I have worked with Dave Stubbs Vacation Rentals for years. I have found them to be very well priced, easy to work with, professional, kind, and quick to take care of even small issues that I did not expect to be addressed. Example: We had a vacuum in the unit that was not working well during our stay. I called them just to let them know it. My call was intended primarily for the benefit of the owner and future renters. When I called them, they told me they had a repair person on retainer who fixes vacuums every week. It was repaired within a couple days of my call!Condo decors range from premier to more value-oriented, with the individual prices matching accordingly. No matter what level of condo we have gotten, their prices have been very competitive and they provide white-glove service on top of it! We have a favorite person we work with in the office, but everyone else who has helped us has always been consistently excellent as well!

I rented a furnished vacation rental from them, via online pictures. Full payment up front, plus damage insurance, plus additional funds for damage security deposit. There was an issue with the house, which I noticed on the first night. They did not correct, and instead tried to coerce me into canceling my 5 week vacation rental, which began during Easter break, and charge me a penalty to cancel. The office manager was threatening, abusive, and definitely not someone you want to interact with. There are YELP reviews for this company, negative, which I read after the fact, and my nightmare. Buyer/Renter beware.

We stayed in DMST38 for the second time and absolutely love it! It is delightfully decorated, above foot traffic and provides blissful views and sounds of the ocean. The owners have equipped it with everything needed to enjoy the stay - weve entertained and never lacked a single necessary item. The bathroom, while gorgeous, is rather dark for make-up application, but packing a lighted mirror, or shifting to the bright living area, easily resolves that concern. The staff at Dave Stubbs was friendly and helpful, checking in with us to ensure everything was as expected. While this trip lacked the washer/dryer of the previous visit, it wasnt a big deal as we brought plenty of clothing. Well definately be back and hope the Comptons dont ever opt to cease sharing their lovely condo.
