I was owesome second time we been there. Food Is amazing. We came down from New Smyrna would make trip again. Unfortunately the weather didnt play nice so we could be on the deck like last. We brought some friends this time they loved it as well. Sat at inside bar staff really tentative. Thanks for the great service and great time.

My mother had new windows installed and was told the inspector would be out to look at them between 12-5. She got home at 11:15 to find a notice on the door from the inspector. She proceeded to call the window company that did her windows and scheduled the appointment for the inspection. They called you guys to check on the appointment and called my mother back to let her know the guy would be there between 3-5. Finally about 4:55 he shows up and started yelling at my mother that he was here at 12:15. He was not here at 12:15. We have 2 small dogs that bark at every little noise and my mother was on the couch watching the news. If he showed up at that time she would have known. The guy yelled at her the whole time he was here. He did sign off on the paper work and continued to yell at her as he left. I will be contacting the company directly to get to the bottom of this but that kind of behavior from one of your inspectors is not acceptable.

I had a new roof installed on my house. Universal Engineering was hired by my City to inspect the new roof. The inspector approved the roof even though it had many active leaks. Luckily I received his number and was able to call him. I sent him pictures and he changed his inspection to “denied” on the computer based on my own inspection. Problem is that the contractor now has a signed approved permit card and is threatening a lawsuit against me for interfering. I get no response from the city or Universal Engineering and yet I’m pretty sure no one has ever inspected this roof!I wonder how many other leaking roofs have been approved by Universal Engineering?? How many other lawsuits are stemming from poor inspections?Absolutely disgusting!!
