor who was able to provide me with an estimate in a timely professional fashion and they were awarded my 5k job.Maybe my project was too small. Nevertheless, I found it very unprofessional for this organization to not make contact with me and it is for this reason why I would STRONGLY recommend that you seek another organization if you are looking at this company for services to your home.

From the moment we met with Mark from sales we knew this company had a different approach than many others we had worked with in the past. All the workers were highly professional and responsive.The estimate we received for our new pool enclosure was competitive and reasonable. The timeline we had from estimate to completion was faster than we expected, and no unexplained delays occurred. The installation was carried out expeditiously and professionally. The crew was competent, polite, hardworking and responded promptly to our questions and addressed our concerns professionally.Miller screen is one of a few with experience in installation of the relatively new MegaView enclosures. They did a magnificent job with ours and left the work site clean at the end of installation.

Excellent customer service, on time, return phone calls, reasonable price. I changed my mind on a few things and Pam in the office was always very kind and gracious. Definitely recommend Millers screen.

The absolute worst customer service and nasty staff to deal with. Contract and deposit in Dec 2017. Started calling in Feb when would job be scheduled. Acted like they didnt know who I was and they were so busy. You have my deposit. You better know my name. Job done so badly even to the point that the ceiling of the room was never bolted to the walls and you could see daylight when it heated up during the day. Leaks everywhere. It is 8 months later still leaking, they keep using dollar general caulking and now Blake says he really didnt want to do the job. Nice guy. Guess my lawyer, better business, and everyone else will get this one. Not cheap job money wise, just workmanship.

I just had Millers team put up my screen on my new pool thru the pool company. The screen is absolutely beautiful! Its a work of art. They gave me everything I wanted and more. I had team Blake Miller. All of these guys were so hard working professional and kind. They went straight to work. I noticed they barely talked just got the work done. This screen is so beautiful and durable. I think my house will blow down before it. There work is exceptional!! I could not be happier actually they went above my expectations! They did an amazing job for our outdoor screen structure from their sales person to the installation, everyone with Millers was great. The screen work they did was great. The new roof they put on my Florida room has leaked since the day it was finished. They have all my money and wont even call me back about the leak!!

I used them & was very happy & didnt understand poor reviews UNTIL I called them for screen repair recently. A charge just to get them to here to be able to do their job. Not minimum but charge to charge you for the work. $100each for 3 screens but 275 more 4 screens &frame repair by guy an hr late calling already 40 minutes late to tell me he was late. Bye bye greedy guys.

It looks like a pattern here with reviews . Of the people that actually took the time to leave a review only 25% could leave a positive review. With that said I will take the time and give as brief a description as possible of our experience.We got a quote in July 2016 and called the first of October to schedule the job. A 20% deposit was required (okay by me) which I drove 30 miles round trip to drop off and sign agreement and I was told 4-5 weeks for installation. Again, okay by me, due to the Hurricane Mathew destruction of other aluminum structures that needed attending to.Just over 7 weeks later the roof went in and the crew did a great job.Sounds like it should be more stars review however the customer service leading up to that installation is what brought the review down.Around week four I called (leaving a message) to check the status of the job and never got a call back, so I called again and this time I called both the office and the salesman / installer directly (with only the option to leave a message) and finally got a text that it should be soon. Shortly after that I got a call from the office (different person all together) to schedule the job for a Saturday almost two weeks away. I got a call 2 days before the installation from another person (again different altogether ) informing me the installation had to be bumped to the following Saturday . That Saturday came and went with a no show and no contact at all. I left two or three messages at all the phone numbers I had, for the owner as well, and STILL have not heard from a single person.Sales 101 is to CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS BACK . I had a small trade/ service business for 22 years with 15 employees and I can tell you all you had to do is CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS !! Things happen and if your honest and straight forward 90% of the time people will understand.An employee I had was always an hour late to the job and never called to inform the customer, so I had the office person tell that employee the job time was an hour earlier than we told the customer. When I asked the installer why he never called to inform the customer, or consider his customers time, his answer they will be happy when the job is done.That simple minded kind of thinking seems to popular in a trade type business.The difference here is that its starting with owners of the business who dont see the connection they have with their customers.Too bad because the installers did do a good job worthy of a recommendation! BUT....we cant ever do that.

