If you are looking for QUALITY workmanship this is not the place. Ordered 2 metal doors with out frames for my building. I agreed to the price that was quoted for me. they came and installed doors and left, when i got back to the shop i noticed missing hardware and large gaps around the door where it was not hung properly. I called the store and they sent the techs back out and the main tech was very rude when I asked why the work was not completed and done poorly and i was blown off. then after they came back and fixed the work for the second time after they left my alarm system magnets for the doors where broken. very dissatisfied.

Edit: the tech guy called me back. (good thing I had his cell number on my phone), and he came back to fix again what was wrong. As of this update it is still working. But he said I need to replace both openers because theyre so old. (he only looked and fixed one of the openers).so far a zero rating. the man showed up to fix my garage door. It wouldnt open or close. Not even one hour later its not opening or closing. Now I could have spent the money I gave him towards a brand new opener. I sure feel like Ive been ripped off. Ive called the mans cell and left a message. Another call has been put into the office and another message left. I will follow up on this review based on their service. So far, I dont recommend them.

Put my new door in. Had a problem a couple months latter. They were here in less than 24 hours. No charge.

We live two towns away from this company and were desperate to find a repair for our garage door . I called and had a repairman at our home within hours. The work was rapid, professional and unbelievably priced. Nothing but praises for Burnside doors. Excellent t work.
