She is not vaccinated. she might transfer COVID virus to any of her customers, or her employees, so everyone who goes to this nails shop need to be careful. This is about your own health. Ask yourself 3 questions: if you got the virus, will she or any political go to hospital for you? if you go to hospital will they pay bills for you? or if you die, are they going to die for you?? just ask yourself those questions before you go to this Nails shop or ask that owner vaccine herself to protect you and her employees.

Ive been coming here for years. Katie is always great and tells funny stories that make me laugh. Staff is professional and friendly. My nails look good every time and they are very gentle. My favorite nail salon for sure.

First thing is this. I am a dudes dude,. I lift buildings and parking lots up. So my hands and finger nails get destroyed, But KT and her crew of ladies are amazing. I also want to point out because of things in my past I am uncomfortable being touched by people that. I do not know. Not one of the adorable ladies there have ever made me feel uncomfortable in any way ! Maybe next time I will go for the whole kit and caboodle Justice gets a Mani/pedi !

Fantastic spa! I do a combination of acrylic and shellac and my manicure easily lasts a full month and often longer. Prices are reasonable & comparable to others in the area. It’s very clean, the staff is friendly & Katie is awesome. She has a great sense of humor & I really enjoy my appts. instead of just seeing it as a vanity chore as I have in the past. After working my way through almost all of the nail salons/spas in Snoho I have finally found the one!

My nails are awesome every time! They do special requests without being difficult. My nails last easily 2 weeks every time! Clean, great customer service, and reasonable rates. I am picky and I have been very happy with KT nails.

By far the best nail salon around here, the customer service is excellent, and its clean!! KT has done my nails for more than 10 years and still to this day I have never had an issue. I would most definitely give them a try and find out for yourself!

Super friendly and welcoming. They made a fan of my daughter. She got good advice, and her first ever set of beautiful acrylics that lasted a long time. When she tried to take them off herself and freaked out at how munged they looked, KT Nail Spa fit us right in and fixed up her nails beautifully. They do such good work and are so fast! Bring cash to avoid $1 extra fee. Bring cash ebough times for a discount (if I understood it right). Prices are good too!

The staff were very friendly but unfortunately within one week, both my and my friends shellac manicures are cracking and chipping. The shellac manicure is supposed to be a 2 week manicure. Many Ive had at other salons stay looking great for up to 3 weeks. Having cracks, chips and peeling in less than one week tells me something isnt quite right with either the procedure or the materials that theyre using.

I just got my nails done for a trip 2 days ago! I have two that already broke. I got the dip nails, they assured me it was much better and lasts longer. The guy putting them on even cracked a tip and he said it was ok, the dip would take care of it. My plane leaves in a few hours and I have two broken off nails. Plus, this was the most expensive set Ive ever paid for.

I went to KTs salon to have my nails filled. Kim did such a bad job that within days they were lifting, very surprised since Ive not had this problem before. Not to mention she is very over priced. When I called and spoke with the owner, she asked me to come in so she could see them. I arrived she barely looked at them and said shed fix them and to not get them so wet?!? I figured I would give them one more chance to fix them. Then they charged me for a full set! WOW! I left there and within days the nails were lifting again. I will tell everyone I know to not waste your money. No customer service at all.

I was looking for a new salon to get a new full set and white tips.. so I decided to go to this one based off the reviews I saw below. It was a good decision.The owner makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. It was around 5:30pm and it was busy...so I did have to wait for about 15mins. The soaking felt like forever(approx 30mins)...until one employee finally was able to get my old set off. Next thing I know, its closing time(7pm) and I was left with the owner to finally start on my nails. I didnt leave until 7:40...but throughout the whole time she did not make me feel rushed, was very easy to talk to, and she even was the one apologizing for being late and declared she was going to do her job and do it well regardless of the store closed. Thats great customer service!You even get a stamp card.I will be back simply for her and my nails came out looking nice.

I called them and made an appointment at 3:40pm, I arrived and they told me to come back half hour later. I am really disappointed that they couldnt keep there word.

I shouldve gone with my gut when I drove up to this place and remembered that I had tried them b/4 and had a less than stellar experience.Went in any way and had a French pedicure. Awful. Woman was so incredibly rough and when I got home, I discovered each of my nails had incredibly sharp edges to them. Filed them myself.Wanted a French Shellac and chose this place because its certified if you will, by CND. Well, my nails are extremely short and with the large French - they look ridiculous.I also dont appreciate being upsold immediately on sitting my butt in the chair.These gals are all older and its as if they could really care less. Awful and will never go here again.

Ive been to KT Nails twice now. The first time was for a pedicure with my mom, it was just ok. The salon is outdated as far as decor, but generally, clean. Its definitely a quantity over quality feel. Get you in, get you out. I decided to try it again. This last time, however, I went in for a mani/pedi. I was seated next to a lady who was getting a pedicure only, and I sat down in the chair just as she was being massaged. The girl who did my pedicure acted like she didnt even want to touch me. She couldve cared less. The massage was horribly lame. I actually felt bad for her, she clearly did not want to be there! Then she did my fingernails...she pushed back my cuticles so far and cut them back so far, that almost one week later, my cuticles are still infected! Im a nurse, so Ive kept them clean and kept bacitracin on them. 9 out of 10 of my cuticles are infected and swollen. Boy, do they hurt. Remember that lady I sat next to? Yeah, I was done with my mani/pedi and paying at the front desk before she was even finished. Try another place. This place is awful!

Excellent craftsmanship

Horrid service, all I needed was my eyebrows and Ive came in more than once thought maybe it was just the person. My eyebrows came out all wrong she shorten them made haft of it think and the other haft skinny, she didnt let us see a mirror before leaving so when we left and looked we came back to make a complaint and we asked for our money back seeing we arent happy with our service and they refused.

They always can fit me in with no appointment.
