The worst customer service. Our email product was down many times over the last year due to incompetence and what feels like tonight a targeted attempt to lose our business. If you use a VPN or communicate or converse with more than 50 people a day via email this service will fail you and leave you with hours out of communication with office staff and customers. Furthermoreits completely within there hands to fix this issue and help with a solution. When you spend hours trying to rectify the situation with them they are unrepentant and do not care about your customer service needs or even what they are with this inflexable service. Avoid this company at all costs there are cheaper and better .
We used Rack Space for about 5 years and never had a problem. I was working for a legal firm in NYC at the time, we had our own room of servers but we used Rack Space for a dedicated web server and off-site backups. Never had a problem, always had someone on the end of the phone willing and able to help with SSL`s and VPN.
A friend works there; they said they stopped free lunch Thursdays with no warning. No-one (they know) has got raises. Could be from Quarterly revenue well below expectations. They indicate, whats next? Also, since Rackspace acquisition of Datapipe, 20+ employees of that location alone have left. not sure how much of that is true or not.
Needs more activities like soccer nets or a new playground
