Absolutely love this place I can stay in there for hours looking at all the flowers. The staff is willing to help you and they have plenty to choose from. Go see for yourself! I am a owl collector and when I saw the Great Owl Junipers I had to have them. Then went back and got two more. Just go check it out, youll have plenty to look at and purchase 🙂🎯

I went in looking for something they didn’t have but wanted to at least check before ordering online. I also asked Lindsey about doing some flowers for a memorial service and she helped me pick out something beautiful. I picked them up the following week when I needed them and they were perfect! She even watered them for me so I was good to go for the service. Thank you Lindsey for handling this for me and making it the easiest part of the entire thing!!!

I love The Family Tree nursery. The plants are fresh and healthy and they also have nice gift items. The service people are friendly and helpful. The Florida King peach tree I bought 2 years ago is big and loaded with peaches. Theirs did the best of all my fruit trees. My paw paw tree I got there was larger and healthier too than some I had purchsed 5 years ago that are still very small. Paw paws had blooms this year. Still young for fruit. This is a trio of flowers I got in Feb and my Fla King last year. Amazing!

My dad and I have been here before but it had been so long today was like our first time visiting . The Family Tree Garden Center has alot of beautiful variety of choices anything for a beginner like me who wants to learn and grow and try to pick up and try some gardening soon and because even though I dont know a whole lot about gardening at the moment I would say they also have a nice variety of choices for more gold star gardeners and for businesses who want to add more life and color near their environment. If you never been I would definately say its worth checking out The Family Tree Garden Center .

One customer in front of me waiting for the cashier. She was on the phone chatting for a long time. The customer in front of me got mad and walked away. I waited for a while. Then the cashier hanged up the phone, but did not say a word to me. She started doing other things. Her coworker came by and then walked away. So I decided to drop my stuffs and walk out.

Nice locally owned garden center. Large place, enormous green house with many hundreds of different kinds of plants to choose from. They have a large retail space as well with everything from bird seed to that trendy chalk paint. I recommend them. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Beautiful place to buy plants/trees. Prices arent cheap but you have to remember, you get what you pay for. They have many specialty plants you cannot find in many other garden stores. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be back!

Great selection of plants and knowledgeable staff. They are always very helpful and I can just show them a photo and they will tell me what I’m looking for. They also offer a military discount.We have bought several trees from them and so far they have transplanted well. They also offer a military discount. My advice, bring a bigger car because you will want to buy it all!

Awesome garden plant store. They often have rare or hard to find plants. Great space. Prices are kind of high. One of the best options in the area.

Wide variety of plants and products. I would go here over a big box store for the expertise and helpfulness of the staff. While some items may have a higher price here, the price difference is minimal compared to what you get in return.

I recently went to the store and saw this beautiful hanging plant with blue morning glories. There was only ine left for $19.99. But i needed 2. I then saw several smaller non hanging pots on the floor with the same flower for $24.99. When i went to purchase the plants, i asked why does the smaller plant cost more then the larger plant. The cashier said that the plants are given to them with these prices that didnt make sense. The plants were both in cheap plastic pots. I asked if it was possible for her to put the smaller plant in a $19.99 pot similar to the larger plant and give me the same price as the larger plant ($19.99). She said she couldnt but i can purchase the empty a cheap pot and transfer the plant myself. Why would i want to spend more trying to rectify the discount on the plants and the sizes. I have plenty of their cheap plastic pots that i have bought from them with plants in them. Like she said the prices didnt make sense for these plants. 🙄

This place is great. They have everything you need for your garden. Their plants are well maintained, and the people are friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a lot of other home and garden items. Prices are s little higher, but the convenience and knowledge is worth a few extra bucks.

The plant selection is awesome, but one of the employees was incredibly rude when I asked her the name of a plant I hadnt seen before. Other than that, I liked it and I will probably go back. Adding a picture of the mystery plant I ended up buying anyways because dang its cool!

I have recently visited your store as I am in the process of re doing my lawn. However at the time of our visit I felt a bit discriminated, when We walked in no one greeted us, then the person behind us was greeted. The. As we were searching for plants no one approached us to ask if we needed help however everyone else was being asked therefore that rushed us to get out of your store and picked up some flowers. At check out the cashier didn’t even talk to us but the next customer was asked if everything was okay. We asked for a tray for our plants and the cashier seemed disappointed that we asked. Overall due to the lack of customer service, we don’t feel comfortable shopping at your store. I hope no one else has this experience.

Great place for picking up winter vegetables for the garden.

I was so disappointed on my visit 6/4/21 around 5ish pm. However, let me start by saying, my 1st visit about 2-3 weeks ago was amazing so much that I spent close to $600. Now, back to my 2nd visit, the manager seemed to have an attitude, I got the impression that I was bothering her. The lady at the register had the exact same attitude but she condescending. I am not happy with this last visit and not sure I will be returning.

The Family Tree Garden Center has quickly become my new fav! I, like so many, have started gardening. In my online search for a few PW plants and an AquaPot, I was directed to The Family Tree Garden Center. I finally had an opportunity to stop by and Im completely impressed. The staff was very friendly and they had the plants that Ive been looking for as well as the AquaPots. The Family Tree Garden Center is definitely my go-to. Its worth the drive if you dont live in the area.

