Denise is the best

Our son was so devistated. 6 months of anticipation and this happens. I feel that somebody should have been more proactive and more responsible when dealing with a quarter of a million dollars.Unfortunately money cant heal a trip that is here and gone nor will ever happen as this 8th grade year is drawing to an end.

Owner said they would be able to fill empty seats with stand-bys. My Mother fell and broke her leg and is in the hospital. They would NOT refund the monies.

Stephan is excellent! Im looking forward to my next trip with him.
