I purchased this vehicle on 4/10/2021 and the engine blew 70 days later on 6/20/21 not to mention that I put $15,445.25 down. No one wanted to speak with me about this matter. I wouldn’t advise nor recommend anyone to deal with this Giant rip off. Although when you sign the contract it states that you have 90 days to purchase the warranty or the vehicle will be sold as is. It’s not even 90 days now til this date and they won’t still talk to me

I wrote this review in my computer 3 years ago. Finally I have time and decided to upload it here today.It was such a painful experience in my life. I will never forget it. because at that time I just moved to GA knowing no one. I followed the internet reviews and visited this store with hope.I purchased an original second-hand 2015 RX 350 car with several scratches at Amazing Luxury Cars, Inc. Sales Center address: 468 Cobb Pkwy Marietta GA 30060Lately, I discovered that the salesman exaggerated the condition of the car, which induced me to make the purchase with falsified and overstated information.The salesman of the store clearly said that the car was completely original, that it had never been fixed, all parts of the car were never replaced, and those small scratches were caused by a small car accident. Additionally, the salesman said that the car was under insurance by Lexus in which I can go to Lexus within the following one year.After 4 days of purchasing the car, I discovered that the front lights were leaky. Therefore, I turned on the full beam headlights for a considering long period of time. Meanwhile, the glasses of the lights were broken accidentally.Thus, I am very skeptical about the actual condition of the car that I feel that the salesman overstated and lied to me. Why were the front lights leaky?After that, I sent my car to Lexus for repair and consulted with the specialist about the overall condition of the car. I was told by the specialist that most parts of the car were replaced and modified including the two front lights and paints which were not original at all. Moreover, one original front light costs $1,290, which was not covered by the insurance because the car was mostly modified personally and not with Lexus, and I had to go back to the store.Afterwards, I went back to the salesman and he gave me his manager’s name and address at Sales & Services 3591 Stone Mountain Hwy, Snellville, GA 30039I communicated his manager about the problem of the car and the exaggerated information which I received from the salesman, but he showed me the contract which I signed and one of the agreement of the contract was that after the payment was made, the buyer accepts full responsibility for any repairs. The manager seems to have a lot of experience dealing with customers who have same situation as me.VERY VERY RUDE and make reason for right to SHAMELESS !!!Customer buy second hand car, Do you look down on Customer?????Then, he directed me back to the salesman, but the salesman refused to solve problem saying that he just followed the company’s ways of selling cars and directed me back the manager. IRRESPONSIBLE !!!The salesman and the manager, or any other authorities from the company didn’t make any effort to solve my problem. As a customer, I felt that I was completed deceived and treated negatively by the salesman and the manager.In the end, I didn’t take the incident further. However, I want to share my purchasing experience with other people, to remind people about the potential fraud.All information above was my actual experience. I thought about suing them that I have a copy of the voice recording about the whole process of the incident, but the contract has my signature. I feel extremely frustrated and deceived, that I lost my money and time.Therefore, be careful and mindful when making purchase of car. Don’t undergo what I have experienced.Sincerely;God will judge.

DO NOT GO HERE!! This is the worst dealership I have ever been too and I would give them zero stars if I could. We went to get a car for my brother and found a 2016 BMW there that he was interested in getting. Firstly the two front tires were in horrible condition and before buying the car the saleswoman that we were talking to told us they would call us in the following days to change the tires for us, free of charge, and we never got a call from anyone at the dealership regarding having the tires changed for us. Three weeks went by and we had to drive up there to even speak to someone about getting them changed because nobody was calling and on top of that not even five hours after getting the car the passenger side door wasnt working, it would not open at all. AND on top of all of that the seat behind the drivers seat had a PUDDLE that they didnt even clean well. Next, we asked if anything was wrong with the car before even purchasing it and they told us no the car was perfectly fine...they lied. What they failed to mention was that the car was from New York and it had been in a car accident (it was hit from the front and the back) and it was repainted which no one mentioned to us when we even asked if anything was wrong with the car. The worst part was when we went to confront the dealership about what we found out about the car being in an accident and repainted they told us well why didnt you ask for the Carfax. They were supposed to offer to show us the Carfax, it shouldnt have gotten to the point where the customer has to ask for it. Very shady car salesman if you ask me. If we had known all the history behind the car we WOULDNT have gotten it in the first place. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!! Liar and scammer behavior. Take your business and money elsewhere if youre interested in buying a car.

