DO NOT USE.. Claimed to have cleaned the carpets in my new rental. I used my own carpet shampooer and after doing half of the living room my water was black. He also claimed to have cleaned the bedroom carpet but there was dried gum from the previous tenant still in the carpet and he used “245 degree steam”. I used resolve stain remover on a yellow spot and was able to get it up myself. Instead of coming out to do what he was originally supposed to do he offered my landlord a refund.I never leave bad reviews.. especially for small locally owned businesses but take my advice… save your time & money, call Stanley steamer. They do service somerset area and did an amazing job.

We will use them again. They done great job and are very nice people. Some folks do not under stand not everything will come out of old carpet. Basically if it wont come out it may be time to buy new carpet. Like I said earlier WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN. Thanks for being so prompt.

OMGosh....Called Steam Kraft to come out and clean my carpets and several area rugs. They done a fantastic job! I highly recommend Steam Kraft for their professionalism. I will be using them again!

We own 20 rental properties and I have tried them all NO ONE can out clean Steam Kraft they have the hottest water at 245 degrees and a super powerful positive displacement vacuum pump that really pulls the dirt out. You might get you carpets cleaned cheaper my someone else but I promise it wont be as clean...Note the before and after on this carpet, see picture.

I have never met nicer people to come into my home and be so friendly. The work they do is impeccable and their personalities are even better. I just met them today but now I feel like we are friends! Thank you Steam Kraft for doing an amazing job on my carpets! I have almost white carpets and over the years they began to look dingy BUT NOW, they are perfectly white again!!! They mentioned to me that they are the only ones around here with the steam cleaning technology they have. They have their own power and their own water so they dont use yours!!!!
