The services and staff were very professional while making sure to keep us comforted throughout the process. They offered services that were extremely helpful to me as this was my first experience with planning the death of a loved one.

The people here, especially Mr. Killgore, are just so kind and helpful. The grounds are cared for well, and we have several family members here who are always cared for.

They even took care of things that I couldn’t have possible thought of. They are worst company to go to for a cremation...so many you most misunderstood use. One staff member tell one thing another will tell you something different. Just the worst experience.

They made us all feel special and everything was simple and easy to arrange. The service was beautiful and we could not have asked for anything more. We just wish we had arranged to have it recorded because one of my grandsons played the piano and the other one sang. Wish we could have thought of that ourselves. The general manager could take some lessons on how to conduct himself with grieving loved ones. 2 stars because the two ladies at the front were very pleasant and apologized for his unprofessional behavior.

Ordered headstone through Chuck Wages. Was told 6-8 weeks delivery, its been going on 12 weeks and no headstone. He always has an excuse, but all those reasons should have been factored into the quoted time frame. Or they should estimate a longer delivery date.Since we havent seen the finished project I cant attest to the quality or workmanship at this point. My advice, if you order from them dont pay the full price up front! Im sure eventually we will get it, but I feel we would have received better service had we only made a down payment.I will post a follow up when we finally get it.

I called to ask some questions about the flowers we placed on my fathers grave, the man that answered had no sympathy what so ever. He simply said yeah the wind blew it! Just sad! Honestly a little customer service would have been appreciated.
