Dawn an Nancy were absolutely wonderful did a beautiful job on cleaning for all the stuff I had them clean in such a little time frame of 3 to 3 1/2 hours An they got done in 3 hours an at the time I didn’t have the extra money for another hour but I will next time an Rosa was amazing she came out on Wednesday and I asked if she could get her crew out to clean asap an sheMade it happen Rosa is a fabulous owner and her staff absolutely love her what an wonderful business owner woohoo

We contacted this company as it appeared to have the best reviews. The owner did show up and took a look around and asked a few questions. I told her that we were putting the house on the market and needed to have it cleaned on Wednesday as the photographers were going to come out after the cleaning was done. She said that Wednesday through Friday were their busiest times but that she would call us back tomorrow to let us know what she could do. We waited all day for her call that never came. The next day, we called the office and told them about the situation. The lady took my name, address and contact number and said that she would give the message to Rosa. Again, no phone call. To say the least, how can you trust a company that wont even return a phone call?

A person who could not effectively communicate in English shows up 30 minutes late for an estimate. She then advises she is not sure how to give a estimate. She finally comes up with some numbers and reports a team may be able to do the work in a few hours. She advised she would email me the estimate and get back to me about the team coming the same day. No call, no email all day. 2 messages left with a promise of a call back by the end of business. No call, no email.

The two women who came today did the usual terrific job. Once they leave I just like to sit a while and enjoy the clean. However today they also removed a gecko from the shower who has been with me (uninvited) for way too long. That was exceptional service.

This was the first time they came to clean and I couldn’t be more pleased. It was probably a cross between standard and deep clean, because they didn’t charge that much more for the first visit. They even clean the floor sills for the glass doors. Wonderful job!

They did a great job cleaning the house. They didnt do two things tho. They forgot to empty the garbage can which was jammed packed with garbage and the didnt clean the black stuff coating the drain in the kitchen sink.

All I have to say is we LOVE Gretchen and Soraida. Our animals love them as well. They by far are the best 2 women that are a powerhouse together and get the job done right the first time. My wife and I only want Gretchen and Soraida cleaning for us. Theyre part of our family and are fantastic. They both deserve a huge raise and should be commended on their customer service skills. The Cleaning Authority in Daytona has cleaned my house two times now, and it is absolutely the best service Ive ever experienced. My house just sparkles when the ladies are finished, and it is so much easier to keep things clean after they leave. Little niceties like folding the toilet paper ends and hand towels are something that one only sees is the finest hotels. Rosa and her team are wonderful! I work a lot of hours during the week and cleaning my house was not only a chore, but an all day event on one of my few days off. I cant explain was a blessing and convenience TCA has been. Her team comes in on the days they say they will, and send a confirmation text the evening before to be sure I will be ready for them. I either leave a key for them to get inside, or use my security system to unlock a door for them. They are trustworthy, polite and do an amazing job on my home! I am also in the process of remodeling, which as anyone knows can be a messy and dusty process. Having them come in and keep things tidy has made things a lot easier on me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
