I had an overall bad experience with this company and wouldnt use them again. The person I booked my appointment with instructed me to go online and book a Move in/out cleaning which actually didnt exist so she booked it for me. We discussed in detail what that would include but when my invoice came, it didnt have any details. When the lady arrived to clean the house she spoke no English and asked me to speak to her phone so she could use the translator app. She had no idea what she was there to clean so I had to try to explain what I had paid for while she nodded blankly. I paid $315 and was super disappointed. When I tried calling the company to clarify what services were included no one answered the phone. AWESOME!

I am very happy I found this company, I hired them for a deep cleaning and bi-weekly services. They did an exceptional job. The staff is well dressed with their uniforms and individual kits for kitchen and bathrooms. I value the extra causation they took to ensure bathrooms and kitchens are cleaned separately and not cross contaminate the areas. They sanitize and disinfect high touch surfaces which is a plus. Their teams are very well trained to be efficient to handle any task including spot treatment on fabrics and upholstery ( we had some pizza grease on the couch). If you are looking for a consistent cleaning company I highly recommend them. Thanks Team for making my job as a single dad easier after you leave.

I highly recommend EyeMaid Cleaning Service! I am a Mom of 8 with 7 small children in the home. Two kind ladies came in and worked so diligently! Even with my kids coming into the room they were working in from time to time, they treated them all with such kindness. Every room was cleaned with perfection. Needless to say our home is a decent size to accommodate a large family. However, the ladies did an excellent job with cleaning and communicating. I am not please with the way Atama handled my complaint. I expressed my concerns and she said she would send someone else out for a redo but no one ever showed nor was I reached back out to see if my concerns were addressed. Also, a redo is not going to repair the damages to my stove.Wanted to give you an update on my cleaning service with Lauren. She did an ok job. However, I did have several problems to address. The upstairs was great. The kitchen, my floors downstairs and her not wearing a mask is where I had a few problems.1. She sprayed something on my $1000 Samsung stove that messed it up with a spotty cast to it.2. She put my cast iron griddles in my dishwasher and messed them up with rust on them.3. She attempted to clean the inside of the stove and left it with a soapy film in it. Nor did she clean the outside of the stove, dishwasher, or refrigerator.4. When she mopped the floors she didnt use anything to sanitize it and poured water on the floor and used a mop pad she had to mop up the water.5. My base boards and blinds are still dirty.6. She was late getting here.

Couldn’t have asked for better. Very thorough. This is the 5th cleaning company I tried before finding one that was satisfactory. Will definitely be using them regularly.

I found EyeMaid cleaning services from a recommendation on Nextdoor, they came highly recommended by other clients. Kaitlyn helped walk me threw their very thorough booking process. She sent me a few service options to choose from after my initial deep cleaning. Once I confirmed my service orders, we signed our agreements for services they will provide, and my finalize step was to approve the schedule estimate, start date, and time. Heather, showed up on the day of my deep clean and did a fantastic job cleaning my house. It was clean, fresh, spotless, and smelled amazing. They were also very careful when cleaning the different natural, and stone surfaces, from hardwood to granite marble. That was very impressive. Heather also pointed out that my counter top needed to be resealed from the years of cleaning. They have a customer for life, see you guys in two weeks!

EyeMaid is by far the best cleaning service in Gwinnett. I have tried other companies until I found them. I paid extra for a team of two because I wanted my cleaning to be done in a shorter time. They cleaned my house in 4 hours instead of 8 (3,500 square feet) And it was spotless. They took extra care with floors, bathrooms, and fixtures. They are now my new forever cleaning company!!

I schedule Heather from EyeMaid to help me with my daughters room. She has out grown so much of her clothes and accumulated so much over this year.
