I was having problems with my Dish and Wally receiver purchased directly from Dish. Dish could not answer my questions and directed me to another company. I called and 6 hours later have not heard back from them. I had a feeling when I left the message with the service person that it might be awhile so I called A1A. The person who answered the phone was very nice and although she couldnt answer the questions, she gave me Mikes number and I called him. He was great! Gave me a few suggestions and I was able to text him later that we had it working. Thank you Mike!