Honestly if I could return my car to them I would. The sales person (Sandra) has been rude to both my mother and I. She has made countless smart remarks. They sent my title to the wrong place and it took over a month to get any of my paperwork done to get my tag. And it probably wouldn’t have gotten done in that amount of time if I wouldn’t have kept calling. They are very unprofessional and do not know how to run business well. Also, they love to make the remark “well we do sell used cars” if you ever have a problem and in no way try to help you out. Do yourself a favor and stay away. It seemed good in the beginning but I regret my decision every day now!

Philip was very helpful and professional. When i went in, the car I was looking for was sold out but he went over and beyond to find me the same model but different color. He made me feel comfortable and answered any questions that I had, when going through the application process. The staff there are always wonderful as well and help you stay stress free. I purchased a BMW from this “luxury car dealer” and was in the side of the road before I even went home. The censor for tires was bad and blowing out air, the drive train had a clutch and broke down the next day. They have very poor customer service because no one has offered anything but a telephone number to this super expensive warranty they had you purchase. Thank God I bought the warranty because I would have had to spend 5k the very next day on fixing the car I bought from them. I have spent 1700 dollars before and got a nice car but to spend 25k and brake down the next day.... this is a lemonade stand! Selling lemons with no sugar.

I was thinking of purchasing a vehicle I saw on this dealers website but when I look at the reviews I noticed the owner only responds to positive reviews. It seems that an owner of a business such as this would want to respond to the less than perfect reviews to try to rectify the problem. Instead this one lets them go unanswered. That to me says a lot about the business practices at this dealership. I WILL NOT be purchasing a vehicle from this place.

I had to come back for detailing and received the same comfortable greeting as when I stopped to purchase. Im very pleased with my BMW. Recently purchased a high end BMW from this dealer. From the initial phone call to walking out the door with keys was a first rate experience. Mr Montgomery was highly responsive to my phone calls and concerns while being very friendly. He resolved the few minor concerns I had quickly. The real rockstars here was the finance office. As a disabled veteran the service provided to another fellow veteran has stopped me from using this company to purchase my next family vehicle. The general staff “salesmen” were fine but the issue comes with back office. The tag and title processing department has failed to act efficiently and adequately when processing DV tag info due to her not recognizing current and updated VA forms, which lead to second 2hr drive for a veteran just to have a DV tag processed. Since then the fellow veteran has not gotten his tag and the drive out tag is currently suspended, all the dealerships states is go to your local tax commissioner‘s office “He paid for tax, tag, & title processing” which shouldn’t be his issue. Further more the unprofessionalism is a direct reflection of the treatment of America’s Veterans. The GM was also very rude and the situation has still gone unresolved. As a veteran to another, shop elsewhere and get treated as you deserve. Again this is a personal experience which everyone has a different one. If you do shop here I hope yours is better.

I will start by saying that the service started out ok to reel you in but after you purchase the lack of communication for promise to owe or any other issues you may have will begin. I purchased a 2016 PORSCHE CAYENNE from the dealer at a fairly good rate but it had a few minor issues that needed tending to and I alerted GEORGE(marrietta store) and Alan(service man. At snellville store) who didnt seem to care about any of it since I had already purchased. Also keep in mind that I traveled all the way from FL to purchase this car on ly to be highly disappointed in the end. Everyones blaming the next man for the concerns that I had that needed to be fix. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a camaro from them earlier this month (June-2020), Air didn’t work and the tires were VERY worn out. We ended up getting a I owe You from them to fix the issue. I was assured my car would be ready in a day, it has now been A WEEK and I keep getting the run around about when my vehicle will be done and the OWNER Osman Roman will not offer me reimbursement for a rental car so I can have transportation to and from work. In his words “They’ll call you when it’s ready”. VERY careless, unprofessional, and INCONSIDERATE! Please go spend your money elsewhere.

Warning!!! Do not buy a car from this dealer. I purchased a 2012 Audi A5 convertible w/ 86k miles for my son and was seriously taken advantage of. Bought car Saturday 6/23/18, on my way home the oil light came on. I called and left a message. My wife and daughter took the car back to the dealership on Monday. They waited 3-4 hours and all they did was top off the oil. They claimed to have done engine diagnostics and car was simply low on oil. Next day the oil light came back on and we brought the car back again. They said it was probably a sensor but at this point I was very Leary of the vehicle but since at they where pretty good with service I made the mistake of trusting them. I was assured that they would address any issues with the car. It turns out they where just stringing us along to get us past the rescission period(3 day cancellation period). Sure enough the oil light came back on but now when I brought the car back they wanted to charge me $150 for a vehicle diagnostic. I took the car to the Audi dealership and they confirmed the engine has severe ware and eats 1.5 quarts of oil per tank of gas. Long story longer, they didn’t care about My Family, THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Felt like a bait and switch. Arranged an appointment for test drive day and a half early. Drove 40 minutes to get there with a 15 minute notice. Show up and the owner is joy riding in it and it wouldn’t be available that day.

