I have been with state farm, this location for over 19 years. Mitchell is the best. She is the face of that location.

The claim mentioned was handled to his satisfaction. There were several factors out of our control. However, State Farm even paid the additional damage that was noted ( not State Farms responsibility ) for the inconvenience. It is so easy to speak negatively about an experience. It is another to go back and give credit where it is due for a job well done. Were here for you and will do our very best., all day every day.

Very poor service, I cannot get them to handle a claim. I need to manage them and the claim. This is very concerning.Oh, now the person I was working with left the office until Monday at 2:50pm Friday... I missed her call because I was speaking with State Farm and they had me on hold for more than 20 minutes with no progress.
