Everytime I rent a lift I have to go back at least once. Wrong key, missing the control panel, and last time I rented for 24 hours and the batteries gave out after 5 but still charged for 24 hours. Time to look for a new rental place.

Awful attitudes and customer experience. Woman in tool rental unknowledgeable in rental policies and gave me the I run this area regarding tool rental. No consistency in this store. Go to Dartmouth MA instead, they actually know about products and building specifications.