Bought a Range Rover from them and in four months had it in the shop with $1600 in repairs. When I called the “owner” (well, he was one of them supposedly. Refused to give me the names of others.) about it he told me I should have bought the extended warranty and hung up on me. Horrible service. Horrible Location HORRIBLE “owner”.

We purchased a 2015 Mercedes C300 in July from Amazing Luxury. A few weeks after purchasing I had to get ALL new tires, brakes & rotors. Fast forward to Dec my check engine light came on and so I took it to the Mercedes dealership in Alpharetta and they said I need a whole new motor. Its 12k in damages that they new was wrong with the car when they sold it to me. Mercedes has put everything in writing about how this dealership knew what they were up to. My attorney now has that information and we are getting ready to take them to court. Amazing luxury, Osman, the manager has done nothing to try and help us. Our attorney said she has dealt with clients that have had the same complaint about this dealership and the one in Marietta. If you go down and read the reviews besides the ones that they have put you will see this is a common thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They sell lemons period!

No extended warranty was offered to me at the time of purchase of my 2015 Mercedes C300. I have had nothing but problems with it as soon as I bought it. I put all new tires, brakes & rotors as soon as I purchased and a few months after having the vehicle my check engine light came on. I took it to Merecedes dealership in alpharetta and they said I need a whole new motor. $12000.00! I called Amazing Luxury and they offered me a 10% discount to fix it. So $1500 off of $12000.00. Do NOT buy from them. Their cars are nothing but lemons. I have hired an attorney that says that she has dealt with this dealership before. I will be taking them to court and trying to get justice for myself and all the other people they have done this too. When I called and talked to Osman Roman all he could tell me was good luck. These people are horrible and don’t deserve your business unless you want to finance a car that you will have to continuously dump money into or not even be able to drive. I recommend if anyone else that reads this review has had the same problem with them to contact an attorney so they can help you.

I honestly am so traumatized from my ordeal here today, I dont know where to begin. Became enchanted with a vehicle with multiple listings, confirmed with a salesperson this morning the availability of the quote fantastic car, drove way across the metro area for a test drive only to be met with disdain, confusion, and vague disgust by another salesperson in their sad, gauche lobby. It seems despite my earlier conversation with the other rep and all the information online, said car was at their other location. No apology was offered for our wasted afternoon nor even any questions or concerns about our needs. Epitome of dismissive. I am truly disgusted, and as someone who has worked in customer service for years, I would call that quite the accomplishment of human indecency. Do yourself a massive favor and avoid at all costs.

This was by far the easiest time Ive ever had purchasing a car. I drove up, test drove the car, and within less than an hour I was driving away! I purchased a nearly new Mercedes CLA (all white with black rims) for a little over 19K. Everyone was so awesome! Paul was my sales rep. He literally sat in the car with me for over half an hour going over the features so that I would arrive home safely (it was raining). Katherine in the Finance dept was very sweet. I will be visiting them when its time to purchase again.

My sells rep at the Marietta location was ok. But 3 months after I purchased my 2014 Impala I already had motor issues just replaced the header...which I think is crazy as it only had 82,000 miles I think the service guys knew and allowed it to be sold anyway. And Im still waiting on my sunroof cover that was supposed to been fixed three months ago..I will never buy from here again the Owner doesnt care about the customer he only want to make money and he is a BIG LIAR! PLEASE dont buy from here they sell luxury lemon cars!

I DO NOT recommend Amazing Luxury Cars. They sold me a 2013 Cadillac ATS. The car looked great when I purchased it, but after washing it twice I could see that the paint was deteriorating. The car needs to be repainted which will cost $2500-$3000. **DO NOT trust these people**

Horrible customer service. If it were possible to give no stars then this experience would definitely be deserving of that score. No one seems to know what’s going on and we were repeatedly fed lies. My husband and I saw a vehicle online that was listed for this dealership so we went for a test drive. We already had gotten financing approved so you would think that this would be a quick sale. NOT!!! We spent over 6 hours at there. Before we left the lot, we noticed things wrong with the vehicle but we were assured that those things would be addressed. We were also promised a detailed cleaning which we have yet to receive almost a year later. It took over a month for the financial lady to complete the process necessary for us to get our permanent car tags. My husband repeatedly made trips to the dealer for them to fix things that are we eventually either got repaired under the extended warranty or just outright paid cash to repair. Our agent, Paul, wasn’t very forthcoming nor honest throughout the sales process nor after. We have had one problem after another with the vehicle we purchased. Were it not for the extended warranty, we would’ve been out of pocket for over $10,000 worth repairs. We’ve had to get a total brake replacement as well as new tires since the dealer refused to replace the tires that were worn at time of purchase. The air conditioning went out less than a month after purchase, the list of repairs is at least a mile long. This whole experience is the very reason why I’ve always been hesitant to purchase a used vehicle before. Overall impression, horrible customer service with horrible quality of merchandise. Do yourself a favor and just don’t come here.

