The lady at the front desk was very polite & professional. I called to see if they had what I needed available & they did. I was able to come in that same day. Prior to purchasing my unit, I had the opportunity to see the unit just to confirm that it was in fact what I was looking for. The place is nice and looks new. The prices are also very reasonable. If you are looking for a storage unit this is the place to go!

Ms. McKenzie is awesome! She delivers excellent customer service and knows every aspect of this facility. I have a few units here and continue to remain because of her.

I have been in my unit a short time. Facilities are nice and safe. Some of the people working in the offices are not friendly. One of the ladies was excellent and the other didn’t even speak and was not friendly at all. I wanted to use the bathroom on a different and the lady didn’t even acknowledge me and just threw the keys on the counter. I would expect better professionalism with these prices. I will never understand why places don’t even give veterans a discount either.

My experience with the manager McKenzie has always been awesome! She is very attentive and cares about her customers. But the gigantic increase in the rent since Prime Storage took over is absolutely ridiculous so I am taking my business elsewhere.

I have only been at this location for 2 months. If you can afford the rates, the facility is top-notch, and the front office is very friendly. Thats why I selected this location. Recently management changed and has increased my monthly bill by over 100% without notice. The lack of communication and justification has forced me to look at an alternative.

I went by Prime Storage because I had a serious issue that I had spoken with two other individuals concerning. I wanted to make sure that my issue had a face to go with the issue. In this season I understand that most persons providing customer service are stressed and operate in a survival mode. Customer Service is not a priority. Consequently, I attempt to be conscious of my demeanor, tone of voice and understanding of information that the customer service rep provides.Jeremiah Redding, Senior Engineer (forgot his title) but I shall not forget how helpful, professional and emphatic he was. Jeremiah listened intently and discussed the issue. He researched and explained the reasoning on the company’s decision. I was dumbfounded that he truly listened.My husband and I are senior citizens. Jeremiah restored my faith that Prime Storage care about the customers and the level of service provided to its customer.

We had storage at Prime Storage for 15 months while deciding where we would live. They were always courteous and professional whenever we communicated with them. Thank You Prime for making our experience an enjoyable and easy transition.

I cannot WAIT to leave them. These people bought-out the previous owners (which was East Side Storage). These new owners took that as an opportunity to price gouge and bump our rates up. Instead of doing the noble thing for those of us who have been there for years, they chose to rip us off. I would never have rented a storage facility for this amount. And they know that. Because who’s really gonna pay all that money to pay movers to move us to another storage company, right? Now we are all “stuck” with the blindside prices they gave us.

Renters beware its a major water leak in this storage place going on right now. I only been renting for four months & usually dont write reviews. But someone needs to broadcast the news your belongings maybe in danger of being wet & destroy. Or sewer smell that carries thru out the building that could permanently smell in your furniture or other stuff. Yucks who wants a sewer scent in your stuff. Dont rent here and please if you do alright get your stuff to another facility quickly before you lose your life precious belongings due to wet leaks. I moved out my unit yesterday. You been warn!!!!

I gave it a four stars simply because of the smell I side of the building and how I felt at times when getting my storage. It is extremely secure and as a matter of fact a little too secure at times. Mckenzie was nice and took her time with me and I was able to talk with her, get my storage, as well as move some things into my storage within a matter of an hour. Thanks Mckenzie!!! They really have todo something about the sewer smell though.

Best storage facility in the area

Although it is easy access. I must say management on this property SUCKS! She is very unprofessional and does not manage property with a professional manner . They get nice people in and then they are gone you are stuck with the manager. You are a month ahead and they will place a lock on your storage and not take it off until you bring it to their attention. Might I add a simple walk through will solve that. I sent a message before nothing was solved. Great location and affordable prices but management sucks.

My kept my stuff safe for about a year and a half. Rose, the property manager was great. Some of the other staff wasnt so great.

Terrible . They up my bill to almost $500 for an empty storage after I notified them that the storage was empty . I called them for weeks with no answer. Management or whoever answers the phone here is very unprofessional and have smart remarks when you talk to them. I told them that I get off work after business hours and that I can’t come anytime before then due to work and I was told that I better get someone to come do it for me. How rude? I’ll NEVER get another storage here .

Excellent place, although you really have to make sure you dont leave anything for a few minutes or hours at the Lenora Park facility. Someone stole an old tv and air purifier right in front of my unit inside on the second floor. So the access codes didnt protect my stuff, because someone with a unit there stole my stuff. So dont think that if you leave something inside for a few hours, that it will remain untouched inside.I had left a voicemail at the office detailing the day & time that it happened, and the office did call me. I was told by the office recently that because I didnt call back fast enough, they no longer had the recording & couldnt help me. Yet I had originally left them a voicemail with all the details they needed, so either their voicemail doesnt work, or they didnt keep this voicemail. They certainly heard it to know to call me back, but I was blamed by the office for not resolving the theft issue. This is the only reason I did not give the place 5 stars, because I was blamed after leaving them a highly detailed message. Id only expected their reply voicemail to tell me one of three things: if they did or didnt see a crime on their retained videos, if they had the person(s) responsible arrested, or if they managed to get the items back from those responsible person(s). The several minutes-long, agitated complaint from the lady at the front desk telling me that they couldnt investigate, because they didnt have the details, left a negative impression on me. It made me feel like the office probably didnt even bother to use the voicemail they had from me to solve the issue, and the agitated complaint made me feel suspicious about whether or not the office really ever wanted to help me.

This is a great storage facility. It is brand new, clean, and has the best prices around. Also, the management is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The loading door is too skinny, the sidewalk in front of the door is too short (leading to carts falling off of the sidewalk, and subsequently items off the cart), the hallways are cramped, the carts arent well-maintained or easily accessible, and the usual clientele doesnt follow the rules (since theyre not enforced).

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a storage unit. The communication is horrible. I showed up and couldn’t find my unit as the unit number that was provided to me was incorrect and there was no staff on location. I called about 10 times with everyone telling me I would receive a call from “The general manager” which I haven’t received yet and it’s been 3 days. They refuse to refund my money and I had to go find a different storage company. Beware of this scam they take your money and then refuse to refund when the fault was on their behalf.
