I wanted a soak off and full set, they wouldnt listen to what I wanted kept trying to pry my 2 week old acrylics off with a fake nail after I told them my nails are thin and that hurts then didnt shape them correctly so I just had them taken off again and my hands are still covered in acrylic. I paid for the soak off and gave dude a $20 I really shouldnt have. I will never be back and I really dont suggest anyone else go here.

I’m pretty confused by all these negative reviews because I had a wonderful experience. The woman who did my pedicure did an amazing job. The man in seat #1 did my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted. He was super reasonable with his price, too. He could have easily charged me $15 more than what he did. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. And the wait wasn’t bad at all, considering how busy they were. I’ll definitely go back.

I came in for a simple gel polish and a simple heart design on ONE finger. Below is what I asked for and what I had gotten. I am honestly not impressed, when asked for a refund they said they couldn’t do so. This is ridiculous.

Me and my 2 friends came on a girls trip. We were walk ins and they took us in quickly. One of my friends had a pedicure. She said he took his time and was friendly. My other friend received a gel manicure and she liked her nails. I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure and it was a very nice experience. They did my nails with flowers off a picture and he did it amazing.

Amazing. Appointment set up was fast and easy, everyone was extremely friendly, the prices are amazing. Especially for the quality of the work. Tim was my nail tech. He did everything so gently and beautifully. Never going anywhere else.

IF YOU COME HERE, DO NOT BOOK TONY! I usually come here and get my nails done, so I felt like it was appropriate to take my little cousins here while they were visiting me. Well obviously I shouldn’t have. TONY did my 12 year old cousins nails and thought it was appropriate to put a PLAYBOY BUNNY symbol on her nails without even notifying me of this change. We agreed on an age appropriate design for her before I left her at the nail station, but she saw the stickers and innocently thought it was a regular bunny. TONY should have known better than to put such an inappropriate design on her nail. The shop wouldn’t even replace them even though we just left the shop and I noticed the inappropriate difference. I told TONY what I wanted her to have, but he defied what I asked for and gave her something extremely inappropriate. I see that this shop clearly doesn’t care about adult authority. 0/10 disappointing experience because of TONY. DO NOT BOOK HIM.

Unfortunately the pedicure experience here was very mediocre (the guy doing the pedicure was on a personal phone call most of the time!), and the polish didnt even stay on a whole week (at other places that Ive been the polish usually lasts at least 4-6 weeks). They also refused to do any nail art after painting because they said the regular polish doesnt last long enough. So I guess theyre using really cheap nail polish, which is a bummer because their prices arent cheaper!

I dont mind the price rise because maybe they could be trying to help their families back home because of COVID & things or maybe the booth rent went up... BUT Ive been going here for 3 years on & off & the last couple times I went my nails (the acrylic) have completely lifted & came off after about a week each time. & I made sure never to go back to the previous nail techs because I thought maybe it was just the lack of trying. & I always tip VERY well; even with the prices rising. However, you cant rise the prices & become cheap with your products & when I went in to get my nails fixed it was a lady sitting next to me telling the nail tech how hers was lifting as well. SMH

Love this place!! Vinny normally does my nails and he does an amazing job!! Ive also been to Alice who is Vinnys wife and she does a really good job as well. Ive also been to Lena Vinnys sister and she does a really good job as well. And Ive also been to Thomas who is so artistic he does a great job as well.

Had my first experience here 2 days ago. I was a walk-in so I had to wait but besides that everything went well. I was very impressed with the selection of different types of art for the nails and they seem to be up to date on all the latest trends in nails. Not to mention Lina did a PERFECT job on my nails. Not a single flaw and exactly as I wanted. I will definitely be returning there again!

Aside from making my day for the graduation, the designs made other people’s day when they couldn’t help but catch sight of these cuties!!

You make sure you make an appt with Hannah she is the best with art and designs. Pedicures are good here too.

I started going here 4 years ago they were very good in the beginning but went down hill fast they always made there Appointments too close together so you had to wait long periods of time Several of the people that work there are very rude including the owner Judy One day when my nail Tech island was not there she was sick I had someone else do my nails the lady did a horrible job And when I told Judy I wanted my regular girl to fix it I got a phone call and text message the next day being cussed out and called names and told I couldnt come back because I was not happy with my nails On top of that the people are very unprofessional they take phone calls in the middle of doing your nails and ignore you its an ignore you and they are not very clean I have also had altercations where I was waiting for my nail Tech and they were fighting in the back with each other and screaming very loudly just very unprofessional I would not recommend 😑😒

If i knew how to update pictures, I would. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I had came in to get a fill and I work a full time job so note I don’t have time to go back to fix their mistakes so i took photos and I showed the front desk girl when I went in, she told me it’s because the “gel is thick” so that’s why my nail art fell off. lmao, this place is a joke. She goes sorry you only have 7 days from the day you got them done, nothing i can do for you now, no discount. I’m sorry but if one of your regular clients ask you what you can do for them when they aren’t happy with their service, you do SOMETHING. I would have been happy with $5 off.