AVOID the SNELLVILLE location at all cost! Osman (who I’m told is the manager) is extremely rude & made a racist remark when My fiancé dropped the car off for a minor repair. I guess it was because he’s a 260lb black man in jeans & wearing a doorag, so he has to be a thug, right?! Not realizing he works for Marvel Ent. & make over 6 figures a year. Like any of that should matter- it shouldn’t, but in this case Osman showed us it definitely did! From the moment after our first interaction (where he cut my fiancé off every time he tried to explain his concerns) until we picked up the car the following day he NEVER spoke directly to us, he never apologized for his abrasive behavior or racist comment, Nothing! Besides the repair man (who was extremely helpful) the team at the Snellville location echoed the feeling we received from our initial visit by not being genuine or even simply explaining what was going on with the car & when it would be ready. They just gave us back the keys & walked away. Nevertheless, if you’re looking to purchase a luxury car please head to Amazing Luxury Car in MARIETTA, GA & ask for FAYE or GEORGE. They are the BEST!!

Customer service was ok. I purchased a Jx35 Infiniti in December and now it needs 14000 worth of work. Im sure they knew the car was not in good condition when they sold it. I took it Infiniti and they stated the problem been there. I have spoken with my attorney. I have not received a call back from them either. Marietta location.

Talked to 2 sales men, one of them said he would get back to me with a discount and never heard from him again. Another one said the car I was interested in was sold out. The funniest thing is that this car is still stting in thier lot today.

I am not sure if Toyotas are better made cars than Nissan or I bought a bad Nissan from this location. In the year that I have had this car, and it is a 2013 Nissan Altima SL with less than 60K miles when I bought it, I have had to buy back brake pads, a new battery, and get the sensor repaired under the passenger seat. I was given a clean carfax yet with taking it to the body shop to get an estimate for a ding on the car, the shop called attention to the fact that the fender on the passenger side was poorly replaced because you can see where the paint is cracking. Lastly, the car jerks when you accelerate after changing gears from reverse to drive. I did not pay a lot for this car but I do plan to trade it. The repairs for this car in one year is much more than what my 13 year old Corolla required and I drive them both.

I trade in my 2012 Chrysler 300 and it took them 2 month to pay off the trade, I had to go back to the dealership several times to get them to pay off the car for 2 month I was paying 2 car payments not acceptable, the sales person was great (Omar)

Terrible business purchased a 2013 s550 Veterans weekend and when heading home the middle arm rest kept popping up. Soon as I pull in the drive way I placed a call back to the salesmen Paul he said come back in the morning. Its been two months everytime I stop in he keep telling me there trying to work something out. While hes out I speak to a Stephanie in the office and she states to me hes off. So when i told her whats going on she tells me she dont know why he told me that because there not going to replace the lid. Dealer wants over $500 so now they dont want to repair. I would have never purchased this car. Terrible business

I paid off my car two years early and was due a GAP refund and they refused to process the paperwork for it, I did it on my own and the experience with them is very un- professional

Dont let the nice brick and mortar structure fool you, these guys are a bunch of crooks! These guys emulate USED CAR SALESMAN! I worked with a guy named Paul, hes nothing but a hustler, he claims to know everything about Mercedes but after talking with him for a few minutes, he doesn’t know squat. After taking the vehicle I was interested in for inspection, I returned with some minor concerns. Paul said he’d include my concerns in the reduction of the price, he ran the #s and came back to me with his “new” bottom line, and the price INCREASED by $1,000, from what they originally listed the car at. I asked him to go back and run the #’s again, which he did, and when he came back he was selling me the car with the original sticker price with none of the reductions we talked about, and said that’s his bottom line. I got up and left, the GM calls me 15 min later, and agreed to my terms, but I already had it, they wasted 5 hours of my time, tried to hustle me, and needles to say, broke my trust.BEWARE, from personal experience these guys are a bunch of CROOKS!
