We have been having trouble with our UPS driver for months now, and would appreciate an intervention.He struggles to navigate the road to our house, and complains about our driveway—a short road, ending in a wide parking area. He has mentioned several times that it is too difficult for him to negotiate our driveway, so he will start dropping packages at the end of it, in the ditch. My wife has asked him, repeatedly, to not do that. The area is not our property, overgrown, and in full view of the neighboring business—one with high traffic, and the occasional unsavory personage.And this is all very unreasonable, considering: The FedEx driver has never complained, and drops packages off at the door. The US Postal Service driver has never complained, and drops packages off at the door. Our previous UPS drivers never complained, and dropped packages off at the door. Lowe’s recently delivered a dishwasher (with an 18-wheeler!) to the door, got the truck in, got the truck out, and did not complain.We have tried to work with their driver. Every time we address one complaint, he has a new one. We have re-arranged cars. We have trimmed tree limbs. My wife goes outside to meet him on nearly every delivery, to ensure that nothing is in his way. Yet! Our paltry accommodations have fallen short of his mark, for he has resolved to simply throw our packages into the ditch.We pay UPS to deliver packages, not to send somebody with a bad attitude to drop them into the ditch.

Usually delivery people are pleasant and do a good job. Today, 07/06/21, the delivery man apparently was having attitude as he THREW OUR PARCEL at our gate...doesnt speak well for your organization and we didnt appreciate it! Fortunately, nothing was breakable.

I received an email from UPS claiming our package was delivered and left on our front porch yesterday afternoon. However, we couldn’t find the package anywhere, and my wife was home when UPS was supposed to have dropped it off. We never experienced issues like this before.

Delivered my wifes package but kept my package on the truck instead of handing it over. Bad enough my daughter told me she seen it but they wouldnt hand it over. Just a simple package. So now I got to call an complain an wait even longer for it.

Their drivers are the most incompetent drivers Ive ever had to deal with. FedEx and USPS have no trouble finding and leaving packages on my doorstep as per directions. Even DHL who dont have an office in city were able to find our house that mind you, is a single house atop a hill with no other homes near that would cause any confusion. But their drivers are incapable of the basic functions of their industry. I would give zero stars if possible. And I cant wait for their copy paste response telling me that they apologize for my experience at this location did not meet my expectations. My feedback will help them improve my future experience. Which it wont. Then try to pawn me off on their social media account that are run by corporate and wont care about whats happening on a local level.

This place is just horrible. Package was not delivered because they couldnt find it. I talked to two different people and gave them directions. If any attempt at all was made they could of found me. There is 3 houses on my road. This is the second time. First time they sent my package to this faculty at tigers way and said I have to come get it. Keep in mind I live over 20 miles away in Russel county. When I got the last package the lady there was just flat argumentative and instantly started saying how the driver tried to find me and so on. To the point she was basically screaming. I got another package there and honestly i dont even wanna pick it up. I would like to just request a return to sender and avoid ups at all cost. To top it off my 1 of 2 neiboors gets fed ex packages every week no problem.

The whole situation with UPS was a huge disappointment. Took a week to get my package, after the day I was suppose to receive it. Than ended up having to pick it up at a UPS store. The driver kept saying the address was unknown. Strange being I have electric, water and internet there. The second day I called told them right where we live. Including tellingvygem what the house looks like and what was in the drive. I believe the driver just did not want to drive out to where we live to deliver it.

Terrible! Handed me an oversized $9.00 flat box. Refused to print me a labe or prepare the box for me. Had to drive to another city an hour away. Pathetic!

They never told us they only took packages from 4 to 6 and it was like noon when we were there, needless to say we were from the next town over like 40 miles away and they couldnt help us. Totally a disaster 😫

Second time in under a month, wrong delivery. BUT! Heres the kicker.... They corrected last time & showed up same day. Error today on THEM, they wont redeliver til TOMORROW. ALSO, I called many ppl Company & Local, this Local Guy, RUDE RUDE RUDE. Reported to HQ, they said totally WRONG & will take care of, so waiting on local call back .... They said error because of new guy, so my punishment and next day after supposed to arrive, cause of your error? YUP! So, says I also can pickup at 7:30pm, no car. I said, 730 til? He says, 730. Repeated repeated, then I HAVE ASK, so 730 ONLY? YEP. Anyways, long story short, Id not even be writing this, upset yes, but Him being so rude, UNCALLED FOR. Ill make sure the Company uses UPS switches too FedEx, DHL, etc. So, anyways sorry for long rant yall, heres HOPING the call tonight I might get, goes MUCH BETTER!

I havent had to go pick up in anything for about 6 months or so but when i did or when i had to go there to pick up or send they wete helpful.. they have delivered to me several times and my articles were on time and in good shape..i think they are a little to expensive but it beats delivering yourself..

I was told I could pick my package up between 6 and 8 p.m. and when I got there the woman behind the counter in Somerset Kentucky with snotty as Sin gave me a hard time and told me I shouldnt have came before 7 it was between 7 and 8 p.m. I tried to explain I was told I could come at 6 and it was 6:45 she gave me a hard time she needs to talk to buy her boss