The experience i had with the office staff as well as the owner of this company was excellent. their work.is quality and shows they care abouy what they do. everyone was quite pleasant. i read thru the reviews and was shocked. i never had a problem getting questions answered and although the wait for work was long, so was EVERY OTHER COMPANY I CALLED. i saw a review that said something about there being a 25 positive review rate and that too seems obvious to me. EVERYONE knows people are more prone to focus on the negative aspects of things then positive. Overall my experience was amazing and i would recommend this company to family and friends alike.

Gave a deposit in October and they said they wouldnt be able to get it done until December. While they did get the architectural plan for the permits quickly, they have done nothing since. I didnt start calling them until January, 2017. Have called at least 3-5 times and they do NOT return phone calls. It is getting to the point of small claims court if I do not get a response by the end of the month. This is for enclosing a lanai.

They came out and gave me a bid on some simple screen repair. I went an extra step and wanted a couple new screen doors... Got quote but they never followed up and scheduled the job. I know its a small job but at least squeeze me in between bigger jobs...

First, the good, they did a great job on my screen enclosure. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of their work. All the crew worked hard, were polite and cleaned up afterwards. On the other hand, their customer service is seriously lacking. I gave them a deposit in March, and to be fair they told me three to four months out but we just got done in late November. What’s worse is they repeatedly made promises they didn’t keep and even got to where they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called and wouldn’t return my calls. To say I was furious is an understatement, so to give them four stars after the horrendous lack of curtesy their office staff gave just shows how happy I am with the finished product.

Worst decision ever made. Does not return any phone calls, have not fixed leak in screen room that i have had since installed over 8+ months ago. Will have to get lawyer involved to get anything resolved it looks like. Very very very very poor customer service. DO NOT use this company.

Paid deposit for enclosure in November and was told project would be started after the holidays. Called them end of January to see when they would start project. Poor customer service, they dont return phone calls, no explanations. Finally had to dispute credit card transaction in March to get deposit refunded. Thank goodness I didnt pay by check. Terrible company - avoid!

Very poor experience. Finally in July, they repaired damage from last Octobers hurricane. Can understand how busy the hurricane made them, but their customer service is horrible, and pricing seems excessive. Disorganized and belligerent over the phone. Weeks ahead, I called twice and left word that I wanted the second, cheaper option from the estimate. Then, the owner berated me over the phone for surprising his crew with a last minute change. You can decide if that second option had an inflated price - they charged me $450 to spend 35 minutes installing 3 panels. The screen priced out at less than $100 on Amazon.

Do not use Millers Screen!Millers Screen replaced my entire pool enclosure, they sold me the ultra fine screen for the top and two sets of door hardwareFinished product was horrible. 4 sections of top have ripples from not being installed squarely, plus one small section was not completly splined in at all. Additionally, the door hardware is already not closing, its only been 4 months. All in all almost every screen panel is loose. It has only been 4 months.I called and called the finally set an appt to check then came out after Irma hit. Now the want to charge me to fix their poor job and claim it was storm damaged.Funny I have picks and call records from well before the storm hit!Do not use them. They will not stand behind their job

My screen is flapping in the breeze one month after installed and after many phone calls to come back to fix it. Phone calls are not returned.

Please think about it in depth before you choose this contractor. They are overbooked, and very slow to respond to customer needs and document requests terribly. Never fixed an issue with an additional room we had them build, blamed it on our existing roof which never leaked its brand new. The addition leaked not our roof. After 10 attempts and many tubes of caulking gumming up my roof top I had to get another business to fix at my expense. They might talk a mean game to get you to sign a deal, but beware of timely responses afterwards. Whatever you do, do NOT pay them until the JOB is completed finished and quality checks have been made! Learned many lessons here!!

I made an appointment with them and then a few weeks later tried to call and cancel. Both times I called, someone picked up the phone and hung up. If you dont want to answer your calls, use voice mail.
