Friendly attendants and plenty of staff cleaning the cars and do a good job of drying the car and cleaning the glass surfaces. Good for regular wash and vacuum, anything extras like the ultimate and other packages, save money and do it yourself. Came here thinking it would been better from the past experiences but not much difference. Example of the tire shine, no more manually and they said that it is done by the machine now. Then I would suggest to have it calibrated since it cannot complete the job its supposed to do. Saw some else reported similar issue a year ago and I guess still not fixed.

With two kids my car is always super messy. Today I went for the car wash, and oh my god my car was super clean, shiny through job of removing stains. Trust me whenever I get my car cleaned post wash I end up spending another 1hr to clear the left overs done by the other car wash places but today I don’t have to tell them where to clean and what is left. Worth the money!!!

Very poor service I paid $59.99 unlimited monthly car wash full service. Absolutely whack service! My wheels are still dirty, no vacuum, third row never touched! I think THEY FORGOT they are running a business, service must equal the payment they receive! Im stopping my monthly membership first month and last month 🙄

Bought the ultimate package for cleaning. Still Had to tell them to clean the trunk. 3 star for interior cleaning. Some dirt patches still visible outside.

They do a good job cleaning my car. Have been couple of times already and have taken all my cars. I guess what they do at the end is use some kind of disinfectant spray and wipe which is good during this time. Will recommend this place. They get really busy on weekends.

Last week, I made an appointment to have my car waxed. According to the ad, the cost for a medium size car is $124.99 plus tax. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist stated that although the flyer said $124.99, it may cost more. She asked the type of car and if it was a sedan. I told her that it was a 2015 C Class, sedan. She then told me that I would have to bring the car in, so that they can see it because it may not be a medium sized car. Thats another discussion. I made the appt. and I thought about it. Today, I called the Mercedes dealer and asked how they isted my Mercedes C class Sedan. They said it was a medium size vehicle. I then called Village Plaza Car Wash back. I stated what I had been officially told by the dealer. Its a medium size vehicle, which I knew all along. I was wondering why she did not! When I called back, the receptionist said that she didnt say that. They needed to see it because it may have sap on it etc. I then told her that my car was only out in the elements, when I drove it. My car was always in my garage. There was nothing on my car, other then a few minor surface scratches. At that point I cancelled because I was so upset. A prospective customer should not have to go through such an interrogation in order to have a car waxed as promoted in their ad. Extremely disappointed and shocked that a business would put a prospective customer through such an upsetting discussion. This is the first time that I have ever encountered such behavior, just because I wanted to get my car waxed as advertised! Saddened and most disappointed!

It is incredibly frustrating to write this review because while I knew beforehand what I should expect, but I keep returning out of convenience. Their “Ultimate Service” is basically additional products used in the mechanical wash but is not focused on providing you with a cleaner car. Specifically, they consistently miss the areas on the door and back bumper where dirt would get kicked up by the tires. I have at times complained and they have agreed to wipe down the areas that I pointed out however I do not feel that this should be my responsibility after every wash. They do not offer an armor-all or an interior protectant service which I would consider to be standard in any traditional car wash and the tire shire often missed more than 1/3 of the wheel. The only purpose this Car Wash serves is to wash the salt from the undercarriage because it certainly doesn’t bother to clean the vehicle.

Wait time is almost 30mins with no way out of the line and more expensive than other local car washes.

This place is great for a solid good exterior and interior clean. Obviously it’s not going to be as meticulous as if you were in there with a vacuum yourself, but it gets the job done for what you’d expect of a 4-minute interior clean from a crew of 3-4. It’s a great place to frequent every ~2-3 weeks or so if your interior is in relatively decent condition and you want to keep the dirt/crumbs/grime from piling up.

This place is very inconsistent. Recently took my new car to get washed which costed me $30. Looked exactly the same in the inside smh, they didn’t even clean the cup holder. I don’t even think they vacuumed my car. Don’t waste your money & time on this place.

I literally just left getting a car wash and I’ll never go back again. When this place first opened, I was excited about the convenient location opposed to driving out of way. However, the convenient location is where it ends for this place. I’ve come here a few times, thinking that each visit will be better than the last. However, each time I come here, I leave disappointed and feeling like I wasted my money. This is my last visit here. I, like other reviewers, paid for the premium package, but the wash I received, and the way my car looks says differently. The tires don’t looks shiny, my cup holders weren’t wiped down, and the car doesn’t look vacuumed at all. The attention to detail is HORRIBLE here! I should go back and have them correct it, but I don’t feel like being bothered because I’m so annoyed. Before deciding on this location, do a little research and find someplace else.

Lady that receives your money is very condescending and rude. I’m never going back. I was standing in the hallway watching my car because as my car was going through the Machine my driver side mirror was being pushed forward. She demanded that I not stand in the hallway because of covid. I was simply concerned about my car, and I was waiting for people to pay and move away from the cashier so I could social distance while paying. There was no one In the hallway, while two people was crowded around the cashier to pay. Explaining this, the women was very rude, and condescending.