Physically the place is very clean and pretty. Two sides, so it’s spacious. Nice waiting area. Great selection of designs. For the most part the nail techs are friendly. However, although my nails and toes look pretty good when I leave, I always notice something wrong... whether it’s the shape of certain nails, or uneven acrylic, it’s always something. I spend at least $100 each visit (not including a tip) and I guess I just expect at least 9/10 service, whereas it has consistently been about 7/10. I must say, I am currently looking for a 5 star salon!

I love love love getting my nails done here. Amy always does an amazing job on my nails. I always get my acrylics filled by her. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and fixes any issues I may have at the end. The front desk staff are also amazing. They are super polite and they always are able to make appointments for me with no issues.

Nails were very chunky and not what I asked for.Before I paid I asked Nin to fix it and he refused. Worst experience I have ever had. I will NOT be going back. A waste of money and time.

Today I had the need to get my nails redone in a rush, I had broken a nail while working yesterday and work normal 8-5hrs with a busy schedule. I came in for a walk in at 9:15am, in a rush from Palm coast to get to work by 10am in daytona.Not only did they get done but they did an amazing job and were able to accommodate for my picky self. I was recommended by a coworker to try them out I do not regret taking the advice. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding. Amazing staff with the most gentle touch. 10/10

I absolutely love Sissy nails. I recently moved to the area and have tried three places total. Sissy was much better than the two others I have tested (for me). The staff was knowledgeable and courteous the environment was clean, relaxing and family friendly. I cant wait to go back!

Went in for a fill ..4 weeks ago has 2 had to be replaced..went in 2 weeks ago had 2 come off in less than 24 hours I called the made an appointment mind you it was 2 weeks to the day of my appointment a third came off I explained to owner when I paid my bl 200 plus .. i asked her you charging me for the 2 she said yes i asked are kidding me? She said yes i said no problem I will never be back ..use to be est place ever since new owners took over customer service is horrible ..the nail people are wonderful and it will such but I will never go back

I was never so disappointed in a business in all my life. I went and got my nails done and the management was rude as can be. They acted like they were doing me a favor. When I complained about the length I was told too bad basically. I am not sure if they are the owners or just the management of the nail salon but the lady upfront needs to learn customer service. I would not recommend this place at all and I will stay clear from it.

I used to love this place but my last visit was not good, AT ALL! I went on June 2nd to get my nails done with this place. Within TWO HOURS of having them done, a first nail had broken off completely. Within 6 days, 7 out of 10 of my nails had broken off completely. This has never happened to me before, I know for a fact that I am not the reason my nails broke. The first nail that broke I went and got it fixed the next day, and while I was having it fixed, they were shaving it down to the coffin shape and the nail popped off TWICE while they were just simply filing it down! Like not even any polish on it yet, just the tip they glued on and it literally flew off two different times and they had to reapply a new tip to my nail. They didn’t glue ANY of my nails on properly. I spent over $100 that day, which I have never spent that much on my nails. But I wanted to treat myself to a nice set of nails with some marble print for an accent on both ring fingers. Literally 6 days later and all but 3 nails had popped off. I won’t be coming here again and I suggest no one else does too if you want quality nails that last longer than a week. I had GEL nails done too so they were supposed to last even longer! LMAO!!

I went to get a brand new set waited for and hour and a half, Got my nails done and thy jept falling off i paid 118 After they all fell off... i have fungus on my nail i will never be back.

I came to Sissy Nails and became very disappointed, annoyed, and very frustrated with the gentleman who did nails, and the manager, who just wanted my money first without correcting the problem. I have never gone to a nail salon, and my nails not look the same in length...if I can see the flaw myself, I know others will see the same flaw when I show them off. I can clearly see that my index fingernails are different in size and length...but the manager wants to brush it off saying my nails was this size when I came in, and the tech just filled them in....I said no, he did more filing on my right index nail, than he did to my left index finger....then the manager wants to send me on my way without correcting the problem. This will be the very last time I step foot in sissy nails again....they do not deserve my hard earn money! I will go somewhere else, a place that appreciates their customers, and values their concerns. Sissy nails want to do your nails any kind of way, it doesn’t matter if your nails are jacked up on their behalf or not....

