They were great! Craig came out to my mom’s house same day that I called. He was very informative and honest. He didn’t push anything on us to try and get a sale. He was very friendly and easy to talk too - answered all of my mom’s questions. We were very impressed and highly recommend them!

During an extremely awful experience with a different disaster management company (that in itself was a disaster!), I contacted Flood Brothers Restoration simply to request a second opinion on the situation. I called at 8 PM and expected to leave a voicemail in the off-chance I might receive a call back the next day. Instead, Randy answered the phone, listened to the story about my entire ordeal with that other company, and gave an immense, absolutely voluminous amount of advice and wisdom. He spoke with me for over 1 hour and 47 minutes, and whats even more amazing is that he did this without any motive other than to show kindness and to help me with my situation. After all of the excellent help and advice, writing these comments was the least I could do.However, I look forward to repaying Flood Brothers Restoration to a much greater degree in the future whenever I am dealing with restoration issues in our rental properties. I am impressed beyond belief by the kindness shown by this business.

Our basement got flooded due to a leaking water heater. We contacted insurance and then Randy and his co-workers were sent to clean the damage and dry our basement. They did AMAZING job! We have now used Flood Brothers on 2 different occasions and they are without a doubt the best and most reliable contractor you will ever use. They were there within an hour or so of when I called and were able to completely resolve the issue on the first try both times. They even dealt with the insurance company so I didnt have to. I received a call from a tenant late Friday evening (while I was out of town) about a flood in the kitchen from a water line under the sink. Half the house was flooded out, so at 7:30 I called and Craig answered. He called my tenant and had a look at things Friday evening and by first thing Saturday morning they had all the equipment up, floor removed (with molding including carpet) and extra fans due to tenants health issues. The customer service was excellent and I cannot express my thanks for getting things done and handling everything while I was away. These guys are the best and I highly recommend them in case something unexpected happens.

Flood brothers completed the water remediation process when our air condition’s overflow pan leaked in our attic . Water came through the upstairs ceiling as well as the downstairs ceiling. They were quick to come out and do a thorough initial inspection. I worked with Randy, he was super polite and professional. He was always punctual when he was supposed to be coming to my home. He did a great job of making sure that our ceilings and hardwood floors downstairs were properly dried. I would defiantly use Flood Brothers again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Both Terry and Randy were terrific to work with during the cleanup of our downstairs bedroom. They were very responsive to all of my calls/questions and did a fantastic job with the water remediation and demo, as well. These are the guys you want to call if you have flood/mitigation issues! Unfortunately, weve had flood issues twice, within a 4 year span--both were separate issues-- which were pretty catastrophic. However, the positive is that we had Randy and his team to help us through the entire process--both times! My basement flooded on a Friday evening. My husband was out of town and I needed help fast! Flood Brothers came right out and did not leave until they had everything set up to dry my basement out. Their customer service is the best! Special shout out to Randy for coming out on a Friday night and to Brian for explaining everything about the wet insulation under the sheet rock. They went above and beyond what most people would do to help me.

Had a toilet overflow upstairs overnight. Randy with Flood Brothers was out early that afternoon to inspect and get things going with the mitigation. The crew worked their tales off until that evening getting everything torn out and the fans and dehumidifiers up and running. It was seamless. Everyone I dealt with was on top of their game! We had a kitchen water filter system rupture on us, which dumped over 80 gallons into there and the basement. Terry and crew came over that evening, pulled out damaged kickpanels/insulation, applied mold inhibitor, and setup the fans and dehumidifiers. Three days later they were back to get the equipment and verified everything was dried out. They made the process quick and easy, thanks!

These guys are the pros. Unfortunately I have had the need for this service twice in the last couple of years. Found Flood Brothers on the web so I was a little unsure but Randy was a real pro. I felt they really had my best interest at heart both with the water damage and the insurance claim. A piped burst at my mothers house and when the fire trucks got there her house had plenty of water that had soaked her carpets and ran down through the ceiling to the basement. Her home was a wreck. I called Flood Brothers and without 2 hours they were on the scene. They assessed the situation and began soaking up the water. They brought in fans, heaters, and everything to dry up the carpet, ceiling and floors. They left equipment to complete the drying process so there would not be any mold. They did an awesome job and I hope I never need them again, but for sure they are the ones I would call. Will recommend to all my family and friends.

Recently we had Freeze distruction at our home and based on Craigslist entry and google reviews we wasted no time in hiring Randy and his Flood Brothers Restoration LLC Company as our restoration contractors. Randy had his team at my doorsteps with all the right equipment at once and over a course of two weeks did a phenomenal job of getting our house in order. They were extremely professional and co-operative. They clearly explained everything including details why they were doing certain things like ripping apart carpet etc. Randy and his colleague Terry would personally do the work and also supervised work done by other junior workmen and workwomen of his team. They were very flexible to work per our schedule and accommodative of our preferences. Randy was also exceptional in working with the Insurance adjuster to ensure everything right as per process was done. Randy also advised on next steps towards hiring our re-build contractor and towards our preparation of documentation with our mortgage Company to endure work progressed at a faster pace and normalcy can be restored at the earliest. A big thank you to Randy, Terry and his Company for everything they did. While I would think - no one should ever need his services for such situation what we faced but I am mindful that these things happen. If it does- they should confidently hire Flood Brothers Restoration LLC. Just to add They are also reasonable in cost for their services.
