I had a great experience with Executive Autobody last week. The quality of their work was excellent. Frank went above and beyond to make sure all the needed work was performed.

Above and beyond, esp with the insurance company run arounds. Very professional. More confidential than my pharmacy. Anyhow, guy was decent to deal with over all. Dont find that to often on the auto industry.

It was a long story. Glad Frank offered to help in the beginning but it didn’t end with a happy ending. I wouldn’t want to bring any sentiments here but to say what I had experienced with this shop.There is no doubt that my car was a huge project to work on. However, it took about 6.5 months to fix. I sent inquires many times about the status (emails, phone calls or in-person) - no responses or “working on it and will send you some photos by Friday.”He quoted a price and guaranteed my car would be fixed at the price. He came to me at month six and said some fix was not included in the estimate but got marked on other paper with my signature. I was confused because I was promised that the car will be fixed at that price. Perhaps the market changed, and your estimate and quoted price arent valid any more. If that was the case, I would have been happy to pay additional. However, the message wasnt delivered that way.At the end, my car was partially fixed and because of the shift cable, my car wasnt drivable. I refused to pay for it because, at that point, I lost my trust in him based on a 6.5-month-long horrible experience. He “kicked” me out of his shop with the car pushed onto the side of the road.I would say this is not a reliable shop. People here are disorganized, not communicative, and unprofessional. Lets not talk about the quality of the repair. But the attitude/customer service I received would definitely make me stay away from it, and I do not recommend this shop.

I hit my friends car and Frank was able to fix our cars the very next day! He worked quickly to get us a quote along with the replacement parts needed for our cars. The cost really fair and I felt like i was in good hands with Executive Auto.

This place is awesome. We rolled up at near closing time to get a quote/opinion on fixing a scratch on the front bumper of our brand new SUV. These guys insisted on fixing it right then and there. 15 min later, the car looks 100%. Friendly, experienced, efficient and EXCELLENT quality. We even got some tips on detailing/upkeep. Frank and Chooch were invaluable when I replaced a fuse with a different voltage and put it back in the wrong place. My car had every light turned on and I was freaking out. Frank gave me his personal number when my car got towed the day before July 4th to make sure I was seen. Chooch went above and beyond to look over everything and I cannot thank them enough!

First: Go with Executive Auto Body. Theyre really wonderful.I put off getting my car fixed for as long as I possibly could because I dont know the first thing about cars and was worried about being ripped off. Were selling our car to a family member and needed to have some dents and scratches taken care of before doing so. The work required painting part of the car and replacing the front bumper. Finally, I couldnt put it off any more and got quotes from three different local places. Frank at EAB did not only give me the best price, but he was also the best at communicating to me what the issues and my options were. Hes clearly very passionate about the work he does. While they worked on my car Frank updated me with pictures of the process. I picked up my car today and it looks *great*. They really went above and beyond and Im happy not only to have the car looking so nice, but to also now have a go-to spot for any car needs!

They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. The repairs looks terrific. You’d never know the car had been in an accident. My car was returned cleaned, washed and looking new. Most people looking for auto body work care about price, reputation, and convenience, right? Executive Auto Body checked all three boxes for me, so I gave them a try. They did a nice job on my car, kept me updated the entire time they were working on it, and sent me pictures proving they purchased OEM parts. They honored their quote exactly, and it was a few hundred less than some others. It did take a day longer to get the car back than anticipated, but they let me know ASAP once issues popped up and were on top of it. Id have no problem going to them again.

I came in to get a taillight fixed before returning my leased car, and the guys at Executive Autobody could not have been better. They by-far gave me the best estimate I found in the area, and they completed the job in just two days. You could tell the attention to detail that they put in, making sure that every spot on the car was taken care of and detailed. The final price was exactly what they said the estimate would be. I could not be happier with the service and with the condition of my car after the repair, and I will definitely be going back if and when I need car repairs in the future.

Frank is an excellent body tech. The work is precise. Hes like having a guy in escrow. We patched the last deep scuff temporarily free and fast and in spring well do the car. It took the sting out and made a plan for general repair. Very helpful and logical for a car owner who parks on vicious city streets.