I brought a hearse I was hired to drive here. Definitely one of the best car washes Ive used. My initial contact with the employees was cordial. The employees washing the car were thorough, the lady working the cash register had a great spirit and was very cordial, and the employees drying my vehicle were extra thorough. The car was looking like new when they were done. I was honored to leave a tip!

I brought my 2002 Chevrolet Suburban in for a full detail. It came out looking like a brand new truck. What a great job they did.

I paid $16 for a full service car wash (reg car wash) expensive to be honest for a wash for a sedan, and I would of expect of a better job at vacuuming and drying. It seems since they were so packed, they were rushing

I come here strictly because it is convenient. I switched to the car wash in New Brunswick, between Routes 1 and 18, which is a better value.The alloy wheels on my van come out half-washed, the vacuuming is mediocre, and so is the service. I don’t have any of these problems in New Brunswick.

Save your time and money Ive been here a few times and after every visit I still have to clean the I side if my car because they never do a good job. And they never add the tire brite to my wheel they say is goes on in the wash. Hard to believe. For 28.00 for a full service car wash I shouldnt have any issues!

Terrible. For $27 this place isn’t worth it. I asked for 1(highest package). I had to ask them to vacuum the trunk again, they didn’t want to put tire polish. The manager(the lady) was extremely rude. I had to tell them to clean the car again. I shouldn’t have to do that. When they first opened, the service was AMAZING! I don’t know if they are not paying their employees enough money but the service was better last year. Never coming back to this place again

I told them I paid for tire shine and they tried to tell me the machine does it inside when I know what tire shine is and how it works... they tried to scheme me out of doing it when i paid an extra four dollars for it. Then when they finally did it after I insisted I know how tire shine works and it’s not done that way, they did a poor job. My car was also still dirty because they didn’t wipe the top of it. Cashier lady was rude as well. Would never recommend this place to anyone I could’ve done a better job with a hose in my backyard.

Maybe it was too hot today but the service for vacuuming was part. I had to redo it myself when I got home. Not the best this time around.

They did a great job. I chose the full service option. I’m not picky about car cleanliness because I have a 2.5 year old and my car will never be super clean again. We just moved here from across the country and my car was really dirty on the outside from being on a car carrier for two weeks. Figured it was a good time to get both inside and outside cleaned. Fast and friendly service. Definitely will come back every once in awhile.

Never thoroughly dry your cars. The people drying are very lazy, dont even care to kneel or bend down to dry the lower areas. Sometimes forget to add the tire shine.

Nice staff. Cashier is smiling and treat customers with courtsey. The manager (or may be the owner) showed me how that washing machine works when I asked about something. Took me in a tour and was genuinely interested in answering my questions. Something I dont see in car washes!

I come here regularly and have no complaints. They do a good job washing my car inside and out, and the army of people that descend on my car after it comes out of the tunnel take care of the drying and interior cleaning very well and with a lot of detail. Nice place, fast check in and out..if only they did not accidentally lowered my back seat passenger side window. Resulting of having most of my back seat wet and I had to ask to get my tires shined as part of the full package service that I did paid for. I would have given them a higher rating.Best

This is a local business that I have gone to for years for car washes. They have been a good and friendly place. However, I scheduled my first interior detail service about 2-3 weeks ago. I had an appt at 9AM. I coordinated my schedule and got a ride to drop off my car. Plus, as I was told, I had emptied out my whole car. At around 8:40 this morning, I go to drop it off and I was told that the person was not there and they were not sure when they would be and that the manager preferred to reschedule my appointment. It did not seem like there was any real good reason for their lack of availability and it just seemed like it was a coin flip if there would be someone to perform the detail. I am confused why if I made an appointment would they not make sure that someone would be available to perform the service. It is very disappointing, and a bit infuriating, to have gone through all the prep and making arrangements to just be told, no, not today. They did offer to reschedule and give me 10% off, but I do not think that is good enough and I cannot go through all that again hoping that it will happen. I just do not understand the purpose of making an appointment! I would not recommend them for any additional services. Just get your car washed and move on. I was trying to support my local business and I am very upset and disappointed that they could not keep my appointment.

I bring my pick up truck there when I get too lazy to wash it myself, and it’s just not that great of an experience. The woman at the pay counter is extremely friendly and pleasant, however the car wash itself does not do it for me. There always seems to be a problem with the machines starting until after my truck is a good third or so of the way in the wash. It does not get the wheel wells at all and the tires don’t get much dirt and grime off them. And the guys that pull the truck up to vacuum it out always seem to forget to put the truck in neutral and they have to stop the entire wash to have someone get inside and ride in there as the truck goesThrough the wash. For almost $20 for a basic wash, I would expect more!

