I was passing through, filling up on gas, when my shifter cable bushing broke on me. its not something that everyone goes through and i was distraught thinking about being stranded so far from home(i live in virginia). earl was able to get me back on the road the next morning and told me i would never have to worry about that happening again. i was able to get home, safe and sound, because of him and his shop. they were all so nice and understanding. i will forever be grateful to them.

I just bought a used BMW 5 series. Once getting it, I had serious issues with the car and didn’t want to get taken advantage of so I went to Eaakan’s shop. He was very professional and thorough. He also gave me the information about the car and the best options for me. Even though I wound up paying for a service right after purchasing the car, Earl made my experience a great one!!! Now I have an excellent car and an experienced awesome mechanic!!! More businesses should take care of their customers the way Eaakan does!!!

Like anyone, I was skeptical at first because it was my first time with them. Their services and humbleness were epic! Did not have a good experience with their service. My car was taken in to be checked for an air conditioning system that was not working. We were charged for a diagnosis check. They claimed to have fixed it only for them to add Freon and tell us the car was fixed. The AC(fan?)worked for half a day. We took it back to be checked. They told us it was fixed without telling us what was wrong the 2nd time around. The AC barely worked again for a day and we still have the same issue. Took it back for them to say it would cost us about $1500 to now have it fixed. My question is why wasnt this detected the first time it was diagnosed and fixed for a total of almost $500 and the car still remains in the same condition as when we first brought it in?

They are fast and reliable and contact you throughout the entire process. I love going there for all my car needs.

Earl and his staff has been servicing my 2000 Lexus RX300 since 2007. I get all my car needs handles here; oil changes, tires replaced, my batteries, my brakes, he rebuilt my motor & transmission in 2010 & 2011 respectfully and I have not had not one issue with either. They do absolutely everything for my car and they stand behind their work. Its like taking you child to day care; no worries and a peace of mind. I fully trust them with my car.

I dealt with many auto mechanics in the past but this place is simply THE BEST! Earl made sure I was satisfied before leaving the shop then he sent a follow up text a few days later just to make sure my car was still running smoothly! I brought my car in for the check engine light, rear brakes and a/c service and even got an oil change. The next day I passed my emissions test!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Eakaan is a great shop! We have been going to his shop for almost 20 years. He will do his best on every car and if for some reason it doesn’t fix the car he will keep trying until he corrects the issue. He is an honest mechanic and will tell you if it needs to be fixed right away or if it can wait.

I came in about a week ago for a check engine light. Earl was the mechanic who assisted me. He was very courteous, checked the engine out for me, and found the part that I needed. On top of all that, he checked my owners manual for me and found that the car, which I had bought used, was still under warranty. He didnt charge me a thing and instead referred me to a technician at the dealership nearby where they fixed the problem for free.

I had a good experience here. I called around and got several high quotes to replace my wiper motor and no one was available on a Saturday. When I called Eakaan,even though the shop was busy, he took the time to look at it, was honest and was able to fix the problem and save me some money.

If your a Woman, forget it. Always assume we dont know about cars and after trying to get over the Mechanic-Monster phobia, my nightmare came into effect today. All I needed was sparked plugs changed, now my car is behaving worse than when I brought it to them to get service. If I need transmission work, then thats one thing, but it is coincidentally far more horrible from just getting my sparks changed!!!! I mean horrible. Im so tired of this. I would not recommend them and should have followed my first instinct and changed the plugs myself. My male family member insisted that I let a mechanic do it because it could not bare to see a woman doing mechanic work. I am a single parent trying to make it and dont understand why they want to keep you or your car bound to the shop! If you dont have a male who is mechanically inclined or a witness with you, do not choose them ever! I will be seeking justice.

Car been up there an entire month and still cant get it running. Asked to fix a gas leak and now my car wont run? Really? Kinda ridiculous to have a mechanic that cant fix a car if you ask me... Terrible service. No knowledge. Untimely. If you like your car push it another block past this shop. Dont even deserve a star.