Just had a great experience repairing an accident damage with Executive Auto Body. Frank has made the whole experience stress-free and efficient, from coordinating damage estimates with insurance to even arranging rental car! He was even willing to deal with the insurance companies to cover the rental. My car was repaired quickly (needed to replace two doors), and returned to me sparkly and washed inside and out! Awesome shop! I came in with fogged over headlights the Friday before Christmas and they managed to take a look at and fix things up the same day so I didn’t have to drive over the holidays with an unsafe car. I was involved in a car accident this past year 4 days before Thanksgiving. I had to find someplace that would take my car quickly as I was flying out of town for the holiday. When I arrived at Executive Body Frank was busy but immediately took the time to speak with me and check over the damage. I thought the quote for the work was very reasonable and I was able to leave my car with him right then, go on my Thanksgiving trip, and my car was ready for me when I came home 5 days later!Frank and his team were very helpful and took pictures of the damage to my car and saved the parts for me while I filed with insurance.I would absolutely recommend Frank and the Executive Autobody team. I came to Executive with some dent damage that covered multiple panels of my vehicle. Erik was able to offer me a highly competitive rate for the repair, and seemingly by magic had fixed my car to look as good as new. The team even cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle before I picked it up. Very happy with the entire experience, and the quick turnaround.

I paid for new parts, but used and defective parts were placed. I complained to the owner and tried an agreement, but he was rude and does not solve the problem. In addition, he owed me $ 200.00 for the repair of my car.

Terrible attendance. I paid for new parts and they cheated me by putting used parts in the car. They did not return my money and did not resolve the situation. The owner was extremely dishonest.

I took my three month old 991 Porsche to them because some A-hole backed into the rear bumper. The paint match and body work was like the factory. Erik was terrific. He got the car like it just rolled out off the factory perfect. They worked with my insurance company, helped me get a rental car and made it as painless a process as possible. Great experience. Really nice guys, do a great job and were helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely be back in the future if I need more work done. I would highly recommend them.

Erik and his team did a great job repairing my bumper and tire in a timely manner with little notice to them on my part. Erik made it easy for drop off and pick up where I was only at the shop for a grand total of 5 minutes. It was easy to coordinate being there for drop off and pick up when it was convenient for me.

Highly, highly recommend! I brought my Jeep in last week and I just picked it up today. My driver side door had a large dent and the handle was torn off. My Jeep now looks like it did when I bought it. The quality of work and professionalism at Executive Auto is amazing. Great work!

Executive Auto has been my family and my go to auto shop whenever we need work done on a vehicle whether it be minor in nature or severe body work. Simply put, Executive Auto does amazing work and are professionals all around.My most recent experience with Executive Auto that was excellent was when I requested that they smoke my lights on my white Mercedes C300 since I thought it would make a great color contrast - and it sure did! Ever since I got back my C300 with the lights smoked out I have only received extremely positive feedback from passerbys and other drivers. Recently I got into a car accident and needed to fix my bumper.I know that a lot of body shops will try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible so I shopped around and found that this place gave me a quote that was several hundred dollars below the competitors. The manager was able to quote me a price and time frame within minutes of my arrival there. He didnt play any games and was very direct with me. He delivered on all fronts and I had my car looking like new within two days. These guys do great work, fast, and do it within my budget. I cant ask for more than that. I recommend them to all my friends and Id recommend them to anyone else looking to get some body work done.

Very disappointed!recently relocated to Boston area from LA. need to install rustproofing before winter starts. I went there because its review was pretty decent.My car was very messy when I got it back. Front seat, back seat, dashboard, even foot carpet was very messy. I found smoke stain in my car carpet. I am not smoker. I guess someone must have taken my car since I put my car for a few days.I dont trust websites good review for this shop because the owner asked me to write the review on the sheet the moment when I paid him, actually before I got my car back.I dont want to go again!

I emailed a photo of minor body damage on a Euro sedan that would not be covered by insurance and they responded very quickly. The work was excellent and done quickly.

Erik from Executive Auto Body has been a life saver. My car over-heated at 5 in the afternoon. I called, and he stayed later just to help us out. He called a rent-a-car place and even got us a discount car rental. -They were quick to address my vehicles problems the very next day and kept in touch with me by phone. They helped my wife and I out greatly and in the end they charged us much less than we thought. Erik actually cared about our dire situation- rather than try and mooch every cent out of every situation he could. I will always recommend Erik and his Executive Auto Body.