I came here on Monday and I had a $20 bill in the middle cup holder and when I got back in my car it was gone, these workers are inconsiderate and only car about themselves, and my car was still dirty. Never coming back here. The only good part was the very nice lady as the cashier.

Went in with a friend to get his car washed. Sat down and waited for him to pay for the service, meanwhile lady at the front desk began yelling at me from across the room upset that I didn’t say hello to her. She proceeded to ask what I was doing on my phone, and that she didn’t like others “coming into her home” without saying hello. Thought this was very rude and uncalled for, especially due to the fact that I was simply waiting for a friend across the room. Her behavior was obnoxious, and this isn’t the first time my friend has had a negative experience with her. Neither of us will be returning.

It’s a been a very long time I have been going to get my car washed. Initially the service was spectacular. Not sure if there is a Management change the service had gone down to hell. You pay top dollars for getting the best service and you get a nasty service. Today I was there and I just checked the whole car is full of marks of soap marks and dirt between the doors. It’s not even worth 1 Star. Please don’t dump your money going there. There are better places around.

Went for a complete car cleaning as well washing. Quality was not up to the mark, may be I visited them on Sunday (rush time). Dropped my car in morning and was there for 3-4 hours but still the quality of cleaning was substandard. Lady at reception is extremely good and friendly but that don’t help when you doesn’t get an anticipated quality for the high amount you are paying. This place is overpriced because there is no car wash options around. Will suggest them to work and focus on quality of work and customer satisfaction! Try to stay away from them if possible.

My Bluetooth headset, which I left in an open pocket on the dash, was gone after a wash. Workers also broke my seat reclining mechanism on the passenger side. I dont want to be worrying about theft or damage to my car so I wont be going here anymore. Never had this sort of issue at any car wash before.

The employees at this car wash have absolutely no respect for your car !!! After I paid for my car wash I sat outside on the bench and witnessed one of the employees getting into my car and then flooring it across the parking lot !! He then pulled up my emergency brake, and proceeded to do donuts in my car laughing and smiling. I work hard for the things that I have paid for!!! Never in my life what I have expected for this to happen. What if my tire blew out and then there was an acciden ?! I would be the one left out of a car, for me to get back and forth to work. I was piss, and curse his ass all the way out. After waiting almost 2 hours for the manager to come into work, I was told that he sat down and reviewed the cameras and that he already had a talk with all of the employees.He then proceeded to give me this bullshit excuse about the tires being slippery. I told him Im far from stupid, I know what I saw !!! I will NEVER recommend this car wash to anyone. And i will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!

I want to say Ive been to this car wash three times and my most recent experience is not good I decided to go for the highest package because my car needed some TLC$24 approximately I did not see any difference in the level of service provided and when I asked somebody to help and finish cleaning off the soap open up the doors still dirt in the door jambs found my antenna and the dashboard that they did not put back on the staff is pushed to do as many cars as possible they dont have time for any type of VIP service even if you pay for it its my opinion if you go here get the cheapest package available my complaints were met with I dont speak English owner not here. I wont be going back

I been to this car wash several times. The staff members that wipe the car down. Is a WHOLE MESS they lost one of my mates and they dont follow the ticket you pay for. Today I went to this car wash they knock down my EZPASS off my windshield. There dirty hands was all over my seats. I dont like the fact that so many staff member be on one car! They have no Consideration for other people cars. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I tried giving them numerous chances..

I reluctantly went here after a couple-year hiatus due to a subpar experience the first time. Well, fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. The tunnel was good, had tons of foam, brushed well, and rinsed the car nicely. My problem is with the customer service of the attendants at the end of the tunnel and the quality of work for which I paid. I got the ultimate package which includes vacuuming, front mat cleaning, deep rim cleaning and more. I had three guys descend on my car out of the tunnel just to pretend they were doing the right thing. The vacuum job was half-assed, the deep rim cleaning wasnt even done, and I had to coax the guy who gave me back the car to put tire shine on, what should have been done already. Fine, I got a decent wash, it was a good day, not letting piss-poor customer service ruin it. Then I get home and open the trunk only to find out it was completely neglected when it should have been vacuumed. To the owner: your lazy, neglectful staff is going to bring your business down. It would be wise to put in some quality control before its too late.

Typical car wash does a good job

After spending 24.99 for ultimate service my car was still dirty. It was not vaccum properly, my rubber mats were still dirty which I thought they will rinse it with soap and then wash it off with water. In ultimate service my rims suppose to be cleaned but they were not. I have clicked the pics as a proof. On top of that horrible attitude of the guys who clean the car. I am a regular customer but now I will think twice to go again.. definitely will not refer. Thanks

Closes at 6pm? Who had time to get their car washed before going to work. Its spring time!!! Take advantage of the longer days. Open up a hour later. You are the only carwash in the area that closes at 6pm. I like this place pretty good service, but get off at 5. Sometimes later. give me a chance. Im not risking being late for work just to get my car wash in the morning. Also that tire cleaning/shine machine is a ripoff. It doesnt work.
