I hired this company to replace a capacitor. They put in the wrong capacitor and blew my fan motor. Which then caused my compressor to overheat. Beware hiring this company. They are not returning my phone calls related to this matter despite my professionalism in the midst of their poor performance and no response.

Edwin did an outstanding job for us on the AC Maintenance! The guys who came to Rebuild Supply Plenum did a good job as well. However, the clean up after the job could have been better. We did this part ourselves as it was messy outside in the garage and also in our home from things coming out of the AC vents. Thanks to all for helping with a zero finance loan for this job, helpful and appreciated. Just special kudos to Edwin!!!!!!

Jason is a fantastic technician and extremely friendly. He showed up first thing in the morning, found the issue with our a/c unit, and fixed it first try. He had to solder one of the copper lines that had a pinhole leak. It took him just a few minutes to fix it. Recharged the unit, made sure it was stable, and boom our house is nice and cold again. 11/10

I was very satisfied with their service. It was scheduled quickly and on the day of service I received a text and call letting me know they were on their way. Both Dennis and Junior were very professional and polite. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand and AC fixed promptly at a reasonable price. A/C WENT OUT ON MONDAY. THE FIRST TECHNICIAN CAME MONDAY AND LEFT AND CHARGED US FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND STILL HAD NO A/C. TUESDAY ANOTH TECHNICIAN CAME AND LEFT, STILL NO A/C. WENESDAY ANOTHER TECHNICIAN CAME AND ORDERED A NEW COIL FOR AN APPEARENT LEAK. 4TH TECHNICIAN CAME ON FRIDAY TO INSTALL THIS NEW COIL, AND AFTER HE LEFT WE STILL HAD NO A/C. THE 5TH TECHNICIAN CAME ON SATURDAY AND FOUND A LEAK IN THE LINES, SODERED THE COPPER LINE, REPRESSURIZED THE SYSTEM AND ADDED FREON. FINALLY AFTER 5 TECHNICIANS AND A WEEK LATER WE FINALLY HAVE A/C. I CANT SAY THAT IM SATISFIED OR HAPPY WITH HOW TERRIBLE THIS SERVICE HAS BEEN, BUT I DO THATNK THE 5TH TECHNICIAN FOR ACTUALLY DOING HIS JOB, UNLIKE THE FIRST 4 TECHNICIANS.

Kris was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and honest with us. He was also ahead of schedule and able to quickly fix the problem, which was amazing considering our ac went out on a Friday night! I didn’t think there was anyway we’d get someone out the same day to look at it, but our ac was back up and running in no time. Will definitely be calling and asking for him if we ever have anymore trouble with our system.

Jose Alamo came out today and was SUPER awesome. He was extremely professional and genuinely concerned to help me with my issue. I had multiple issues and even though he was unable to identify the specific source of my excessive gas usage, he inspected and troubleshot two separate units in great detail and was able to help me definitely rule out my heating systems. The other problem involved my system only operating on Emergency Heat and he fixed that issue in a matter of seconds after looking at my unit - I dont have a heat pump and I have the wrong thermostat!!! I am extremely happy he was so thorough and professional! Highly recommend Jose for all your HVAC house calls.

My A/C unit stopped working in the middle of a hot day and One Hour came to the rescue. Not only were they able to come out same day, in a reasonable time, but they were able to do a quick assessment and get me back up and running in no time. John was 1st class all the way and would definitely recommend them and JOHN personally to anyone who needs work done on their unit.

They came and charged me almost 700 dollars 2 put some Freon and ink and tell me I had a leak and all the parts are covered by warranty and it would b another 1000 for 3-4 hours of work cause the system is a year and a half old so all the parts were free so 250$ and hour is crazy so I called Accurate Air and it cost me 425$ for the exact thing 1 hour bro wanted a 1000$ for Definitely would Not Recommend 1 hour bros

First time using One Hour BROS for our heating/cooling needs. You are always reluctant choosing someone from the internet, but this is exactly what I did. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised!Ryan arrived BEFORE his scheduled appointment time which really impressed me (I dont impress easily). He was dressed neatly, pleasant and professional in every manner. He promptly got to work and identified the problem with our AC units. In no time at all he had both units up and running again to get our home cooled down.No hard sales pitch (which I also like and appreciate), but did let me know of the service contract that the company offered. He let me know who I could contact if I was interested in looking into that, but at no time tried to force me to sign up for anything.If we ever need the services of a heating or cooling professional, I will be calling One Hour BROS again and be asking for Ryan!