I’ve been coming to this salon even before they actually opened. Angel and Hannah are the most honest and hard working ladies I have ever met in my life. They strive to have the best possible service and will go to the end of the earth to make every guest happy. I have not and will not go to any other salon as long as I have sissy nails. They are always so kind and polite with my requests. I highly recommend trying them out for yourself if you haven’t already, there’s a reason they have won best salon for the past few years!!!

Not worth the trouble.I went in to get a new set and I was not sure what I wanted at first. I chose a green with gold in it... The length was ok however the shape and complete nail was a mess.. Crooked... Incomplete acrylic just kinda slapped on there...If you want people that treat you like just another set of hands... This is the place.. Dont care how you like it.. They wont adjust or appease... Im very disappointed... From what I hear... There are new owners... (Recent)Find a better salon... Im fully frustrated... I hope they get their act together... 👎👎👎👎👎

Usually they do really good nails, but the last 2 times, my nails have not been done to the level they used to be. Today I went in to change the shape to almond from coffin and she gave me stiletto nails. The tips broke off a couple hours later. I love this place just not happy with my last 2 experiences.

Very RUDE

Brought my girl in and was told a 30 minute wait. I finally got seen and they put my nails in nail polish remover to soak the dip off and then told me they forgot they had an appointment. Made me sit and wait for an hour with the ACETONE nail polish remover on my nails. I came in at 230 and By the time they finally were able to see me it was 430. My nails are now thin and brittle and sensitive to anything that touches. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The most petty business owner I ever had in contact with. She posted a screenshot of someone canceling their nail appt last minute. I can understand peoples struggle but her response was VERY unprofessional as a business owner. She then went on her Facebook page to post a screenshot of the conversation and degrading her client as a selfish person. In this same Facebook post the client’s Son comment that he had Proposed to his girlfriend and his mother had no idea that would happen! That is why she canceled. Hannah didn’t even apologize she just deleted his comment and went on bashing the client in the post. When I commented she was unprofessional she deleted my comment and private messaged me to leave her page. It was a public post! Unreal! I will never give my money to a business like this.

I found Sissy Nails clean and the staff attentive. I went here because Lina, who has given me pedicures for years, had moved there.

Cant say enough about the service here! Its fantastic and every nail tech knows how to do really great nails. They just expanded and its now bigger inside. I never get pedicures, but last week when I was there Vinny talked me into one and it was excellent. I always look forward to going back every 2 weeks for my fill in. If you want the latest and greatest in nails, everyone knows this is the place to go! Thomas and Vinny are the best.

I went in asking for a green and gold set with a design on my accent fingers, what I got was something completely different and not even close to what I requested. The very next day one of the gems popped off, the other was crooked and the paint started to bubble and chip. My fingers were oddly sore. I had to rush off to work immediately after my appointment but after calling the receptionist and informing him of what was happening he was incredibly rude and accused me looking for a deal on something I simply didnt like. This was not even close, and the next morning he told me he couldnt get me an appointment with anyone for an hour and pretended not to notice this clearly poor job. I got my nails redone at a different salon where a much more polite and experienced tech informed me that the previous tech place gel OVER my cuticle and thats why I was experiencing pain. I will NEVER set foot at sissy nails again and I will make sure none of my friends or acquaintances do either. Ive never had an experience like this in all the years Ive gotten my nails done.

My fiancee paid $110 for manicure and pedicure and glow in the dark toe nails and fingernails they didnt do the glow in the dark like they were supposed to she didnt want there worker amy and they made her have her do them anyways she told her while they were doing them that the nails were to big and she did them anyways and they were falling off the next day and they are refusing to fix there mistake and she has done alot of business with them i would rate this place zero stars if i could

I went there recently to get waxing done and ended up with wax burns on my upper lip. I messaged Sissy Nails and never got a reply which is unprofessional on their end. I would not recommend to get any waxing here.

The staff here is the most amazing people I have ever met. I bring in a picture of what I want and they do it. The talent is unremarkable. The nails stay on and hold up and they polish doesnt chip. I had been looking for a great nail place and I finally found one. I am a lifer here. Thank you Angel for having such an amazing place.

This is my favorite and only nail salon I came here because another salon didnt do the best job and Angel fixed it no questions asked. Shes is amazing I love her work and wont ever go anywhere else. P.S. Her Grinch nails made my Christmas even better!!!
