I have tried very hard to like this place. It has been recently remodeled and is absolutely beautiful inside. It has brand new massage chairs that are fantastic. Unfortunately every time I am there I have a beyond HORRIBLE customer experience!!! The main reason is that there is no customer service and no one in the shop speaks English- AND if somebody does, they do not speak up. On 3 separate occasions, I have been in the shop and have asked a question about a service or needed assistance so I ask my technician the question…The employees talk among themselves for a moment…. And then NOBODY ever answers me. The prices are no where to be found- so good luck figuring out what anything costs when it’s not posted and no one replies to your questions… Today it was SO BAD, that another customer tried to help me by saying to her manicurist, “I think she wants someone to answer her question”. I am beyond perplexed what the owner of this business wishes to accomplish by investing so much money into this new space and then employing incompetent staff! I have tried 3 times now to see if the outcome will be different and each time I left more dumbfounded and furious then the previous time. The male technician with the arm tattoo and earring, slowly and very painfully pried off my acrylic nail with cuticle scissors and a new false nail he kept inching under my attached nail!!! Excruciating pain! No soaking it or filing it down! Nope- he just picked and pulled at it- I pulled my hand away 3 times from the pain. I LEFT after that. I have 9 nails needing a fill and one thumb with no nail right now. I couldn’t and wouldn’t spend one more second in there. No one said anything- no one tried to help me or even offered an apology. It’s like being in the Twilight Zone! Our town is a tourist destination that takes pride in our first-class hospitality experiences- this business has failed our community. Today- I had to ask for lotion and massage because he was not planning on doing it. He proceeded to rub my ankle for 2 minutes with a hot stone- zero massage in my feet (and that is not an exaggeration AT ALL- I wish I filmed it). I welcome a call from the owner of this business- please help me make sense of this😫 I am embarrassed to have this business in our town.

I was dissatisfied with the service. They changed my color of polish without explanation. Also I only needed my nails polished, the lady had me wait a whole hour while she did three ladies. I was totallyignored. I would not go there any more.

My first experience at Nail Pro was overwhelmingly positive. I walked in without an appointment and was seated immediately for a fill (gel acrylic). The salon staff were engaging and professional and gave me beautiful, fresh nails. I was in and out within half an hour!

I got my nails done here they said it would be 70$ for toes and 60$ for my hands I decide to say screw it cause I haven’t had my nails done in awhile just for my nails to fall off 3 days after getting them. I used to always go to this place to get my nails done but not anymore.

Today was the first time I tried this place. My nails came out great. The lovely lady that helped me followed my requests. I will continue to come back.

Very accommodating and my feet were so bad! Poor Jennifer! Highly recommend.

No other place for nail art bar none! Interesting conversation to sit in on and reasonable prices plus leaving with gorgeous hands! Just LOVE IT!

Every time I go in here I am treated with respect. The prices are very reasonable. Every pedicure comes with a hot stone massage without being upcharged. Great location, great people, great service.

They did a CRAPPP job and even cut me twice then glued 3 of my nails on to one side and then the shape is horrible!!! And they charged me $45 for gel polish I could see if they did a good job I wouldn’t have complained but no it was horrible and usually anywhere else I have gone it was $30 for gel polish and $45 for a special acrylic. They didn’t even tell me it was going to be 45 they said 30 on the phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Friendly and efficient with amazing service. Great value as well. I went here as a result of several personal recommendations and was not disappointed. Tip your attendants well -- they are great people.

I just tried to get service for the first tims at this place, but they told me that they were already closed. A big sign outside still said OPEN. Keep in mind that they close at 6:30 pm and I arrived at 6 pm. I will never go back as I felt discriminated against. I only wanted to get my hands done and I guess they wanted more than just a quick hands service.... As I was writing this review, a lady walked in and she received service. NOT FAIR ... Really bad business behavior.

As a man in my 75th year, I am not in the habit of regular mani-pedi visits. But, prodded by a friend more experienced, I traded my old scaly, calloused, stained feet for a nearly new (old) pair by Nails Pro.On each of several occasions I, a swayback old stallion in a paddock of polished fillies, was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff delt with my unscheduled drop-in visits with no drama and little wait.The process of restoring my clumsy stubs to sock-worthy feet was so relaxing that the polite young women undertaking these tasks had to gently wake me when it was over.Although still a novice in nail salons, I feel confident recommending Nails Pro as clean, well run, friendly, and affordable.Guys - youll have to chose a nail color without my help ;-[

The worst location in Sonoma, bad service, they made my nails uneven, bumpy, I found a hair on one of my nails, and Worst of all they are totally OVER CHARGING. I will never return to this location and DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

Please save your money and DO NOT come here. Very bad pedicure, don’t recommend. One lady said, “we’re not a nail spa,” after the previous lady had done a VERY TERRIBLE job at cutting my nails AND painting them. Honestly the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. NOT WORTH $25.

They messed up my girls nails, and horrible customer service couldn’t even carry the conversation.

Bad results, when the lady was done I notice very quickly my nails were crooked & not even straight, more then 5 nails were bad and she only fixed like 2 . She got up and went to charge me when I was about to say to fix the rest . purposely ! Never going back there

I made an appointment with my sister for 2:00 and we had to wait for at least 30 minutes in order for them to even remeber that we are here. Very bad customer service.
