I recently contacted Upright to clean up and remove several old trees. They were personable and easy to work with from the start. Dennis responded quickly and was thoughtful, professional, and to the point in providing an estimate. He was flexible with scheduling and communicated throughout. He and his crew showed up on time for the day we agreed to remove 4 large trees and prune several others. He managed and worked alongside his team and made sure everything was done as we agreed. His attention to detail and ability to listen to and deliver on his customers expectations is excellent. This is my first time using Upright but I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area needing tree service or otherwise. I will be working with them for any future projects!

We have worked with Upright over the last 10 years at my old house and my new one as well and have always found them very professional, personable, and do fantastic landscape and paver work. Dennis is always very fair and thoughtful in his approach to the work he proposes to do at our house and always has sound advice as to what we are trying to accomplish within our budget. They just finished our big spring cleanup and mulching and the place looks great! I have contracted with Upright and have been using them for 15 years. I like the service and he does the best lawn cutting that Ive seen in the neighborhood. He edges the walkway and driveway with an edger as opposed to a weedwacker. He is very meticulous, honest, and takes great care on the property. He shows up on time, but hes very busy so if you want something done outside of the contracted times, you have to be flexible. Always reliable, comes weekly, weather permitting. Work is always done well, and driveway, walkway, sidewalk, and deck always cleaned up afterward. He does planting, trimming, and other yard work.
