Being a first time buyer, I had a TON of questions on the process. Chris Avery was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the entire purchase. I was a buyer of a property they recently had listed. After buying the property there has been 0 responsibility to pick up their realtor sign and lock box. I have made numerous attempts to have them take action and pick their property up with no success. I am at this point having to resort to sawing off the lock box and tossing the sign to trash. Great way to treat the buyers. Neighbors have mentioned that they have not come to introduce themselves due to the sign still being in front of the house. No one should have to worry about the damn sign and lock box THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