This is not your Orange or Red big box garden center. This location has more than double the variety offered at those stores. Customer Service, design services; planting, recommendations and professional landscape professionals are all part of this store. You will not find this at big box garden centers. Whether outside plants, house plants, home decor, costom gifts or pottery this store has it all.

Garden Center expert was clearly unwilling to provide guidance in choosing the best plant. Cashier was professional, helpful and cordial.

Love this store! The folks who work here are super helpful. Went to buy Bermuda sod and they are by far the most reasonable. They also water it and make sure its good. My grass looks amazing! Great flower selection too!

Very nice garden center with a wide variety of plant materials. Also, they have a small area to buy everything you need to build your own terrarium. There are wild bird feeders, seasonal decorations and various potting materials to choose from as well. Employees are usually very helpful.

Credit cards are recommend ed. A diverse choice of plants to choose from not found in your regular every day store. Always a pleasure to visit.

I was able to find a of type zoysia sod that was not available at other garden centers. They also have great selection of plants...Helpful staff.

Plant selection is good, even in these trying times. The biggest challenge they have are sales people. One woman I tried to work with either did not know the plants or she really was that unmotivated. A fellow would not help me with trees because I asked him to put on a mask if we were going to stand near each other. Even the checkout process after $500 in purchases was rude: “zip code?” “Did you find everything?” No - could not get help....”slide your card in.” Seriously, I just have to drive elsewhere because creating a garden should be fun - especially in these times.

People are always great and helpful. Place is well stocked with numerous items. Definitely will pay more, but I enjoy going here.

Today, we went and picked out our PHAT Christmas tree. Just want to say how pleased I was at our experience at The Family Tree Garden Center. If you want a really healthy tree, very eager and knowledgeable employees that will pull out as many trees as you want, to find the perfect one. This is the place to go. I love my full “phat” tree. The best Christmas tree buying experience ever!

Entering this place is almost like going to a botanical garden. They carry a wide variety of plants, seeds, and gardening needs. They also have very knowledgeable and friendly staff to assist you with your needs out questions. They helped us identify weeds we are now getting under control.

Great nursery to get all your gardening needs. You may pay a bit less at the big box stores but youll pay in the long run due to the other guys lesser quality plants and you absolutely will not find a friendlier, more knowledgeable and helpful group of people.

Nice but high in price

I went to the Family Tree Garden Center today to buy drift Roses. I need to demarcate the property line. The employees are super nice. Regina, Lori, and Michael will help you find what you need, and not try to up sale you. I highly recommend this nursery. The price of plants and trees are reasonable and if you get Regina to help you, she will actually draw a layout of where the plants should go in your garden. It helped me because I left with fifteen plants and trees, and with her layout all I had to do was put them in the ground. That was last year and those plants and trees are doing well. Another reason I went back to this nursery. The quality of the plants and trees is worth mentioning. I didnt have to return them, and they survived winter. We love coming to this place with my family. You will get a great service here and the best advise.I like the fact they dont try to pressure you to buy anything.Favorite time of the year is around Christmas the decorations are just fabulous. We buy our Christmas tree here every year. We are trying the white one this time with sparkling flakes. Thats my son choice.Try it also during spring time, you can get some good plants for your yard.

Adorable place. Family owned. We got our Christmas tree here this year. Usually we go to Lowe’s or Home Depot but we decided to try this place. We were very satisfied with the selection and we loved our tree. It was much nicer than the other ones we have gotten before. Will definitely return in the future!

I love visiting The Family Tree in Snellville, even on a rainy day. Their quality and selection of plants and accessories, their staff and suggestions make dreaming of possibilities fun! (Wish they were closer than 6 hours from our home!)

OMG! This place is awesome. It was our first visit to this garden center (we had been meaning to visit in the past, but never made the time to do so).We were looking for a Christmas Tree. We tried Lowe’s and Ace Hardware but wanted something different. We decided to try The Fanilytree Garden Center and what an awesome experience. The entrance was quaint and unique but we were completely amazed at grand greenhouse. It was organized and there was a vast amount of variety, of everything that was plants! The staff was so friendly. Everyone had a sense of urgency and the customer service was impeccable! Even as we were driving away to leave... the staff that were preparing trees stopped working just to wave goodbye. Amazing experience...needless to say, we have a new garden spot.

This nursery has an amazing selection of plants. I love the houseplant section, it features tons of rare plants and good specimens of common ones in different sizes. Staff are very knowledgeable. They also offer fun classes. I took one on terrariums that was great and very affordable .

A very beautiful Nursery with healthy and large flowers and bushes. As you walk into the showroom the main entrance you see beautiful unique types of objects and accessories and decor for the inside of your home and for the outside to put out in your garden. All the flowers and bushes are large very well kept and very healthy-looking. So I guess this is why there a couple dollars higher than other big Container Stores. But I still highly recommend to purchase and visit this beautiful Nursery.

Been shopping here for past year. Been happy with service and selection of plants. Pricing is just a little more than big box stores, but willing to pay a little more for the selection. But if you just want a plat of flowers for garden save your money hit the big box store.
