I spoke to Mr. Adkins on the phone about what my problem was, and he was simply too busy to actually come out and help on the same day, but he was kind enough to call me back and give me incredibly detailed instructions on how to troubleshoot it myself over several phone calls. I dont think Ive ever interacted with someone who is so patient and kind. This is how you run a business. He didnt make any money off of me this time, but you can bet this is the number Im calling for regular service and emergencies in the future. A+

Called this company to pump my septic tank. They worked me in quickly and gave me tips on how to save money in the future. Very polite and professional. They found my tank lid in less than 5 mins, and made dug a small hold to access it. Highly recommend

Called they came right out and checked my septic..was very honest about my septic problems even referred me to another person who could fix my pipes. Rare to deal with someone that honest and was not charging for something I didnt need. Very satisfied and impressed

We called Adkins for them to come and pump our septic. Wow! These guys were amazing. Totally professional, gave us tips (as we had other issues), showed us what they were doing, did it promptly and was downright friendly the entire time. They spoke with us and let us know everything that was going on. They done an excellent job. Would recommend to anyone. Will be using them from now on in the future.

Great experience with these men! They worked us into their busy schedule as soon as we called them and came over in between two other jobs. We recently sold the property next to our house but part of our leach field is still underground on that property and our neighbors accidentally hit it while excavating the land. Mr. Adkins and his son helped me locate our distribution box and remaining leach line, then continued to pump our tank and did so at a very reasonable price. My wife and I will continue to call them for any of our septic cleaning needs.

We had an excellent experience with this company. Had three other companies out to locate the septic and clean it out. All of them couldnt find (and mostly didnt even attempt) to find the septic. Adkins Septic came out and took the time to find the septic, share their expertise, and did an amazing job cleaning it out for a reasonable price. I will be recommending them to everyone!!!

Fixed my septic when everyone else said they don’t know how and even showed me how to do it so that if it happens again I could maybe do it myself. The owner stayed in the phone with me and tried to figure out what was wrong for over an hour because his workers could t come out the day of but was here the next day on short notice and like I said got it fixed. I won’t call no one else if I ever have anymore problems because I know they do good work and are honest people and won’t rip you off when you call them for work, went above and beyond for me.

Adkins Septic was fantastic! We had a major blockage and needed our tank emptied. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and made sure to contact me before they came out to ensure someone was home.The crew that came out to the house was very knowledgeable and helped to locate the lid of the tank with ease. Not only did did they quickly empty our tank of refuse they also skillfully snaked our main line to clear it of any blockages. We were more than satisfied with their work and their prices! They will be receiving our business again!

They showed up. Took care of business and left. Couldnt hardly tell where they dug at. 4 weeks later, cant even see where they dug. all the grass has grown back. will do business with again when needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware of this company! They came out to our house in September of 2017 to pump our Septic Tank. They stated they had done it then charged us a ridiculous amount. April 2018 we had similar issues and called a different company. The other company came out and stated our septic tank had 10 years of feces still in our tank so Adkin’s had only pumped the water leaving the feces.The other company stated that this is a scam that septic tank companies will do to make you have to call them back. The new company we use charged us half the price of Adkins! Stay away from this company. I am filing a Claim with BBB against this company!!!!
